Inhalation of floating allergens such as mites, pollen, pet sebum, metabolites, and mold in the living room is said to be closely related to the development of allergies, and countermeasures are required. It is considered that a domestic air purifier can purify air by sucking these allergen substances into the main body and collecting them by filtration. As a method for treating allergens collected in an air purifier, a method of acting a drug and a physical denaturation method at a high temperature have been proposed.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the air cleaner which can reduce floating allergen substances, such as a tick and pollen, and can be used for a long period of time can be provided.
The air cleaner of the present invention includes a main body having a ventilation path, a fluid transporting means provided in the ventilation path, a dust collecting means for collecting dust in the air, and dust collected in the dust collecting means. This is an air cleaner having a heating means for heating the dust, and the dust collecting means includes an allergen adsorbent composed of a hygroscopic inorganic material and a clay mineral. The floating dust is sucked into the ventilation path by the fluid transporting means and collected by the dust collecting means.
Proteins having allergenic properties such as mites, pollen, pet sebum, metabolites, and mold contained in dust have a property of dissolving in water. By including a hygroscopic inorganic material in the dust collecting means, not only coarse allergen substances corresponding to the roughness of the dust collecting means but also fine allergens that are easily dissolved in water are absorbed by water-absorbing inorganic materials together with water vapor. It is collected efficiently. Moreover, since the clay mineral contained in the dust collecting means adsorbs the collected allergen, the allergen holding capacity of the dust collecting means can be increased compared to the case of using only a hygroscopic inorganic material. In addition, since water can be retained on the surface of the dust collecting means, the collected coarse allergen can be dissolved and adsorbed to the clay mineral, and the physical impact is applied to the dust collecting means to collect the allergen. Can be prevented from desorbing.
Examples of the clay mineral include smectite clays such as bentonite, montmorillonite, and saponite, kaolin, talc, sericite, and mica.
Hygroscopic inorganic materials include silica gel, zeolite and other synthetic and natural minerals, alkali metal carbonates / nitrates / oxides / chlorides such as thyllium / potassium / sodium, and alkaline earth metal carbonates such as calcium / magnesium / Examples thereof include nitrates, oxides, chlorides, sulfates of aluminum and zinc, and any inorganic material having water absorbability.
The fluid transportation means is not particularly limited as long as it can suck in and discharge dust-containing air and water in the ventilation path. Etc. are available.
The dust collecting means of the present invention may contain a metal catalyst and a metal oxide catalyst. Examples of the metal catalyst include Pt, Pd, Rh, Ru, Au, and Ag. Examples of the metal oxide catalyst include oxides of Cu, Mn, Co, Fe, Ni, and Ti.
The dust collecting means of the present invention supports the above-described clay mineral and hygroscopic inorganic material on ceramic materials such as glass, magnesium silicate, and alumina, or metals or alloys such as iron, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and titanium. Can be used. There is no problem even if a resin or an organic component is contained at a temperature of 110 to 600 ° C. as long as it does not hinder the use such as combustion of components, generation of gas, and deformation of materials. Dust collecting means can be used after filtering into any shape such as granular, pellet, fiber, net, plate, sponge, honeycomb, slit, etc., and shape that allows air and water containing dust to circulate If so, there is no limitation.
The air cleaner of the present invention is characterized in that the surface temperature of the dust collecting means is heated to a temperature range of 110 ° C. to 600 ° C. The heating is performed by any heat source such as a heater, high-temperature air / gas. Is available. If a heater is used for heating and it is installed in the vicinity of the dust collecting means, the effect of radiant heat can be obtained in addition to the heating effect of warm air, and the dust collecting means can be heated quickly. The dust collecting means and the heating means may be integrated. When the above-mentioned inorganic material and clay mineral are supported on a conductive metal, a method of directly energizing or a method of heating with an IH heater can be used. The temperature can be raised quickly.
Allergenic proteins such as mites, pollen, pet sebum, metabolites, and mold can be burned and decomposed by heating from 300 ° C to 500 ° C, and from 350 ° C to 450 ° C for more efficient heating. A temperature range of ° C is preferred. Heating to a temperature of 600 ° C. or higher is not preferable because the physical properties of the water-absorbing inorganic material change and the water absorption may be lowered.
In addition, allergens may generate odors such as acetic acid, formaldehyde, and toluene, and harmful combustion gases such as carbon monoxide and hydrocarbons by combustion. In applications where combustion gases cannot be exhausted, such as household appliances, heating the surface temperature of the filter that collects allergens from 110 ° C to 300 ° C increases the activity of allergens while suppressing the generation of harmful combustion gases. A temperature range of 200 ° C. to 300 ° C. is preferred for more efficient heating. At this time, when the metal catalyst and / or metal oxide catalyst is included, the activity of the allergen can be reduced at a lower temperature.
The heating means of the present invention does not need to be constantly heated to the above temperature range, and energy consumption can be suppressed by adopting a method of heating intermittently when dust collects in the dust collecting means. .
In the air cleaner of the present invention, the dust collecting means may be movable, and the dust collecting means may be moved to the vicinity of the heating means for regenerative heating. Here, the vicinity may be an interval sufficient for heating the dust collecting means. By providing the heating means outside the ventilation path through which the dust passes, an increase in ventilation resistance due to the installation of the heating means in the ventilation path can be suppressed. Furthermore, the effect that it is not necessary to make the whole ventilation path and the fluid transport means into a heat resistant structure is obtained. If the user himself / herself moves the dust collecting means, the dust collecting means can be regenerated at an arbitrary time according to the convenience of the user.
When regenerating the dust collecting means, it may be moved to the vicinity of the heating means using the driving means. The driving means is not limited as long as the dust collecting means can be moved to an arbitrary position, and a method using a motor, a spring, a magnet, or the like can be used.
Further, the air cleaner of the present invention comprises a driving means for rotating the dust collecting means, and the heating means is moved and heated by the heating means so that the dust collecting means is continuously or intermittently replaced. It is. By rotating, the whole dust collecting means can be heated by a heating means smaller than the dust collecting means. In addition, dust collection means collects and regenerates dust by collecting dust that passes through the air passage, and a regeneration unit that reduces the activity of allergens in the dust collected by heating. Thus, an air cleaner that can be used continuously for a long period of time can be obtained.
In addition, when stopping the operation of the air purifier, by providing a control means for stopping the fluid transport means after stopping the heating means, the temperature of the heating means is prevented from rising more than necessary, and the dust collecting means It is possible to obtain an effect that only a part of is prevented from being continuously heated.
The air cleaner according to the present invention further includes a second ventilation path that ventilates the dust collection means, a heating means that is installed in the second ventilation path, and a fluid transport means, and the second air passage has dust collection. It is characterized by introducing gas and water vapor generated from the means. Since gas and water vapor generated from the dust collecting means by heating are discharged from the second ventilation path, clean air can be provided without being mixed into the air outlet of the ventilation path through which dust passes. Further, it is possible to obtain an effect that the air whose temperature has been increased by the heating means does not flow to the outlet of the ventilation path.
EXAMPLES Hereinafter, although an Example demonstrates this invention in detail, this invention is limited to the following description and is not interpreted at all.

