Description

The present invention relates to footwear having a sole on which a foot is placed and a covering portion such as an upper covering the instep, and more particularly to a sandal having a sole structure suitable for use on a sandy beach or the like and a highly breathable shoe. is there.

When flip-flops are used on sandy beaches or the like, moisture-containing sand adheres to the bottom of the sole as a lump, or dry sand soars and accumulates on the top of the sole. Also, if you enter the waterside or poolside shallows while wearing flip flops, you may unexpectedly be affected by water resistance, making it difficult to walk or slipping on your feet. Further, when the beach sandals are worn with the feet wet with water, there is a problem that the soles of the feet are in close contact with the upper surface of the sole of the beach sandals, which makes it easy to get stuffy.

Patent Document 1 discloses a clog having a shiatsu effect provided with an infinite number of air holes penetrating from the front surface to the back surface of the clog stand. However, these sandals and clogs are mainly used for acupressure effects and so are not applied to flip flops. If sandals with small irregularities or holes are used on a sandy beach, the above-mentioned problem of adhesion of sand still occurs, and even if a hole with a small diameter is provided, there is a problem of water resistance or stuffiness. The problem is not improved.

Further, when a large number of holes having a small diameter as shown in the following Patent Document 1 are applied to the sandal, the hole 105 is linearly formed on the sole 103 of the sandal 101 from the top surface to the bottom surface of the sole 103 as shown in FIG. It will penetrate. Therefore, if the projection 107 shown in the figure is accidentally stepped on and the projection 107 fits into the hole 105, the sole 103 has sufficient rigidity to prevent the projection 107 from entering. Even if it is, the protrusion 107 penetrates the sole 103 and reaches the upper surface of the sole 103.

The above stuffiness problem is particularly noticeable in shoes where the upper covers the entire upper. For example, doctors and nurses often wear shoes even in hospitals. However, since work continues for a long time, the inside of the shoes inevitably gets muddy, resulting in considerable discomfort.

Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 7-39501

The present invention has been made in view of such background technology and the problems of the background technology, and has little adhesion of sand and the like, and has low water resistance when used in water. Even when the sandals which are the footwear of the present invention are used as beach sandals on sandy beaches, the adhesion of sand to the sole is greatly increased by the large gap of the opening area formed between the heel elements and the easy separation shape of the heel elements. Less. Also, sand does not accumulate on the upper surface of the sole, and even if the sandals are put into the water, the resistance of the water is small, so that it is easy to walk and there is little risk of falling. Also, even if you wear sandals while your feet are wet, the soles of your feet will not get muggy.
Moreover, when inclusion materials, such as a bead, are contained in the material which comprises a collar element, it becomes possible to provide the design effect to a sandal. Further, when the sole is provided with an inclined hole or an obliquely formed opening, even if the projection is stepped on, the projection does not reach the upper surface of the sole. The illustrated first to third embodiments will be described below.
1 is a perspective view showing a sandal according to Embodiment 1, and FIG. 2 is a plan view of the sandal according to Embodiment 1. FIG. FIG. 3 is a side sectional view of the sandal according to the first embodiment. 4 is a perspective view showing the sandal according to the second embodiment, and FIG. 5 is a side sectional view (a) and a partially enlarged sectional view (b) showing the sandal according to the second embodiment. 6 is a perspective view showing a sandal according to the third embodiment, and FIG. 7 is a side sectional view (a) and a partially enlarged sectional view (b) showing the sandal according to the third embodiment. FIG. 8 is a plan view showing another aspect in which the shape and arrangement of the heel elements are changed in the sandals according to the first and third embodiments. FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view showing another aspect of the easily separable shape applied to the outer frame and the heel element in the sandals according to the first and third embodiments. FIG. 10 is a perspective view of a shoe according to the fourth embodiment, and FIG. 11 is a side sectional view (a) and a partially enlarged sectional view (b) showing the shoe according to the fourth embodiment.

The sandal 1 as the footwear according to the first embodiment is configured by attaching an upper 5 or a umbilical cord 7 as a covering portion that covers the instep of the foot to a sole 3 on which a foot is placed. Further, as the sole 3, a material having an appropriate elastic force and rigidity, for example, a material such as hard urethane or synthetic rubber can be applied, but a harder wooden material or other hard plastic material can also be used. In the present embodiment, a transparent or translucent synthetic resin is used as the material of the sole 3, and further, beads 17 of various colors are scattered as an example of inclusions having a design effect in the synthetic resin material. Is used.
The above points are the same in the second and third embodiments described later.

