<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric heating scraping machine in which a job is speedy finished to shorten the working time to reduce the labor cost. <P>SOLUTION: The electric heating scraping machine has a main body scraping rod 1 in which an electric heating wire 2 and a hot/cold blower 3 are mounted. A blade and a coating film are heated by a hot air from a duct to strip the coating film with the heated blade. The stripping is facilitated by applying used salad oil on the blade. この発明は、より速い仕事ができ、人件費を削減をめざす為に塗膜防水ケレン機を発明したものである。
従来の物だと塗膜防水を剥す為に時間がかかり過ぎかなりの労力、人件費が必要であった。１時間２０ｃｍ^２弱強力なものだと１時間１０ｃｍ^２弱なかなか剥れない。
本発明は、その強力な物まで（２０分弱で１．２ｍ^２）剥離除去をスピーディにこなせるケレン機を以下で説明すると、
（イ）鉄の刃物、本体（１）、電熱線（２）が両面取り付けてある。
（ロ）ステンレス棒（１）に温冷送風機（３）が取り付けてある。（イ）の刃物が加熱してから（ロ）の温風で送風する
（ハ）ステンレス棒（１）に送風通口（４）取付けてある。
温風（３）を送風すると送風通口（４）を通り熱風に変る。
（ニ）家庭で使い古したサラダ油を固めて刃先に油を漬ける。刃に油を漬ると加熱による塗膜のひっつきをなくし塗膜がすべるので剥離しやすい。
（ホ）（１）の先端に熱保持カバー（５）で熱を逃がさないようにして刃の前方の塗膜を先に熱することによりいっそう剥離しやすくして（１）の加熱した刃で剥る。
（ヘ）熱保持カバー（５）と本体（１）の間に塗膜排出口（６）があり塗膜が残らず外に出せる。
