Description

The present invention relates to a pantograph jack used when jacking up a vehicle.

While the lower ends of a pair of arm portions that can be bent at the intermediate portion are connected at the base portion, the upper ends are also connected to form a generally rhombus shape as a whole, and the upper and lower sides are mounted on the road surface and the like at the base portion. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a pantograph jack that jacks up a vehicle by a receiving portion provided at an upper portion by bending and stretching in a direction. In the pantograph jack disclosed in Patent Document 1, the base plate side horizontal surface of the mating plate portion of the vehicle is formed on the upper surface of the receiving portion in a state where the mating plate portion formed in the lower portion of the vehicle is inserted into the groove portion of the receiving portion. To receive.

Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 61-88999

By the way, the pantograph jack that receives the lower end surface of the substantially L-shaped vehicle body flange portion is to place the lower end surface of the vehicle body flange portion on the upper surface of the receiving portion as described above. Even though the flange portion is substantially L-shaped, it has not been effectively utilized.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a pantograph jack capable of effectively utilizing the shape of the vehicle body flange portion when receiving the lower end surface of the substantially L-shaped vehicle body flange portion.

In order to achieve the above object, the invention according to claim 1 connects the lower end portions and the upper end portions of a pair of arm portions (for example, the arm portion 30 in the embodiment), each of which can be bent at an intermediate portion. The lower end surface of the substantially L-shaped body flange portion (for example, the vehicle body flange portion 13 in the embodiment) that is bent in the lateral direction after projecting downward and formed in a vehicle (for example, the vehicle 11 in the embodiment). A pantograph jack (for example, in the embodiment) that lifts and lowers the vehicle by bending up and down in a state of receiving (for example, the lower end surface 29 in the embodiment) in a receiving portion (for example, the receiving portion 28 in the embodiment) provided at the upper portion. In the pantograph jack 20), the receiving portion penetrates in the horizontal direction and the vehicle body at the bottom surface (for example, the bottom surface 38 in the embodiment). A groove portion (for example, the groove portion 37 in the embodiment) that receives the lower end surface of the lung portion is formed, and the bottom surface protrudes so as to partially cover the groove portion from one side in a direction orthogonal to the penetration direction of the groove portion. A locking portion (for example, the locking portion 44 in the embodiment) capable of locking the vehicle body flange portion received in (1) is formed.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect of the invention, the bottom surface has a slope portion (e.g., the slope portion 39 in the embodiment) that is higher on the bottom surface away from the locking portion. ) Is formed.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, when the groove portion of the receiving portion is in a posture in which the penetrating direction is along the extending direction of the vehicle body flange portion, and the lower end surface of the vehicle body flange portion is received at the bottom surface, the groove portion penetrating direction is obtained. A locking portion that protrudes laterally so as to partially cover the groove portion from one side in a direction perpendicular to the direction can lock the substantially L-shaped body flange portion received on the bottom surface from above. Therefore, the substantially L-shaped vehicle body flange portion can be locked by the locking portion by effectively utilizing the shape thereof, and the vehicle body flange portion can be more reliably received by the receiving portion.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, the slope portion that becomes higher as the distance from the latching portion is formed on the side opposite to the latching portion on the bottom surface of the groove portion. Can be guided relatively to the side. Therefore, the vehicle body flange portion can be reliably locked by the locking portion.

A pantograph jack according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS.

FIG. 1 shows a vehicle 11 that is jacked up by the pantograph jack of the first embodiment. A side sill 12 that is a vehicle body skeleton member that extends in the vehicle body front-rear direction at a lower portion of a side portion of the vehicle 11 is shown. A vehicle body flange portion 13 that is a jack-up point is formed below each of the front end portion and the rear end portion.

As shown in FIG. 2, each vehicle body flange portion 13 protrudes vertically downward from the side sill 12 and extends in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body, and laterally from the lower end edge of the substrate portion 15, specifically the vehicle width. And a support plate portion 16 that is bent horizontally on the inner side in the direction, and has a substantially L shape that bends in a lateral direction after a cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body protrudes downward.