The sole 3 includes an outer frame 9 that forms an outer shape, and an inner flange 15 that is provided in the outer frame 9 with an appropriate interval 11 and that is formed by appropriately combining rod-shaped or plate-shaped flange elements 13. . The outer frame 9 and the flange element 13 are not limited to a solid body, and may be hollow bodies.
The outer frame 9 is curved to match the shape of the foot, and constitutes the outline of the sole 3. In the outer frame 9, five heel elements 13 are arranged at equal intervals along the longitudinal direction of the sole 3 (left and right direction in FIG. 2).

And the dimension C of the space | interval 11 between the adjacent heel elements 13 is comparatively wide, and is set to the range of 1/3-3 times the width dimension B of the heel element 13. FIG. This prevents the sand A from adhering from the back side of the sole 3 and facilitates the discharge of the sand A that has entered from the upper surface side of the sole 3.
Moreover, the peripheral surface shape of the outer frame 9 and the heel element 13 is formed in an easy-separation shape that facilitates the separation and separation of the attached sand A or the like. In the present embodiment, the outer frame 9 and the flange element 13 are formed in an oval shape as an example of an easily separable shape.

The sole 3 thus configured is attached with an upper 5 as shown by an imaginary line in FIG. 1 and a chord 7 shown by a solid line in FIG. 1 to complete the sandal 1. As the upper 5, in addition to the one that completely covers the instep, a structure that does not cover a part of the toe, such as a finger part of the toe, can be employed.
It is also possible to use a combination of the umbilical cord 7 and the upper 5 or a mesh shape in which the upper 5 is knitted with a plurality of strap-like upper elements.

The sandal 21 as footwear according to the second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in the configuration of the sole 3. That is, the sole 3 is formed in a substantially flat plate shape like ordinary sandals as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, but the sole 3 has a bottom opening 23 and a top opening 25 in the horizontal direction as shown in the figure. A plurality of inclined hole portions 27 formed obliquely so as to be displaced are provided.
The diameter D of the inclined hole portion 27 is relatively large and is set to 3 mm or more, preferably 5 mm or more.

By providing such an inclined hole portion 27, even if the projection 29 enters the inclined hole portion 27 from the bottom opening 23 as shown in the enlarged view (b) in FIG. Since the entry is prevented by the inner wall surface, it can be prevented from penetrating through the upper surface opening 25 to the upper surface of the sole 3.
In addition, by setting the diameter D of the inclined hole portion 27 to be relatively large, prevention of adhesion of sand A, securing of air permeability, and reduction of water resistance in water are simultaneously achieved.

The sandal 31 as footwear according to the third embodiment has a configuration in which the configuration of the sandal 1 according to the first embodiment and the configuration of the sandal 21 according to the second embodiment are combined. The configuration is different from the first and second embodiments. That is, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the sole 3 is basically provided in the same manner as in the first embodiment, and is provided with an outer frame 9 that forms an outer shape, and an appropriate interval 11 in the outer frame 9. And an inner collar 15 formed by appropriately combining plate-shaped collar elements 13.
However, the configuration of the opening 33 divided by the outer frame 9 and the inner flange 15 is different from that of the first embodiment, and the configuration of the inclined hole portion 27 employed in the second embodiment is adopted for this opening 33. Is.

That is, the flange element 13 is attached to the outer frame 9 in a state where it is slightly inclined with respect to the axial center in the longitudinal direction.
Thus, the opening 33 is formed obliquely so that the bottom opening 23 and the top opening 25 are displaced in the horizontal direction.
Even in such a configuration, as shown in the enlarged view (b) in FIG. 7, the protrusion 29 is prevented from penetrating into the upper surface of the sole 3 as in the second embodiment.

A shoe 41 as footwear according to the fourth embodiment will be described.
The shoe 41 is for indoor use worn by a doctor or nurse in a hospital, for example, and has a sole 42 and an upper 43 as a cover attached to the sole 42.
A plurality of inclined hole portions 45 are formed in the sole 42, and the inclined hole portions 45 are formed obliquely so that the bottom surface opening 47 and the top surface opening 49 are displaced in the horizontal direction.
In addition, a large number of ventilation holes 51 are formed in the upper 43.

Since the shoe 41 has the inclined hole portion 45 and the vent hole 51, the air smoothly flows through the inside. Therefore, it is possible to prevent foot stuffiness.
Since the inclined hole 45 is formed obliquely so that the bottom opening 47 and the top opening 49 are displaced in the horizontal direction, penetration of the protrusions into the top surface of the sole 42 is prevented as in the second and third embodiments. Is done.
