Description

The present invention relates to a nozzle reservoir for an ejector that is attached to a nozzle of an ejector and stores a content liquid ejected from the tip of the nozzle.

In recent years, there has been an increasing demand for products that are easy to use in consideration of the disabled and elderly, so-called barrier-free products. The technique regarding the saucer member which accumulates the internal solution spouted from the nozzle has been proposed (for example, refer patent document 1).
JP 2001-240155 A

However, although the above prior art can take out the internal solution filled in the container by one-hand operation, the user operates the on-off valve provided on the saucer member with his / her palm to take out the content liquid stored in the saucer member. Therefore, depending on the opening area of the on-off valve, the amount of the inner solution flowing down may be reduced, and there is room for improvement in terms of ease of use when the inner solution is taken out at one time.

The problem to be solved by the present invention is to improve the inconvenience that is felt when the content liquid that has flowed to the tray member cannot be taken out at once by one-hand operation.

The present invention provides a nozzle storage device that is attached to a nozzle of an ejector and accumulates the content liquid ejected from the tip of the nozzle, and a tray member that accumulates the content liquid ejected from the tip of the nozzle; It comprises a guide member that holds the tray member in a swingable manner and is fitted to the nozzle at the other end to guide the liquid content from the tip of the nozzle to the tray member.

In the present invention, it is preferable that the guide member has a flange that allows the content liquid ejected from the tip of the nozzle to flow to the tray member. In addition, the guide member preferably has a cover part that collides with the liquid content ejected from the tip of the nozzle and flows down along the inner wall to the saucer member, and further includes a flange part and a cover part integrally. Those are preferred.

In addition, the present invention is preferably provided with a fixing means for positioning the tray member by locking the tray member to the guide member. Furthermore, it is preferable to provide a knob on the tray member.

In the present invention, the content liquid ejected from the tip of the nozzle is guided to the tray member through the guide member and stored in the tray member. The content liquid stored in the tray member can be made to flow down from the tray member by the user swinging the tray member with respect to the guide member. According to such a configuration, the internal solution in the tray member can be easily taken out at a time by one-hand operation, so that the usability that is felt when the internal solution cannot be taken out at a time is improved.

Further, in this case, if the guide member has a flange that allows the content liquid ejected from the tip of the nozzle to flow into the saucer member, the content liquid ejected from the tip of the nozzle is reliably guided to the saucer member. be able to. Moreover, according to this structure, since the content liquid spouted from the front-end | tip of a nozzle can be visually observed by opening the upper part of a saucer member, the user can take out the appropriate amount of content liquid which a user asks himself. it can.

Further, if the guide member has a cover part that collides the liquid content ejected from the tip of the nozzle and flows down to the saucer member along its inner wall, the internal solution is not accidentally scattered around. It can be taken out. In this case, if combined with the above-described collar, it is still effective for preventing scattering of the inner solution.

In addition, if the knob portion is provided in the tray member, the user can easily operate the tray member, and the usability is further improved.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

FIGS. 1A and 1B are a perspective view of a main part showing a nozzle reservoir 100 according to the first embodiment of the present invention, and a schematic diagram for explaining the operation thereof.

In FIG. 1, reference numeral 20 denotes a bottle-type container filled with a liquid content such as liquid soap or shampoo, and a piston and a cylinder are connected to the inside via a cap 30 screwed into the mouth of the container 20. An ejector (not shown) composed of an existing pump element having a basic structure is attached. This ejector causes a pumping action to pump up the content liquid in the container 20 by repeatedly pushing down and returning the nozzle head indicated by reference numeral 40. This nozzle head 40 is pushed down by the user toward the container 20 It comprises a possible pressing head 41 and a nozzle 42 that is connected to the pressing head 41 and ejects the internal solution.

The storage device 100 according to the present invention includes a tray member 110 that stores the content liquid ejected from the tip 43 of the nozzle 42, and a guide member 120 that connects the tray member 110 to the nozzle 42. The guide member 120 holds the rear end 111 of the saucer member 110 at one end 121 via a pin 130 so as to be swingable, and the other end 122 is fitted to the nozzle 42.

In this embodiment, the guide member 120 has a flange 123 that receives the content liquid ejected from the nozzle tip 43. The flange 123 causes the content liquid ejected from the nozzle tip 43 to flow into the recess h of the tray member 110. The flange 123 may be a flat surface, but when the inner solution is surely flowed to the tray member 110, for example, a rectangular pipe having a rectangular cross section as shown in FIGS. 2 (a) to 2 (c), a half pipe Those having a cross section and those having a V-shaped cross section are preferred.

In this embodiment, a fixing means 140 is provided between the front end 121 of the guide member 120 and the rear end 111 of the tray member 110 to position the tray member 110 by locking the tray member 110 to the guide member 120. ing. Specifically, as shown in the exploded view of the main part of FIG. 3, as shown in FIG. 1 (a) due to the engagement of the concave portion 141 provided in the tray member 110 and the convex portion 142 provided in the guide member 120, When the saucer member 110 is positioned with respect to the guide member 120 so as to be kept in a horizontal position with respect to the container 20, and the saucer member 110 is pushed down with an external force larger than this engagement force, as shown in FIG. The mating is released, and the tray member 110 swings with respect to the guide member 120.