As shown in FIG. 3, the pantograph jack 20 of the first embodiment includes a base portion 21 placed on a road surface or the like, and a pair of parallel lower pins 22 provided at the same height position of the base portion 21. A lower arm member 23 having the same length rotatably supported at one end side, and an upper portion having the same length rotatably connected to the other end side of each lower arm member 23 via a connecting shaft 25 respectively. The arm member 26 has a receiving portion 28 that rotatably couples the other end side of each upper arm member 26 to a pair of upper pins 27 provided in parallel to each other at the same height position. Here, the upper arm member 26 and the lower arm member 23 that are connected vertically constitute an arm portion 30 that can be bent by the intermediate connecting shaft 25, and a pair of such arm portions 30 as described above. The lower end portions are connected to each other by the lower pin 22 and the base portion 21, and the upper end portions are connected to each other by the upper pin 27 and the receiving portion 28.

The pantograph jack 20 is screwed into the one block 31 and the block 32 that supports the connecting shaft 25 of the one arm portion 30, the block 32 that supports the connecting shaft 25 of the other arm portion 30, and the other block 32. A screw shaft 33 that passes through without being screwed together, and the rotation input portion 34 on the block 32 side of the screw shaft 33 is rotated via a hand or a tool, thereby a pair of arm portions. 30 bends and extends in the vertical direction to raise and lower the upper receiving portion 28.

The receiving portion 28 has a receiving portion main body 35 to which the pair of arm portions 30 described above are coupled. As shown in FIG. 4, the receiving portion main body 35 supports the support plate portion 16 of the vehicle body flange portion 13. A lower end surface 29 is received. In the upper part of the receiving portion main body 35, a groove portion 37 is formed in the middle portion in the direction connecting the pair of arm portions 30 and recessed downward in a state of penetrating in the horizontal direction perpendicular to the direction connecting the arm portions 30. ing. In addition, a slope portion 39 is formed in the groove portion 37 so as to increase in height toward the rotation input portion 34 side of the bottom surface 38 to the upper surface 41 of the receiving portion main body 35. Yes. In addition, the part except the slope part 39 of the bottom face 38 becomes the horizontal part 40 extended horizontally. Here, the slope part 39 which comprises the horizontal one side of the groove part 37 inclines so that the both ends side in the penetration direction of the groove part 37 may be located in the rotation input part 34 side, as shown in FIG.

Moreover, the receiving part 28 arrange | positions the latching | locking part 44 in the upper part on the opposite side to the rotation input part 34 so that a part on the opposite side to the rotation input part 34 of the groove part 37 may be covered from the upper side. The receiving portion main body 35 has a locking member 45 that is a separate body. The locking member 45 is welded to the upper surface 41 of the receiving portion main body 35 and is bent downward from both sides in the penetration direction of the groove portion 37 in the upper plate portion 46 and the upper plate portion 46 in which the locking portion 44 is formed. It has a pair of joining plate part 47 welded to both the side surfaces in the penetration direction of the groove part 37 of the receiving part main body 35.

Here, the locking portion 44 is slightly inclined so as to be positioned on the lower side toward the projecting tip side, and a clearance 50 is formed between the bottom portion 38 and the receiving portion 28 in the same direction as the groove portion 37. Yes. The gap 50 can be inserted into the support plate portion 16 of the vehicle body flange portion 13 in a posture protruding in the direction opposite to the protruding direction of the locking portion 44. And the latching | locking part 44 can latch the support plate part 16 of the vehicle body flange part 13 inserted in the clearance gap 50 and mounted in the bottom face 38, Comprising: At the time of contact | abutting, the upward movement is controlled. That is, the locking portion 44 can engage the support plate portion 16 of the vehicle body flange portion 13 with the bottom surface 38.

In other words, the receiving portion 28 is formed with a groove portion 37 that penetrates in the horizontal direction and receives the lower end surface 29 of the vehicle body flange portion 13 at the bottom surface 38, and one side in a direction orthogonal to the penetration direction of the groove portion 37. A locking portion 44 that can lock the vehicle body flange portion 13 received on the bottom surface 38 by protruding so as to partially cover the groove portion 37 is formed on the bottom surface 38, and is opposite to the locking portion 44. In addition, a slope portion 39 is formed which becomes higher as the distance from the locking portion 44 increases.

