Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a cosmetic, and more particularly to a cosmetic suitable for a post-form dosage form of warm cosmetic.
In recent years, cosmetic researchers have revealed that what kind of temperature stimulation the cosmetics bring in the act of applying the cosmetics has a great influence on the effect of the cosmetics. ing. In other words, in the act of massage or pack, when the application of cosmetics causes a cooling sensation, the disadvantage that the effect is remarkably reduced is found. Fees have been developed. Examples of the warm feeling-imparting cosmetics include zeolite and polyhydric alcohol, which utilize heat of hydration generated when these components are hydrated (for example, see Patent Document 1), double A formulation that generates heat of reaction by mixing and reacting these components using a shearing force at the time of discharge by isolating and storing the components that generate heat by reacting with each other in a container (see, for example, Patent Document 2) Alternatively, there is a method of generating reaction heat by reacting a metal oxide and an organic acid at the time of use (for example, see Patent Document 3).
On the other hand, cosmetics in the form of post-form are ordinary cosmetics at the time of discharge and are dosage forms that gradually foam in the process of applying cosmetics such as application of this. It has both the feel of use of the material and the feel of use of the foam cosmetic, and has excellent use characteristics. For this reason, massage and pack cosmetics of this dosage form have been developed. (See, for example, Patent Document 4, Patent Document 5, and Patent Document 6) However, there is no known warm cosmetic and post form cosmetic. Furthermore, it is not known that the function as a massage fee and the function as a pack cosmetic are enhanced by adopting a warm sensation form. Further, such a conventional post foam is usually not provided with wash-off performance, and no post-foam dosage form having wash-off characteristics is known at all.
As an aerosol container for extruding a high-viscosity composition, the content discharged into one space part inside the two-chamber container separated by a partition wall that is movable and can separate the contents is filled, and the other space part is filled An aerosol formulation filled with compressed gas that is pressurized to extrude the contents has been developed. This is a so-called double chamber type (two-chamber form) aerosol container. (For example, see Patent Literature 7, Patent Literature 8, Patent Literature 9, Patent Literature 10, Patent Literature 11, Patent Literature 12, Patent Literature 13, Patent Literature 14, Patent Literature 15, Patent Literature 16) The present inventor has confirmed that it is possible to discharge a high-viscosity content or a post-foam dosage form in which the foaming power does not decrease to the end.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the technique which provides a novel effect to the cosmetics of a post-form dosage form can be provided.
(1) Glycerin and / or diglycerin which are essential components of the cosmetic of the present invention The cosmetic of the present invention is a post-foam dosage form, and glycerin and / or diglycerin is 45 to 60% by mass, more preferably It contains 50 to 58% by mass. Such components, when administered on the skin, hydrate with the moisture on the skin to generate heat and exert a thermal effect. In addition, it forms a liquid crystal together with the polyglycerol fatty acid ester described later, and has the effect of adjusting the hydration rate with water and adjusting the heat generation characteristics. Further, by forming the liquid crystal, the oily component necessary for forming the foam can be removed only with water, and a wash-off action is exhibited. In the cosmetic of the present invention, glycerin and / or diglycerin can be contained either alone or in combination. A particularly preferred form is a form containing both, and the glycerin content is 90% by mass or more, more preferably 93% by mass or more of the glycerin and diglycerin content. By taking this form, it is possible to control the generation of heat of hydration and improve the stability of the liquid crystal.
(2) Water which is an essential component of the cosmetic of the present invention The cosmetic of the present invention is a post-foam dosage form, and water is 25% by mass or less, more specifically, 5 to 25% by mass, more preferably Is characterized by containing 5 to 23 mass%. In the cosmetic of the present invention. Water works to stabilize liquid crystal-containing systems and create a wash-off function. If the amount of water is too small, a system containing a stable liquid crystal will not be formed, and it will be difficult to adjust the heat generation, and a comfortable warm feeling may not be provided, or it may be difficult to wash off. To the emulsion system, it may be difficult to adjust the heat generation, or the heat generation amount itself may decrease. In particular, when the cosmetic of the present invention is made into a post-foam cosmetic dosage form that can be washed off, the amount of water is adjusted to 10 to 25% by mass and the contents other than gas are adjusted. However, the properties of the contents are preferably adjusted to a liquid crystal structure or a mixed system of a liquid crystal structure and an emulsion.