(Example 2)
As an allergen supply source, mite allergen contained in fine dust (garbage that passed through a 100-mesh sieve) collected from household vacuum cleaner waste was used. 30 mg of the inorganic material shown in Table 1 was added to 10 ml of an aqueous solution to which 60 mg of fine dust was added. The mite allergen concentration in the aqueous solution after 24 hours was quantified using an allergen detection kit (manufactured by LCD Allergy Laboratory). As apparent from the results in Table 1, it can be seen that bentonite, which is a clay mineral, has excellent allergen adsorption performance.
(Example 3)
A hygroscopic inorganic material and a material composed of clay mineral were mixed in the composition shown in Table 2. 0.04 g of the fine dust was added to the material composition shown in Table 2, mixed and pulverized well in a mortar, and then placed in a constant temperature and humidity chamber. After 24 hours, the mite allergen amounts of the evaluation samples were compared using an allergen detection kit (manufactured by Asahi Food and Healthcare, Taniscan). Here, C is a determination line indicating whether or not the test is established, and T is a determination line indicating the amount of allergen. By comparing the color intensities of C and T, the allergen concentration can be measured. As is clear from the results in Table 2, bentonite, which is a clay mineral, exhibits an excellent allergen adsorption effect by itself, but when the humidity is 60%, composition F mixed with silica gel, which is a hygroscopic inorganic material, is better. It turns out that it shows good performance. In addition, the moisture absorption amount of the composition F ensured 10 wt% or more even if humidity fell.

Example 4
0.2 g of the fine dust was placed in a ceramic crucible and fired at each temperature for 1 hour. 1 ml of an aqueous solution to which 5 mg of the sample after baking was added was left for 24 hours, and the mite allergen concentration in the aqueous solution was measured in the same manner as in Example 1. The results are shown in Table 3. It was found that the activity of mite allergen gradually decreased at a temperature exceeding 100 ° C. and lost 95% or more at 200 ° C.
On the other hand, as a result of examining the thermogravimetric change of the allergen (a tick metabolite), a weight decrease of about 10% was observed with the evaporation of water at around 100 ° C, and then the weight change accompanying combustion from 300 ° C occurred to 500 ° C. Completely burned out. From these facts, it was found that a temperature of 110 ° C. to 200 ° C. is sufficient for the purpose of reducing the activity of allergen, and a temperature of 300 ° C. to 500 ° C. is sufficient for the purpose of burning off the allergen itself.

(Example 6)
FIG. 3 is a schematic cross-sectional view of the air cleaner according to the sixth embodiment. In FIG. 3, dust containing allergenic proteins such as mites, pollen, pet sebum, metabolites, and mold floating in the air is sucked into the
According to the present embodiment, since the heating means 4 does not become a resistance that blocks the ventilation path, an increase in the ventilation resistance can be suppressed, and further, the effect that the heater surface is contaminated with oil or dust and the performance is prevented from being deteriorated. Can be obtained. Moreover, since the collection and regeneration of the dust by the dust collecting means 2 are continuously performed, it is possible to obtain an effect that the dust collecting means 2 can always be used in a regenerated state. In addition, by providing the
The heating means 4 does not always have to be heated, and may be operated intermittently when the allergen collecting ability of the dust collecting means starts to decrease. When stopping the operation of the air purifier, by providing a control means for stopping the fluid transport means 3 after stopping the heating means 4, it is possible to prevent damage to equipment around the heating means and to ensure safety. The
It is possible to provide an air cleaner that can reduce floating allergen substances such as mites and pollen and can be used for a long time.