According to this configuration, the content liquid ejected from the nozzle tip 43 by the pressing and returning operation of the pressing head 41 flows down to the flange 123 of the guide member 120, and is guided to the tray member 110 through the flange 123. It is stored in the recess h of the tray member 110. The content liquid stored in the tray member 110 can be caused to flow down from the tray member 110 when the user swings the tray member 110 with respect to the guide member 120 as shown in FIG. According to such a configuration, the user can easily take out the inner solution that has flowed into the recess h of the tray member 110 at one time by one hand operation, so that the user-friendliness that is felt when the inner solution cannot be taken out at once is improved. Is done.

In addition, in this case, since the guide member 120 has the flange portion 123 that allows the content liquid ejected from the nozzle tip 43 to flow into the tray member 110, the content liquid flowing down from the nozzle tip 43 can be reliably guided to the tray member 110. it can. In addition, according to such a configuration, the content liquid ejected from the nozzle tip 43 can be visually observed by opening the recess h above the tray member 110, so that an appropriate amount of content liquid required by the user is used. Can be taken out by the person himself.

Next, FIG. 4 is a principal part perspective view which shows the storage tool 200 which is the 2nd form of this invention, Comprising: FIG. 5 (a), (b) is a schematic diagram explaining the effect | action, respectively. In addition, in the following description, the same part as FIGS. 1-3 is abbreviate | omitted with the same code | symbol.

The storage device 200 according to the present invention includes a tray member 210 that stores the content liquid ejected from the nozzle tip 43, and a guide member 220 that connects the tray member 210 to the nozzle. The guide member 220 holds the saucer member 210 at one end 221 via a pin 130 so as to be swingable, and engages the other end 222 with the nozzle 42.

In this embodiment, the guide member 220 has a substantially pipe shape with the distal end 221 widening. For this reason, the guide member 220 has a cover portion 224 that covers the nozzle tip 43 on the front surface, and the cover portion 224 is formed in a curve along the outer shape of the cover portion as shown by the broken line in FIG. It has an inner wall 224w. The inner wall 224w collides the content liquid ejected from the nozzle tip 43 and flows down along the inner wall 224w into the recess h of the tray member 210. The cross-sectional shape thereof is shown in FIGS. There is something similar to c). Further, the guide member 220 also has a flange portion 223 for flowing the content liquid ejected from the nozzle tip 43 to the saucer member 210, as in the above embodiment, and this flange portion 223 is also a flat surface as in the first embodiment, FIG. There are cross-sectional shapes as shown in (a) to (c).

Also in this embodiment, a fixing means 240 is provided between the guide member 220 and the tray member 210 to position the tray member 210 by locking the tray member 210 to the guide member 220. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 5, the relationship between the concave portion 241 provided in the recess h of the tray member 210 and the convex portion 242 provided in the cover portion 224 of the guide member 220 as shown in FIG. Accordingly, as shown in FIG. 5 (a), when the tray member 210 is positioned with respect to the guide member 220 so as to keep it in a horizontal position, and the tray member 210 is pushed down with a large external force by this engagement force, FIG. ), The tray member 210 swings with respect to the guide member 220.

According to this configuration, the content liquid ejected from the nozzle tip 43 by the pressing and returning operation of the pressing head 41 is guided to the tray member 210 via the flange portion 223 and the inner wall 224w of the guide member 220, and the tray member 210 It is stored in the depression h. The content liquid stored in the saucer member 210 can be caused to flow down from the saucer member 210 by swinging the saucer member 210 with respect to the guide member 220 as shown in FIG. Even in such a configuration, the user can easily take out the inner solution that has flowed into the recess h of the tray member 210 at one time by one hand operation, so that the user-friendliness that is felt when the inner solution cannot be taken out at once is improved. Is done.

In particular, according to the present embodiment, the content liquid ejected from the nozzle tip 43 by the guide member 220 collides with the inner wall 224w and flows down along the inner wall 224w into the recess h of the tray member 210. It can be taken out without being scattered around. Furthermore, in the case of this embodiment, since the guide member 220 is formed in a pipe shape and combined with the flange portion 223, it is still effective for preventing scattering of the inner solution.

In addition, in this embodiment, the tray member 210 is provided with a knob 210k. In this case, the user can easily operate the tray member 210, and the usability is further improved. Further, in this embodiment, since the knob portion 210k is provided at the tip of the tray member 210, the knob portion 210k is easy to take out as a guide for the content liquid flowing down from the recess h. The knob portion 210k may be provided not at the tip of the saucer member 210 but at any location on the saucer member 210 such as a side surface thereof (for example, a position near the pin 130). In this case, even when the user does not want to touch the content liquid directly, the one-hand operation can take out the content liquid.

The above description only shows one embodiment of the present invention, and various modifications can be made by those skilled in the art. For example, each component of a 1st form and a 2nd form can be combined variously. In order to further ensure the introduction of the content liquid from the guide members 120 and 220, the recess h of the tray members 110 and 210 is connected to the tip 121 of the guide member 120 or the inner wall 224w of the guide member 220. You may provide the guide groove which has a cross-sectional shape as shown to 2 (a)-(c). In addition to the one-push type pump that causes the pump action by repeating the pushing and returning operation of the pressing head, the ejector is, for example, a trigger type pump that causes the pump action by repeating the pushing and returning action of the trigger. It may be, and the means for ejecting the internal solution is not limited to the pump.
