Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge a work space in a sink by providing an implement for allowing waterdrops falling from dripping of wet objects, to automatically flow into the sink of a kitchen. <P>SOLUTION: In this new sink, a horizontal part beside a faucet is formed into an inclined face, and when the wet objects are placed on a drain plate above, falling waterdrops flow on the inclined face and fall into the sink. For an existing sink, an incliner at the bottom of an inclined plate for allowing the falling waterdrops to flow in one direction, is fitted to a drainer dimensioned to fit the horizontal part beside the faucet, to form a set for use. A water outlet of the incliner is adjusted to the sink to allow the waterdrops to fall into the sink. Description

  The present invention relates to an improvement in draining methods such as a chopping board, scrubbing, and a trash can that are wet near the sink of a system kitchen.

The present invention is to solve the above problems.

The space on both sides of the faucet of a household sink is horizontal, and the area from the sink to the wall is considerable. Usually, this is a place for liquid detergents and soap for hand-washing, and it is not fully utilized. The present invention intends to make effective use of this space.
The horizontal part on both sides of the faucet of the sink is inclined toward the inside. A stainless steel porous plate or netting plate is placed on the inclined portion for draining water. If wet scrubbing or the like is placed on the plate, the water droplets flow down from the lower inclined portion into the sink.
The above idea is basic, and various devices and instruments are required for practical use.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below. There are two types of embodiments. A case of creating a new product sink having the function of the present invention and a case of providing an existing sink with the function of the present invention.
First, the case of a new product will be described. In [Fig. 1], the horizontal portions on both sides of the faucet are dropped inward at an inclination of about 10 degrees, and corrugated irregularities are formed on the inclined surface (2). A stainless steel porous plate as shown in FIG. 2 or a “water draining plate” (5) such as a mesh plate is placed on the inclined surface. The corrugated irregularities prevent the “draining plate” from coming into close contact with the inclined portion and improve drainage.
On the left side (9) of the faucet of the “draining board”, a “food waste drainer” (11) as shown in FIG. 4 is placed. As shown in FIG. 2, the right side is a cutting board place (7) on the outside, a scrubber and a detergent place (6) on the inside. Among them, the separator (8) between the outsides is intended to isolate water splashes such as scrubbing. The reason for bending the “draining board” is to prevent the load from falling and to reinforce the “draining board”. All items are considered to be removed and washed well.
The above is a proposal using a “draining board”. Wet can be placed directly on the inclined part, but an accessory is required for that purpose, and it will be complicated.

For existing sinks, that is, sinks that are horizontal on both sides of the faucet, a product such as [Fig.
[FIG. 3] is a “slope” made of synthetic resin or stainless steel having the function of (2), and there is an inclined plate having an inclination angle of about 10 degrees for flowing water droplets therein. The “tilt” (10) is placed on the edge of the sink. The "tilting device", "garbage drainer", and "chopping board, scrubbing drainer" were designed so that they could be washed well so that they could be disassembled. This set of [FIGS. 3, 4, 5] can also be used for auxiliary “draining” of a new product sink.
Furthermore, if the water at the outlet of the “tilting device” is collected in one place and dropped into the sink with a pipe, the “draining unit” can be placed away from the sink.

Claims (2)
