Description

The present invention relates to a fire spread prevention fuse having a fire spread prevention fuse damper that detects the occurrence of a fire by a fuse and prevents the spread of fire for a certain period of time by interrupting the flow of air with a movable blade for preventing fire spread. It relates to a louver with a damper.

The inventor of the present application made various proposals regarding waterproof / soundproof louvers in Japanese Patent Application No. 2-197791 and the like, which was disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 2567294.
Such a proposal relates mainly to prevention of intrusion of rainwater or the like from the outside to the inside of the building.

However, there is a request to provide a function for preventing the spread of fire when a fire occurs in the louver, and a louver with a fuse damper has been developed in response to the request, and the present inventor has also been developing the louver.
A general fuse damper has a plurality of fire spreading prevention movable blades behind a louver, and the fire spreading prevention movable blades are energized by a spring in a direction to block the air flow through the louver. The movable fire blade for preventing fire spread is attached against the urging force so as to be held in a direction allowing the air flow through the louver.

According to such a fuse damper, when a fire occurs, the fuse is blown by heat due to the fire and loses the force against the urging force, and the movable blade for preventing the spread of fire spreads the louver from behind by the urging force. It can be blocked and fire spread through the louver can be prevented for a certain time (for example, 20 minutes) or longer. Then, fire fighting activities such as fire engines by reporting to the fire department etc. can be expected within the time when the fire spread is prevented.
Japanese Patent No. 2567294 (Japanese Patent Application No. 2-197791)

By the way, since the conventional louver with a fuse damper for preventing fire spread has a fuse damper behind the louver itself, there is a problem that the entire fuse damper protrudes greatly from the louver installation location to the rear side.
