Description

The present invention relates to improvement of a headphone band of a large-sized headphone device with high sound quality, and more particularly, to a headphone device having a headphone band configured to obtain a good wearing feeling.

Conventionally, Patent Document 1 discloses a headphone device in which a headphone band of a headphone device is formed of carbon fiber reinforced plastic, and a support member such as a frame is formed of a magnesium alloy.

FIGS. 7A and 7B are perspective views showing a headphone device and a mounting state of the headphone device disclosed in Patent Document 1, and are formed in an inverted U-shape in FIG. 7A. Headphone units 4 are rotatably disposed at both ends of the headphone band 1 via a support member 2 and a support arm 3.

The headphone band 1 is formed in a reverse U-shaped plate having springiness. The reason why the headphone band 1 needs to be springy is that when the headphone band 1 is attached to the head, lateral pressure is applied to the headphone units 4 attached to both sides of the headphone band 1 and the headphone unit 4 presses and supports the head. It is.

The headphone band 1 is made of carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP). This carbon fiber reinforced plastic is formed by laminating carbon fibers impregnated with a thermosetting resin. The reason why the carbon fiber is used as the material for the headphone band 1 is to reduce the weight of the entire device. This is because carbon fiber reinforced plastic has a lighter specific gravity than metallic materials such as steel. That is, the specific gravity of the carbon fiber reinforced plastic can be set to about 0.6 to 0.7, and the weight can be extremely light as compared with the metallic material.

The headphone band 1 has support members 2 and 2 attached to both ends. The support member 2 supports the headphone unit 4 attached to the support arm 3 by pivotally supporting the support arm 3 with a support shaft. The support member 2 is made of a magnesium-based alloy. The reason why the magnesium-based alloy is used as the material of the support member 2 is that the magnesium-based alloy has a specific gravity of about 1.7, is relatively light and strong, and has good acoustic vibration damping characteristics. Therefore, by using a magnesium-based alloy for the support member 2, the weight of the entire headphone device can be reduced.

A suspender 8 is attached to the headphone band 1 configured as described above as shown in FIG. That is, both ends of the suspender 8 are drawn into the headphone band 1 from the openings 5 and 5 of the support members 2 and 2 attached to both sides of the headphone band 1 and connected to the spring member, respectively. As shown in FIG. 7 (B), the head support portion 6 is hung on the person's head so as to form a string on the inner side with respect to the headphone band 1.
The suspender 8 is constantly biased by a spring member with a certain tension in a direction in which the head support portion 6 of the suspender 8 is pulled into the headphone band 1 from both ends.

However, according to the headphone device described above, the headphone band 1 and the support member 2 are reduced in weight, but the weight increases due to an increase in the number of spring members and the like of the support member 2 that accommodates the suspender 8, and the suspender 8 Since it is rigid and not fixed to the headphone unit 4, as shown in the side view of FIG. 8, when the headphone device is mounted, the suspender 8 is clockwise (CW) or counterclockwise ( CCW), and such instability has a problem of impairing the wearing feeling of the headphone device.

In addition, since the suspender 8 is applied with a force that presses the head 7 using a spring member, not only does the head feel uncomfortable, but also the side pressure on the ear increases because of the tightness of the head, impairing the wearing feeling. Had a problem to do.
Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 7-15265 (FIG. 1)

The problem to be solved by the present invention is that when the headphone device is worn, the suspender or the spring member that pulls the suspender applies a pressing force or side pressure to the temporal region or both ears, and the wearing feeling of the suspender The object is to improve the poor wearing feeling due to the instability of rocking in the front-rear direction.

A first headphone device according to the present invention includes a headphone band having suspension frames attached to both ends, and a pair of speaker units pivotably attached to the suspension frame. The mounting portion is composed of a first band and a second band, and is configured such that a tension is applied between the first and second bands.

The second headphone device of the present invention is characterized in that, in the first invention, a head cushion made of a soft material is stretched between the first and second bands.

According to the headphone device of the present invention, the soft head cushion comes into contact with the head when worn, so that both the feel and the wearing stability are compatible, and the head cushion can be attached to the headphone band without loosening. There is.

In the head device of the present invention, a predetermined outward tension is applied between the two headphone bands, and the head cushion is always pulled outward by bridging the head cushion between the two headphone bands. This realizes a headphone device that does not have a conventional suspender and that fits well with the shape of the head when it comes into contact with the head.

Hereinafter, a headphone device according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS.

FIG. 1 is an external view of a headphone device of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a side view showing a mounting state of the headphone device of the present invention, and FIG. 3 is a head cushion mounting state explanatory diagram and a headphone band of a headphone band used in the headphone device of the present invention. FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing one embodiment of the head cushion, and FIG. 5 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of a main part for explaining a method of fixing the head cushion to the headphone band of the headphone device of the present invention.

1A is a plan view of the headphone device, and FIG. 1B is a right side view. 1 (A) and 1 (B), a headphone device 11 includes a headphone band 12 made of an elastic and lightweight metal member such as duralumin or magnesium alloy or a carbon composite material, and left and right headphone units including a driver unit. 13L and 13R.

The driver units (not shown) constituting the left and right headphone units 13L and 13R have a normal speaker structure, for example, and are disposed between the left and right back housings 19L and 19R and the left and right baffle portions 17L and 17R. Each member is held in the left and right frames 14L, 14R.

