即ち、ホーン取り付け金具1の一方側に偏在して耐雷ホーン7を取り付けた場合、吊下軸Pの左右でアンバランスなモーメントが生じ安定した気中間隙Gが保持できない恐れがある。そこで前記モーメントに釣合うバランスウエイト10の設置が必要となる。本発明では、上記のように第1図において、丸穴9aを回転軸としてバランスウエイト10が破線のように回動出来、適当な位置で左右のモーメントがバランスしたところで、調整孔11にボルトを通して固定するようにしたものである。従って、従来の耐雷ホーンのように搭上で危険なウエイトの着脱作業を省略できるから、設置作業を安全性の高いものとすることが出来る。

図5は本発明を二連耐張碍子装置に適用した場合の実施形態を示したもので、形状および機能が同一のものは図1と同番号を付して示した。図5において、12は一対の二連ヨークで、前記二連ヨーク間に直角クレビスリンク13と直角クレビス14とを介して、複数の碍子2を連結して二連耐張碍子装置を構成する。15は課電側電極である。16は接地側の二連ヨーク12に取り付けられたT字状のホーン取り付け金具で、その垂直脚には耐雷ホーン取り付け部材6と1枚リンク6aとを取り付けるための2つの取り付け穴が設けられている。前記T字状のホーン取り付け金具16の垂直脚孔に耐雷ホーン取り付け部材6と1枚リンク6aとをボルトで連結してトラス構造を構成し、耐雷ホーン取り付け部材6の先端に耐雷ホーン7の基部金具7cに設けられた固定穴に適合する角穴7aを設けて、角根丸頭ボルトにより供回りを防止して前記耐雷ホーン7を取り付け、接地側電極8と課電側電極15とを対向させ、その気中間隙Gを調節する構成としたものである。なお、二連耐張碍子装置の場合には耐雷ホーンの曲げモーメントによる曲げ応力に対して、二連ヨーク12に作用する水平張力が非常に大きく、また、相対的な揺動も起き難いのでバランスウエイトは不要である。   FIG. 5 shows an embodiment in which the present invention is applied to a double tension insulator device, and those having the same shape and function are indicated by the same reference numerals as those in FIG. また、本発明は上記した実施形態に限定されず、その趣旨を逸脱しない範囲で各部の構成を以下のように変更して実施できるものである。

4)取り付けアーム9を両側から挟持している板状のバランスウエイト10の重心位置を大地側に偏在させること。即ち、バランスウエイト10の大地側下方部を肉厚の厚い形状とするほか、弛度調整金具のような扇形などの形状とすること。
5)また、取り付けアーム9の長角穴内でバランスウエイトを摺動させてモーメントの調整を行うようにすること。
6)バランスウエイトを1枚の板状としたり、適当な形状に適宜変更すること。
7)全ての締め付けボルトを角根丸頭ボルトとして共回りを防止し、片手締め付け作業を可能とすること。
8)締め付けボルトには割りピンを装着し、ボルトが緩んでも構成部品の脱落などを防止するようにすること。
以上のような変更を適宜採用すれば、本発明の付加価値を一層高め得るものである。

7) All the tightening bolts are square root round head bolts to prevent co-rotation and enable one-hand tightening work.
8) Install cotter pins on the tightening bolts to prevent the components from falling off even if the bolts are loosened.
If the above changes are appropriately adopted, the added value of the present invention can be further enhanced.
