患者の頭部を囲むように湾曲し、複数本の雌ネジが上記頭部に向かって伸びるように設けられた支持部材と、上記雌ネジに螺合する雄ネジを有し、上記頭部に対して螺進退可能な複数本のヘッドピンとを具備した頭部固定装置において、半径方向で拡縮しうるように周方向で複数個の分割片に分割され、内周面に上記雌ネジが形成された筒体が、上記支持部材に複数箇所にわたって取り付けられ、各筒体が弾性体により縮径方向に常時付勢されたことを特徴とする頭部固定装置。   A support member that is curved so as to surround the patient's head and that has a plurality of female screws extending toward the head, and a male screw that engages with the female screw.