When the vehicle 11 is jacked up using the pantograph jack 20 of the first embodiment described above, the pantograph jack 20 is connected to the groove portion 37 of the receiving portion 28 in the extending direction of the vehicle body flange portion 13. The posture is set along the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body, the rotation input unit 34 is placed on the road surface or the like with the vehicle width direction outside, and the rotation input unit 34 is rotated by hand or a tool. The part 28 is raised. Then, the support plate portion 16 of the vehicle body flange portion 13 that extends in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body and bends inward in the vehicle width direction has the groove portion 37 from the inner side in the vehicle width direction that is one side in a direction orthogonal to the penetration direction of the groove portion 37. It enters between the engaging portion 44 that protrudes outward in the vehicle width direction so as to partially cover, and the slope portion 39, is guided by the slope portion 39, and enters the gap 50 between the engaging portion 44 and the bottom surface 38 of the groove portion 37. The lower end surface 29 is placed on the horizontal portion 40 of the bottom surface 38. Then, as shown in FIG. 4, the locking portion 44 can lock the support plate portion 16 of the substantially L-shaped vehicle body flange portion 13 from above. Therefore, the substantially L-shaped vehicle body flange portion 13 can be locked by the locking portion 44 by effectively utilizing the shape thereof, and the vehicle body flange portion 13 can be received more reliably by the receiving portion 28.

Moreover, since a slope portion 39 is formed on the bottom surface 38 on the side opposite to the locking portion 44 and becomes higher as the distance from the locking portion 44 increases, the vehicle body flange portion 13 is connected to the locking portion 44 side by the slope portion 39. Can be guided relatively. Therefore, the vehicle body flange portion 13 can be reliably locked by the locking portion 44.

In addition, since the locking portion 44 is formed by a locking member 45 separate from the receiving portion main body 35, the locking portion 44 can be formed into a shape that allows surface contact with the support plate portion 16 in a wide area, and is rigid. It can be made thin after securing

Next, a pantograph jack according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference mainly to FIGS. 5 to 7 focusing on the differences from the first embodiment.

In the first embodiment, the locking member 45 for arranging the locking portion 44 is provided separately from the receiving portion main body 35 to constitute the receiving portion 28. However, in the second embodiment, The locking portion 44 is formed integrally with the receiving portion 28.

In other words, in the second embodiment, the receiving portion 28 is formed by bending the plate member 55 shown in FIG. 5 at two folding lines 56. An upper formation groove 58 for forming the upper portion of the groove 37 is formed so as to be orthogonal to the intermediate portion, and an intermediate portion for forming an intermediate portion of the groove 37 so as to be continuous with the upper formation groove 58 outside the folding line 56. Forming a lower portion for forming a lower portion of the groove portion 37 by forming a portion forming groove portion 59 and extending in a direction orthogonal to the upper forming groove portion 58 on the opposite side of the upper portion forming groove portion 58 of each intermediate portion forming groove portion 59; Each groove 60 is formed.

Here, the portion remaining on the upper formation groove 58 side on the extending distal end side of the lower formation groove 60 of the plate member 55 is a locking portion forming portion 61 for forming the locking portion 44. In addition, the opposite side of the lower forming groove 60 to the upper forming groove 58 forms the bottom surface 38 of the groove 37, and the slope 39 is formed on the base end side of this portion in the extending direction of the lower forming groove 60. A slope portion forming portion 62 is formed, and a horizontal portion forming portion 63 for forming the horizontal portion 40 is formed on the tip side.

Further, support holes 65 for supporting the upper pins 27 are formed on both outer sides of the lower forming groove portion 60 of the plate member 55.

When the plate member 55 punched into the shape as described above with a press is bent along a folding line 56 with a press, as shown in FIG. 6, the groove portion 37 having the slope portion 39 and the horizontal portion 40 similar to those in the first embodiment. And the receiving part 28 provided with the latching | locking part 44 and the latching | locking part 44 was provided integrally is formed.

In addition, it is also possible to make the upper surface 41 of the receiving part 28 into a V-shaped inclined surface which inclines so that it may be located below the groove part 37 side by pressing as shown in FIG.