(3) Gas for foaming which is an essential component of the cosmetic of the present invention The cosmetic of the present invention comprises 1 to 2% by mass, more preferably 1.1 to 1.5% by mass of a gas for foaming as an essential component. It is characterized by containing. As such a gas, any gas used in cosmetic aerosol preparations can be used without particular limitation. For example, fluorocarbons such as Freon, hydrocarbons such as LPG, and carbon dioxide gas. Etc. can be suitably exemplified. Particularly preferred are hydrocarbons, and in particular, a form in which n-butane is added mainly in view of factors such as foamability, mainly isobutane, specifically n-butane: isobutane = 1: 4-0. : 10, more preferably a mixture of 1: 6 to 0:10 or only isobutane is used. This is because a post-foam dosage form with excellent usability can be obtained by using a mixture in this range, and when used as a pack cosmetic, primary irritation derived from gas is unlikely to occur. is there. This characteristic also functions beneficially when the post-foam cosmetic of the present invention is used as a massage material.
(4) The thermal cosmetic in the form of a post foam having a wash-off function according to the second embodiment The second embodiment of the cosmetic according to the present invention is a post foam dosage form according to the first embodiment. This is a warm cosmetic with a wash-off function. In order to add such a function, first, the amount of water is adjusted to 10 to 25% by mass as described above. In addition, the surfactant to be used is to contain a fatty acid ester of polyglycerol of 2 to 10% by mass, more preferably 3 to 5% by mass. By adopting such a configuration, the content excluding the gas takes liquid crystal or a mixed system of liquid crystal and emulsion. With such a system, when water is added, the oily component can be quickly included in the emulsion, so that the cosmetic can be washed off by rinsing with running water alone. When the form of the content is only a liquid crystal structure, the skin is moistened by the oily component remaining in a trace amount after the wash-off. Further, even in such a system, a sufficient heating effect can be obtained if necessary. As the polyglycerol fatty acid ester, those having a polymerization degree of glycerol of 5 to 15 are preferable, and those having 6 to 15 free hydroxyl groups are preferable. The fatty acid residue (acyl group) is preferably a saturated or unsaturated fatty acid residue having 12 to 20 carbon atoms, and the saturated fatty acid residue is a branched fatty acid residue even if it is a linear fatty acid residue. It may be. Specific examples of preferred fatty acid esters of polyglycerol include pentaglycerin monostearate, pentaglycerin monooleate, pentaglycerin monoisostearate, octaglycerin monostearate, octaglycerin monooleate, octaglycerin monoisostearate. Since the cosmetic of the present invention takes a post-foam dosage form, the cosmetic of the present invention is preferably enclosed in an aerosol container together with a foaming gas. As such an aerosol container, it is preferable to use a two-chamber container separated by a partition wall that is movable and separable, and the inner bag of such container is filled with a cosmetic and a gas component for foaming, It is preferable to enclose a gas for discharge on the outside. That is, the cosmetic of the present invention is characterized in that the content is filled in an inner bag of a two-chamber container, and the gas for discharge is further filled outside. The gas filling the outside of the inner bag is preferably 0.05 mpas or more, more preferably 0.07 mpas or more, higher than the gas for foaming contained in the contents. The same gas as the gas for foaming can be used in the same manner. As such a two-chamber container, the one shown in FIG. 1 can be preferably exemplified. The post-foam cosmetic of the present invention thus obtained can be applied to a commonly used cosmetic without any particular limitation, but taking advantage of the fact that the feel and function changes by foaming during rubbing. Or it is preferable to apply it to massaging. Moreover, it is also preferable to apply to pack cosmetics in consideration of the blocking effect and thermal effect