該受信手段により受信した前記乗車情報及び前記利用者端末への通信を行う宛先を示す通知先情報を記憶する記憶手段と、
前記利用者端末から送信される乗車する旨を示す前記乗車情報の受信により、前記記憶手段に記憶された前記乗車情報に基づいて混雑状況を予測する混雑予測手段と、