The left and right frames 14L and 14R are made of a lightweight metal member such as a titanium alloy or a magnesium alloy as shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B and FIG. 2, and the left and right frames 14L and 14R are substantially the same. A bridge 14B formed in a dome shape is bridged to a circular frame 14A formed in an annular shape, and left and right back housings 19L, 19R are mounted in through holes formed in the bridge 14. Left and right earpads 18L and 18R, which are formed of an outer skin in which a buffer member is formed in a ring shape and covered with a back skin or the like, are fixed to the front ear side of the round frame 14A.

The left and right suspension frames 15L and 15R are formed of a soft alloy such as magnesium alloy in a substantially semicircular shape so as to cover the semicircular portion of the outer periphery of the round frame 14A of the frame 14, and the support shafts provided at both lower ends of the semicircular shape 21 and 21 are pivotally attached to a round frame 14A of the frame 14 so as to be swingable.

Left and right band adjusting portions 16L and 16R made of a soft alloy such as magnesium alloy are fixed or integrally formed with the left and right hanging frames 15L and 15R at substantially center positions of the semicircular left and right hanging frames 15L and 15R. ing.

A headphone band 12 made of a boat-shaped light alloy or carbon composite (CFRP) sandwiched between the left and right band adjusting portions 16L and 16R, which is substantially oval and bent at both left and right ends, is sandwiched in FIG. In B), the height can be finely adjusted in the vertical direction indicated by the arrow AA.

For example, a net-shaped head cushion 20 is bridged between the two headphone bands 12F and 12B on the front and rear sides corresponding to the left and right boat edges of the headphone band 12 molded into the boat shape.

FIG. 2 shows a side view of the headphone device 11 shown in FIG. 1 attached to a person's head 7. The front and rear headphone bands 12F and 12B corresponding to the head 7 will be described later. Since the front and rear bands 12F and 12B made of hard light alloy do not directly contact the head 7 because they are covered with the edge member 20A having a cushioning property such as rubber provided at the edge, the headband 12 is made of a soft material. Can be softened with a cushion.

A method of attaching the head cushion 20 to the headphone band 12 will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 3A is a plan view of the headphone band 12 without the head cushion 20 shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 3B is a plan view of the headphone band 12 with the head cushion attached, and FIG. It is the top view which looked at the state which attached the cushion from the lower side (head side).

As shown in FIG. 3 (A), an arcuate shape for inserting and fixing the edge member 20A at a substantially center position of the front and rear bands 12F and 12B extending substantially downward as shown in FIG. The narrow groove 25 is formed.

The head cushion 20 can be configured as shown in FIG. 4, for example. In FIG. 4, the head cushion 20 sews a boat-shaped net portion 20 </ b> B made of a net made of polyester fibers woven in a lattice shape, and an edge member 20 </ b> A such as thermoplastic elastomer or rubber on the front and rear (long side) with the yarn or the like. Attach and fix. Of course, these coupling methods can be selected as appropriate, and may be joined by, for example, an adhesive. In addition, the warp of polyester is knitted using a yarn that does not easily stretch in the short side direction (the direction of FIG. 4B-B).

The dimension w 2 to w 3 in the short side direction when the head cushion 20 shown in FIG. 4 is attached to the headphone band 12 is, for example, the dimension w in the short side direction between the front and rear bands 12F and 12B in FIG. compared to 1 to w 2, it is produced in small eyes.

FIG. 5A shows an enlarged cross-sectional view of such a head cushion 20 in FIG. 3B and 3C, in order to attach the head cushion 20 to the headphone band 12, one of the front and rear bands 12F and 12B of the headphone band 12 in the state of FIG. As shown in FIG. 5A, the tip of the edge member 20A of the head cushion 20 is inserted and fixed in the narrow groove 21B.

Next, the head cushion 20 shown in FIG. 4 is brought upward from the lower side of the front band 12F as shown in FIG. 3C so as to wind the edge member 20A, and the front and rear bands 12F shown in FIG. The edge member 20A is inserted into the narrow groove 21F of the front band 12F as shown in FIG. 5A while applying a pressing force in the DD direction with a finger or the like so that the widths w 1 and w 2 of the width direction 12B are sandwiched. Insert and fix the tip of.

Next, when the pressing force applied in the DD direction is released, the front and rear bands in the outer direction (the direction opposite to DD) applied at the joint portion of the front and rear bands folded downward as shown in FIG. Since the front and rear bands 12F and 12B are expanded by the spring force to expand 12F and 12B, the net portion 20B of the head cushion 20 made smaller is pushed and expanded, as shown in FIG. The stretched state is held on the front and rear bands 12F and 12B. In FIG. 5A, reference numeral 23 denotes a fixing portion of the stitch portion between the net portion 20B and the edge member 20A.

FIG. 5B shows another configuration of the head cushion to the headphone band 12. In FIG. 5A, the head cushion 20 is formed separately from the net portion 20B and the edge member 20A. In this case, the net portion 20B is a cloth member, and the case is formed integrally with the edge member 20A. As the cloth member in this case, it is possible to select a yarn with less stretchability as the warp. A back skin such as leather can also be used.

Although the headphone device has been described in the above configuration, it is obvious that the present invention can be applied to the headphone band 12 of the headset to which the microphone 40 is added as shown in FIG.

According to the headphone device of the present invention, the head cushion is fixed with a certain tension by the restoring force of the headphone band generated after the head cushion is incorporated into the headphone band. As a result, the headphone band of hard material does not directly hit the head when worn on the head, and since the edge member with the buffering force of the head cushion hits the head, the compression force due to pressing on the head is greatly improved, Further, there is an advantage that an improved instability on wearing caused by low support rigidity between the suspender and the headphone band can be provided.
