前記監視装置は、近距離無線信号により前記携帯端末と通信する通信手段とを有し、
人体検知手段から検知信号を受信すると、前記通信手段にて所持確認要請信号を送信し、その後、前記携帯端末より所持信号を受信すると出入口の通行を制御する通行制御手段を動作させて出入口から通行可能にすることを特徴とする通報システム。
