Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a dry sauna that also serves as a hot tub using a conventional personal hot tub.
When trying to enjoy a private sauna at home, the biggest problem is how to secure a space in the home for the sauna device. Sauna is a source of heat, more space for people to lie down, and more or less due to its nature as a sauna, it is necessary to deal with the diffusion of moisture (water vapor) into the surroundings. It was difficult to secure. Therefore, the present inventors examined the structure of a sauna that enjoys a health-oriented living life, focusing on the fact that it is a bathroom that can enjoy a sauna in a relatively small house in Japan. The contents are as follows.
(1) It is still impossible to establish a new sauna room due to the housing situation in Japan. In particular, when installing a sauna device, as described above, the adverse effects on the steam, humidity, and other house materials and household utensils are problematic.
(2) After sweating in the sauna, I want to sweat in the shower or bath quickly.
(3) To solve the problems (1) and (2) above in a small Japanese house at low cost.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems. For this purpose, a conventional bath tub is shared with a space for laying down a human body for a dry sauna (hereinafter abbreviated as a bathtub), and a person tilts the upper body of the person while placing his head on the top of the bathtub. The lid is sealed with a lid that allows only the laying head to be outside the bathtub, the lower part of the bathtub has a double bottom having a space in the middle of the upper and lower stages, the space communicates with the upper space of the bathtub, and the air in the bathtub An air supply fan and a heater are attached in the air circulation path so that the air can be circulated and heated. The upper bottom material of the double bottom is made of a metal material having good heat conductivity, and a heater for heating is attached to the back side of the double bottom. The heater also serves as a heater for circulating air as well as the upper bottom. May be. In addition, the air in the bathtub was heated to 50 ° C. to 70 ° C., and the temperature of the upper bottom plate was adjusted to the range of 45 ° C. to 60 ° C., so that the sauna and bath function could be performed in one bathtub.
The conventional bath tub of the present invention has a double bottom with a lid so that when a person lies on the tub, only the head goes out of the lid. An air supply fan and a heater that can heat the circulation air are provided so that air in the bathtub upper space can circulate through the intermediate portion of the double bottom. Therefore, the part other than the part in contact with the upper bottom of the human body is heated by the circulating air, and the heating speed can be adjusted by adjusting the power consumption of the heater, and the heater provided on the back surface of the metal plate on the upper bottom Further, since the back surface of the human body can be heated to a temperature necessary to make it comfortable from the back of the human body, not only the heating speed but also a desired heating state can be adjusted for each individual.
And by making the conventional bath tub into a structure like this invention, the use as a bath and the use as a dry-type sauna became possible in the conventional bathroom by only one bathtub. Therefore, after using it as a dry sauna, you can open the sauna lid and fill the bathtub with hot water. Of course, only the bath can be used in the bathtub as usual.
An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIG.
First, when using this dry bathtub combined sauna (1) as a bathtub, the lid (7) that can be rotated and removed by the hinge (10) is removed from the bathtub (16) from the hinge (10). Next, after the water is reliably stopped by the stopper (17) of the drain pipe (19) at the bottom of the bathtub, the valve (21) of the hot water supply port (20) is opened and poured to a predetermined water level (15). Even if hot water is supplied above the water level (15), the water above the water level overflows from the bathtub water level port (not shown in the figure), so that the predetermined water level (15) is maintained. As a matter of course, it is devised so that the hot water of the bathtub does not enter the bottom space.
In particular, since the use as a bathtub is also considered, the hot air circulation air holes (8) and (9) when using a dry sauna have a shape raised by a height h from the top of the bathtub. Moreover, even if hot water enters the bottom space (24) by mistake, the external pipe (22) and the external plug (23) are attached so that intrusion water can be drained at any time after use as a bathtub. Next, the usage method as a dry sauna of this bathtub combined dry sauna is demonstrated.
Drain the intrusion water and bathtub water into the bottom space (24), and plug (17) and external plug (23). Thereafter, the lid (7) is rotatably attached to the hinge (10), and it is confirmed that the lid (7) is securely formed in the bathtub (16). Then, after pressing the sauna and turning on the power, the desired temperature is set.
Each temperature has an individual temperature setting button (see FIG. 2). If the button in the direction indicated by the arrow is kept pressed, the set temperature changes in that direction. For example, if the upward arrow button is continuously pressed, the set temperature continues to rise. When the button is released when the desired temperature is displayed, the displayed number stops there, and that number becomes the set temperature. The usage of the down arrow button is the same as described above.
Usually, the heater temperature and the hot air temperature are set between 45 ° C. and 60 ° C. and 50 ° C. to 70 ° C., respectively. Moreover, the button of a warm air heater is pushed and the air in a bathtub is circulated. The temperature of the air is adjusted by performing the same operation as that for temperature adjustment in which the arrow temperature button is raised or lowered.
The flow rate of warm air is suitably 1 to 3 m / min. The warm air reaches the set temperature approximately 10 minutes in the winter and 5 minutes in the summer after the heater is turned on, and the effect of the dry sauna is the normal temperature. Put the body on the top of the lie in the bathtub, cover it, and start using it as a sauna.
The bathing time is preferably 15 to 20 minutes. When going up from the dry sauna, open the lid, turn up the heater, and then turn on the hot air power. If necessary, this bathtub / dry sauna can also enjoy the effects of both the bath and the sauna with the hot water in the bathtub and the heater with the air bottom plate and the hot air heater, respectively.