due to foam. In the meaning which combines both, it is especially preferable to apply to massage pack cosmetics. Here, the massaging pack is a gel-like or emulsified composition discharged as a massaging action by rubbing on the skin and foaming. It refers to cosmetics that are used as ingredients. In the cosmetic of the present invention, there is an advantage that a thermal effect is obtained in addition to the blocking effect. Therefore, in the cosmetic of the present invention, 0.03-0.1% by mass, and more preferably, an anti-inflammatory agent such as glycyrrhizin such as dipotassium glycyrrhizinate or a salt thereof, alkyl glycyrrhetinate such as stearyl glycyrrhetinate is used. Is preferably contained in an amount of 0.04 to 0.07% by mass, and in that form, it is preferable to make it a quasi-drug from the viewpoint of accurate usage and the effect of the cosmetic of the present invention. . In quasi-drugs, in order to clarify the mode of use, the anti-inflammatory effect is appealed, and cosmetics are discharged to the face once or several times a week for 20 to 60 seconds. Spread over the entire face while rubbing over, leave it for 3 to 10 minutes after confirming foaming, and stop using it immediately if you feel irritation at the time of use, meaning to use it in a usage form to pack, It is preferable to display the effect of consultation with a doctor on the packaging form.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to examples, but it is needless to say that the present invention is not limited to such examples.
According to the prescription shown below, the cosmetic of the present invention (a quasi-drug that promoted anti-inflammatory) was prepared. That is, ingredients (a), (b), and (c) were heated to 75 ° C., and (a) and (b) were mixed. Take 80g of this and fill and seal the inner bag part of the two-chamber container shown in FIG. 1 together with 1g of normal butane and isobutane 1: 4 mixed gas, and fill the outer bag part with 1.2g of mixed gas. (Post-foam cosmetic 1 of the present invention) (pressurized state of 0.07 mpas from the inner bag).

<試験例1>
<Test Example 1>
The post-foam properties of the post-foam cosmetics of Examples 1 to 5 and Comparative Examples 1 to 3 were tested. That is, place a graduated cylinder on a hot plate adjusted to 37 ° C., discharge about 10 ml of the contents here, measure the volume after 1 minute and 5 minutes, and increase the volume (%; (after time) Volume-initial volume) / initial volume × 100), and the post foam property was confirmed. The results are shown in Table 1. From this, it can be seen that the foaming of the post-foam cosmetic of the present invention has progressed over time. This shows that the cosmetic of the present invention is suitable as a post-foam cosmetic.
<試験例2>
<Test Example 2>
About the samples of Examples 1-5 and Comparative Examples 1-3, the warmth characteristic was investigated in the usage form of a massage pack. That is, the cosmetic was discharged onto the inner side of the subject's forearm, rubbed for 3 minutes, allowed to stand for 2 minutes, and the temperature of the upper surface of the skin to which the cosmetic was applied was measured. The results are shown in Table 2. It can be seen that the post-foam cosmetic of the present invention maintains a moderately warm and appropriate temperature.
<試験例3>
<Test Example 3>
Using a 37-year-old panelist (n = 1), the samples of Example 1 and Comparative Example 2 were massaged and the amount of plasterone sulfate in the saliva before and after the pack was measured. The rate of increase in the concentration of plasterone sulfate was calculated. The test was divided into two for each specimen. It is known that plasterone sulfate is secreted into high-concentration saliva as it feels better. Plasterone sulfate was measured by a sandwich antibody method using a kit. The result was an increase of 23.4% for the cosmetic of Example 1 and an increase of 9.7% for the cosmetic of Comparative Example 2. This is considered to be because the foaming method and the warm feeling are suitable m, thereby giving a pleasant feeling. This test also shows that the post-foam cosmetic of the present invention is suitable for pack cosmetics.
The present invention can be applied to pack cosmetics that provide comfort.
