Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a power cord routing structure for electrical equipment, particularly when it is necessary to adopt a layout in which signal lines must be arranged in the vicinity of the power cord, or a wiring board on which electrical and electronic components are mounted. The present invention relates to a power supply cord routing structure for electrical equipment, such as when it is unavoidable to be installed in the vicinity of a power supply unit serving as a heat source.
In electrical equipment using electrical and electronic parts such as microcomputers, the power cord drawn from the power supply circuit is connected to a commercial power supply via a plug, and the power supply circuit is a heat generating part such as a voltage conversion transformer. It is often equipped with. On the other hand, electrical and electronic parts such as a microcomputer are mounted on a wiring board, and an input signal is given to the electrical and electronic equipment via a signal line connected to the wiring board.
In such electrical equipment, the power cord may act as an antenna. In that case, radio wave interference from the power cord adversely affects the signal line, preventing normal operation of electrical and electronic components. There is a risk that the electrical and electronic parts of the system may malfunction. In addition, the electric and electronic parts on the wiring board may be adversely affected by the heat generated by the power supply unit.
Conventionally, as a means to suppress or prevent the interference of radio waves emitted from the power cord from adversely affecting the signal line, the generation of interference waves in the power cord using a capacitor can be electrically suppressed, An electronic component is housed in an electromagnetic shielding case to block an interference wave from the power cord (see, for example, Patent Document 1), or the power cord is routed as short as possible in a metal casing Means have been proposed for suppressing radiation of high-frequency radio waves from a cord (for example, see Patent Document 2).
On the other hand, in one electrical device configured by housing a plurality of different types of device units such as VTRs and DVDs in one housing, the housing is accommodated inside the housing due to a demand for miniaturization and thinning. In addition to being required to increase the mounting density of electrical and electronic components on the printed wiring board, there are many cases where it is not possible to ensure a sufficiently wide space for routing the power cord and signal line. There are also many restrictions on the layout when routing these power cords and signal lines. As a result, as described at the beginning, the layout has to place signal lines near the power cords. It can be forced to pick. In addition, it may happen that the power supply unit and the wiring board must be installed close to each other. FIG. 7 illustrates such a case illustratively.
That is, the electric device of FIG. 7 is formed by housing the
Further, in the case where the
However, the means described in the above-mentioned
The present invention has been made under the above circumstances, and even when a signal line must be laid out in the vicinity of the power cord, it is obstructed from the power cord. It is possible to make the adverse effects of waves as difficult and difficult as possible to the signal line, and even when it is necessary to deploy a wiring board with electrical and electronic components mounted near the power source part that generates heat , Power cord routing structure for electrical equipment that can prevent the electrical and electronic components on the wiring board from being affected by heat generation in the installation space of the power supply section so that the electrical and electronic components do not cause thermal destruction The purpose is to provide.
In the power cord routing structure for an electrical device according to the present invention, the power cord drawn out from the power source is held in the power cord outlet provided in the rising wall of the casing that houses the power source, and the power source The position of the power cord routing portion is regulated by a partition plate that divides the deployment space of the power cord routing portion and the deployment space of the power source portion extending from the portion toward the holding location at the power cord outlet. The power cord routing portion includes a hanging portion starting from the holding location, and cord positioning means is provided for facing the hanging portion to a signal line connected to a wiring board housed in the housing. At the same time, the cord positioning means presses the end of the drooping portion to prevent the drooping portion from approaching the signal line.
With this configuration, even if it is necessary to adopt a layout in which the signal lines must be arranged in the vicinity of the power cord, the cord positioning means provided in the partition plate can route the power cord. Since the drooping portion is formed in the portion and the drooping portion is prevented from approaching the signal line, the influence of the disturbing wave coming out of the power cord is less likely to reach the signal line.
