Description

The present invention relates to a parent die holder and a parent die loading tool used when a parent die is loaded into a blast hole drilled in a rock such as tunnel construction.

Until now, at tunnel construction sites where blasting was carried out, the parent die was manually inserted into the blasting hole, and it was necessary to work near the bedrock where there was a risk of rock collapse.
In recent years, in order to ensure the safety of work, a method of loading the parent die and additional explosive into the blast hole from a position away from the bedrock is desired, and the explosive from a position away from the bedrock using a hose or pipe is desired. Loading technology is being established. (For example, Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2)
However, in the current method, a method in which the parent die is manually placed in the blast hole in advance is the mainstream (for example, Patent Document 3), and there is also a method in which the parent die is inserted into a pipe and loaded (for example, Patent Document 3). 4 and Non-Patent Document 1), damage and wear of the tip of the pipe or hose are likely to occur, and it was necessary to replace the pipe frequently or to cut the tip of the hose to remove the damaged part.

About.

By using the product of the present invention, it is possible to securely hold the parent die, prevent wear of the tip of the pipe or hose, and insert the parent die into the blast hole from a position away from the rock. became.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be specifically described.
The parent die is an explosion explosive with a detonator. As the type of explosive for the parent die used in the present invention, colloidal dynamite and hydrous explosive are suitable, and the explosive dimensions are an outer diameter of 25 to 30 mm and a length of 100 to 300 mm is suitable, and the type of detonator used may be an electric detonator or a non-electric detonator.
The length of the holder is determined by the total length of the parent die insertion part and the pipe joint part, but the length of the parent die insertion part is not less than 1/3 and not more than 1 of the explosive used in the parent die. It is necessary, and when it becomes 1/3 or less, the holding becomes unstable, and when it becomes 1 or more, it becomes difficult to remove it when the parent die is attached incorrectly.

The length of the pipe joint needs to be equal to or less than the length of the pipe. If priority is given to easy replacement, a length of 20 to 100 mm is preferable. If priority is given to protection of the pipe, a perforated blast hole It is also possible to cover the outer surface of the pipe of the same length as that inserted into the blast hole with a holder.
The inner diameter of the holder must be greater than or equal to the outer diameter of the parent die to be used, and is desirably 1 to 5 mm larger than the outer diameter of the parent die.
The hole diameter of the blast hole to be drilled needs to be larger than the outer diameter of the holder. In general, the outer diameter of the holder is preferably 1 to 5 mm larger than the inner diameter of the holder and is light and easy to use.
As the material of the holder, a plastic that can be processed into a cylindrical shape is suitable, and more preferably, a polyolefin-based material is inexpensive, easy to use and easy to use.

The pipe or hose used for the parent die loader has an outer diameter that is less than or equal to the inner diameter of the parent die holder and the length depends on the capacity of the machine loader and the desired remote loading distance. By using the parent die loading tool of the present invention, the parent die can be transported to the depth of the blast hole while being held by the parent die holder, and then the slurry die is extruded from the pipe or hose, Can be extruded from the parent die holder and set in the back of the blast hole.
As a method of connecting the parent die holder to the pipe or hose, a method of fixing or adhering with an adhesive tape can be used. However, it is more preferable to use an adhesive tape because it can be easily replaced.
