The present invention relates to a combination of building materials.

The present applicant has already applied for the combination of building materials shown in FIGS. 9 to 16 (Japanese Patent Application No. 2003-39,109 application).
Hereinafter, the combination of building materials for which application has been filed will be described with reference to FIGS. In this description, the front means the front side of FIG. 9 and the rear means the back side, the left means the left side of FIG. 9, and the right means the right side of the figure.

9 to 16 show a state in which a combination of building materials is applied to the building side wall 3 of the room 1.

A first wall panel 8 having a rectangular front shape and a second wall panel 9 having a rectangular front shape are attached to the building side wall 3 in a desired arrangement (in accordance with the desire of the owner). The first edge member 10 is attached to the building side wall 3 so as to abut on the left edge of the wall panel assembly 13 composed of the group of the first wall panel 8 and the second wall panel 9. One edge member 10 is attached to the building side wall 3 so as to contact the lower edge of the wall panel assembly 13. Further, the second edge member 11 is attached to the building side wall 3 so as to contact the right edge of the wall panel assembly 13 and another second edge member 11 contacts the upper edge of the wall panel assembly 13. Attached to the side wall 3 of the building.

The first edge member 10 on the lower side, the first edge member 10 on the left side, the first wall panel 8 and the second wall panel 9 are screwed into the building side wall 3 by screwing a screw 35 from an overhanging portion 18 described later. It is firmly fixed to the side wall 3 of the building. Further, the upper second edge member 11 and the right second edge member 11 are fixed to the building side wall 3 by a required book peg 36 (a nail having no head so as not to stand out).

The first wall panel 8 is made of a wood-based material such as medium fiberboard (MDF). A tongue 16 is formed on the two adjacent sides of the first wall panel 8, and a fitting recess 17 is formed on the remaining two sides of the first wall panel 8. A projecting portion 18 projecting outward is continuously provided at the rear edge of the joint recess 17, and a recessed step portion 19 into which the projecting portion 18 is fitted is formed behind the tongue 16.

The second wall panel 9 has the same configuration as the first wall panel 8 except for the following configuration. The second wall panel 9 is formed with two upper and lower grooves 21 in the left-right direction, and a mounting member rail 22 made of a metal extrusion mold or the like is embedded and fixed in these grooves 21 ( (See FIG. 16).

The mounting member rail 22 is formed with a curved fitting groove 23 that protrudes downwardly downward and downward. A connector 26 is attached to the base (rear part) of the shelf 25 that is attached to the rail 22 for the member to be attached, and a fitting protrusion 27 that fits into the fitting groove 23 is provided on the connector 26. After fitting the fitting protrusion 27 into the fitting groove 23 with the front end of the shelf 25 facing up, the shelf 25 is leveled as indicated by the arrow K in FIG. Then, the fitting protrusion 27 is completely fitted in the fitting groove 23, and a counterclockwise moment in FIG. 16 due to its own weight acts on the shelf 25, and the shelf 25 is completely fixed to the mounting member rail 22.

As shown in FIG. 10 and FIG. 12, the fitting recess 17 and the first recess in which the first wall panel 8 or the groove 16 of the second wall panel 9 is fitted to the longitudinal edge portion of the first edge member 10. An overhang portion 18 that fits into the recessed step portion 19 of the wall panel 8 or the second wall panel 9 is formed.

As shown in FIGS. 14 and 15, the first edge 16 of the second edge member 11 and the first and second tongues 16 and 16 that fit into the fitting recesses 17 of the first wall panel 8 or the second wall panel 9. A recessed step portion 19 into which the overhang portion 18 of the wall panel 8 or the second wall panel 9 is fitted is formed.
In addition, the 1st edge material 10 and the 2nd edge material 11 are comprised with wood type materials, such as a medium density fiber board (MDF).

Next, the construction method of the said building material combination is demonstrated.
The lower first edge member 10 and the left first edge member 10 are attached to the building side wall 3.
Then, the 1st wall panel 8 and the 2nd wall panel 9 are attached to the building side wall 3 toward the upper stage sequentially from a lower stage. In this case, it goes without saying that the tongue 16 is fitted into the fitting recess 17.
Thereafter, the second edge material 11 on the right side and the second edge material 11 on the upper side are attached to the building side wall 3. In this case, it goes without saying that the tongue 16 is fitted into the fitting recess 17.
In addition, the butt end surfaces of the first edge members 10, the second edge members 11, and the first edge member 10 and the second edge member 11 are externally viewed from the front so that the edge members that contact each other are 90 degrees. The inclined surface forms 45 degrees with the side surface.