In the present invention, it is desirable to suppress the influence of heat generated by the power supply unit from reaching the wiring board by the partition plate. In this case, the cord positioning means provided in the partition plate that makes it difficult for the influence of the heat generated in the power supply part to reach the wiring board forms a hanging part in the power cord routing part, and the hanging part does not approach the signal line. Even if it is necessary to adopt a layout that requires signal lines to be placed near the power cord, electrical and electronic parts are mounted near the power source. Even if it is necessary to deploy a wiring board, the signal line is less likely to be adversely affected by disturbing waves coming out of the power cord without adding extra members. The adverse effect of heat generation on the circuit board does not reach the electrical and electronic parts on the wiring board.
In the present invention, it is possible to adopt a configuration in which the cord positioning means is formed by a plate-like cord pressing portion that is integrally connected to the partition plate and presses the end of the hanging portion. . According to this, the cord positioning means can be easily integrally formed with synthetic resin at a low cost together with, for example, a partition.
In the present invention, by extending the cord pressing portion in a direction approaching the rising wall of the casing, the pressing portion at the terminal end of the hanging portion is brought close to the rising wall to keep the hanging portion away from the signal line. It is also possible to adopt the configuration described above, and according to this, since the hanging portion of the power cord is further away from the signal line, the adverse effect due to the disturbing wave coming out of the power cord is less likely to reach the signal line.
In the power cord routing structure for an electric device according to the present invention, the power cord drawn from the power source is held in the power cord outlet provided at the upper end of the rising wall of the housing that houses the power source. The power cord routing portion is positioned on a partition plate that partitions the deployment space of the power cord routing portion extending from the power source portion toward the holding location at the power cord outlet and the deployment space of the power source portion. A cord positioning means for regulating and including a hanging portion starting from the holding portion in the power cord routing portion and facing the hanging portion with a signal line connected to the wiring board housed in the housing; And the cord positioning means presses the terminal end of the hanging portion to prevent the hanging portion from approaching the signal line. A plate-shaped cord that suppresses the influence of heat generated by the power supply section on the wiring board by the cable, and the cord positioning means is integrally connected to the partition plate to hold down the terminal end of the hanging portion. The cord holding part is formed by a holding part, and the cord holding part extends in a direction approaching the rising wall of the casing, thereby bringing the holding point at the end of the hanging part closer to the rising wall and moving the hanging part away from the signal line. The cord pressing portion is further embodied by adopting a structure in which a gate-shaped structure portion that forms an insertion space for the power cord routing portion cooperates with the partition plate. The And according to this invention, in addition to the effect | action exhibited by said each invention, a gate-shaped groove part helps to position-control the whole power cord routing part.
As described above, according to the present invention, even if it is necessary to adopt a layout in which electrical equipment is forced to place signal lines in the vicinity of the power cord, interference from the power cord can be prevented. The adverse effect of the wave is as difficult and difficult as possible on the signal line, and the operational reliability of the electrical equipment is improved. Even if it is necessary to deploy a wiring board with electrical and electronic components mounted near the power supply unit that generates heat, the influence of heat generation in the space where the power supply unit is installed is It becomes difficult to reach parts.
In particular, according to the present invention, the configuration is such that the position of the power cord routing portion is regulated by using a partition plate necessary to suppress the influence of heat generation in the power source portion to the surroundings. By simply taking a simple measure of changing the shape of the partition plate, it is possible to suppress the influence of the disturbing wave coming out from the power cord routing section on the signal line.
FIG. 1 is a schematic side view showing a power cord routing structure of an electric apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a schematic plan view thereof, and FIG. 3 is a schematic perspective view of a main part of a
As shown in FIG. 3, the
As shown in FIG. 1 or FIG. 2, the
A
In the power cord routing structure of the electrical apparatus having the above-described configuration, the
Further, the
As in the embodiment described above, aligning the rear end position of the

4 is a schematic side view showing a power cord routing structure of an electric device according to another embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 5 is a schematic plan view thereof, and FIG. 6 is a schematic perspective view of a main part of the
As shown in FIG. 6, in this embodiment, the rear end portion of the
The embodiment (first example) described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3 has a
