Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a drainage tube that is placed in a bile duct or pancreatic duct or the like that is constricted or obstructed by a calculus or a tumor and distributes bile, pancreatic juice, or the like.
Corresponding to this, the following
However, if the flow path is secured only by the groove as described above, the groove contacts the inner wall of the body, and therefore, the groove may be blocked by the inner wall of the body depending on the cause of narrowing or blockage.
If it is tubular, there is no such fear, but if the flow path is blocked by one as described above, the body fluid will not flow completely. In order to prevent clogging, it is conceivable to increase the inner diameter of the tube, but the tube needs to have a certain level of strength. .
In view of such a problem, an object of the present invention is to make the period in which a body fluid can flow as long as possible in a tubular drainage tube that can secure a flow path for flowing a body fluid without being affected by the inner wall of the body. .
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention has the following configuration.
Invention of
According to a second aspect of the present invention, groove inner holding means, which is a member protruding inward of the groove, is provided on the upper edge of the groove.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the drainage tube according to the first aspect, the upper edges of the adjacent grooves coincide to form a corner.
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the drainage tube of the first aspect, the upper edges of the adjacent grooves are smoothly connected to each other.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the body fluid flows through the plurality of grooves provided on the outer surface of the tube while the body fluid channel is secured by the tube body without being affected by the inner wall of the body. Even in this case, as long as the groove is not blocked by the inner wall of the body, the flow of body fluid can be ensured, and it can be used probabilistically for a longer time than the conventional one. Further, since the strength of the wall portion of the drainage tube does not become so small even if a groove is formed, it is not necessary to reduce the inner diameter of the hollow portion, and the flow path itself can be expanded as a whole. That is, it is possible to effectively utilize the space that has occupied the wall portion of the tube that has not been utilized conventionally.
According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the groove inner holding means which is a member protruding inside the groove is provided at the upper edge of the groove, the groove inner holding means can be used even if the inner wall of the body tries to close the groove. Therefore, the flow path by the groove can be secured.
In the invention according to
In the invention according to claim 4, since the upper edges of the adjacent grooves are smoothly connected to each other, the portion in contact with the body is rounded, so that stress on the body can be reduced.