The combination of building materials has the following drawbacks.
As described in paragraph 0011, it is necessary to attach the lower first edge member 10 and the left first edge member 10 to the building side wall 3 at the beginning of construction. The reason is as follows. The lower first edge member 10 and the left first edge member 10 are fixed by screwing screws 35 into the building side wall 3 from the overhanging portion 18, and the lowermost first wall panel 8. And the lower edge part of the lowermost second wall panel 9 is firmly fixed to the building side wall 3 through the lower first edge member 10 by fitting the ridge 16 into the fitting recess 17. At the same time, the left edge portion of the leftmost first wall panel 8 and the leftmost second wall panel 9 is fitted to the fitting recess 17 so that the left edge portion of the left edge portion 10 is fitted to the fitting recess 17. This is because it is firmly fixed to the building side wall 3 via the. In short, the lower first edge member 10 and the left first edge member 10 also serve as fixing members for the first wall panel 8 and the second wall panel 9, so that the nail 36 (reinforced later) The first edge material 10 on the lower side and the first edge material 10 on the left side cannot be fixed. Therefore, the lower first edge member 10 and the left first edge member 10 are cut into lengths corresponding to the left and right lengths and the upper and lower lengths of the wall panel assembly 13, and the building side walls. 3 will be attached. However, the left and right lengths and vertical lengths of the wall panel assembly 13 constituted by joining the first wall panel 8 and the second wall panel 9 depend on the construction accuracy and the foreign matter entering the fitting recess 17. It doesn't go as designed. Therefore, the length of the first edge member 10 cut in advance and the left and right lengths or the vertical lengths of the wall panel assembly 13 are shifted to increase the probability of construction failure.

Next, an example of the construction method according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described.
As described below, the wall panels 41 and 44 are attached to predetermined positions of the building side wall 3 by using the connecting members 48 to constitute the wall panel aggregate 13. The connecting member 48 is fixed by screwing the screw 35 into the building side wall 3 through the through hole 49.
First, the lowest and leftmost first wall panel 41 (see FIG. 1) is attached as follows. The lower connecting member 48 is attached so that the through-hole 49 side faces downward and the longitudinal direction faces the left-right direction (see FIG. 2).
Thereafter, the lower connection groove 42 of the first wall panel 41 is fitted into the upper connection protrusion 51 of the connection member 48, and the wall panel 41 is supported by the connection member 48.
Thereafter, the connection protrusions of the connection member 48 are formed so that the through holes 49 are positioned outside the first wall panel 41 in the connection grooves 42 on the left edge, the right edge, and the upper edge of the first wall panel 41. 51 is fitted and the connecting member 48 is attached to the building side wall 3.
Then, the 2nd wall panel 44 is attached to the right of the 1st wall panel 41 already attached to the building side wall 3 as follows. The lower connecting member 48 is attached so that the through-hole 49 side faces downward and the longitudinal direction faces the left-right direction.
Thereafter, the lower edge of the second wall panel 44 is connected to the connection protrusion 51 of the lower connection member 48 and to the connection protrusion 51 of the already-attached connection member 48 (located to the right of the first wall panel 41). And the connecting groove 42 on the left edge is fitted.
Thereafter, the connection protrusion 51 of the connection member 48 is fitted in the connection groove 42 on the right edge and the upper edge of the second wall panel 44 so that the through hole 49 is located outward of the second wall panel 44. The connecting member 48 is attached to the building side wall 3.
Thereafter, similarly, the first wall panel 41 is attached to the right side.
Then, the lower connection groove 42 of the second wall panel 44 is fitted into the connection protrusion 51 of the upper connection member 48 of the first wall panel 41 at the bottom and the leftmost.
Thereafter, the connection protrusions of the connection member 48 are formed so that the through holes 49 are positioned outside the second wall panel 44 in the connection grooves 42 on the left edge, right edge, and upper edge of the second wall panel 44. 51 is fitted and the connecting member 48 is attached to the building side wall 3.
Thereafter, as in the lower stage, the first wall panel 41 and the second wall panel 44 are attached so as to be arranged side by side.
In this way, the wall panel assembly 13 is configured.

After configuring the wall panel assembly 13 as described above, the vertical and horizontal lengths of the wall panel assembly 13 were measured, and the edge member 46 was cut to a length corresponding to the length, The edge member 46 is fixed to the building side wall 3 with the nail 36. Since the wall panels 41 and 44 are firmly fixed to the building side wall 3 via the connecting member 48, the edge member 46 is not required to have a function of fixing the wall panels 41 and 44. Therefore, the edge member 46 can be fixed to the building side wall 3 by the nail 36.

A gap of about 2 mm is formed between the front part of the wall panels 41, 44 and between the front part of the wall panels 41, 44 and the front part of the edge member 46.

FIG. 8 shows a third wall panel 54. The third wall panel 54 includes a rectangular panel body 55 having a connection groove 42 at four peripheral edges, and a rectangular panel body 55 that is detachably attached to the panel body 55 by a surface bonding fastener (not shown). An attachment / detachment plate 56 and a cloth that covers the front surface of the attachment / detachment plate 56 and has a size that covers the edge of the rear surface and can be attached to and detached from the attachment / detachment plate 56 by a surface bonding fastener (not shown) or the like. And a flexible decorative sheet 57. The third wall panel 54 can be easily changed in design by replacing the flexible decorative sheet 57.
