Description

The present invention is provided with a base frame body that has an upper, lower, left, and right frame plate and is formed in an outer rectangular frame shape, and is closed and held in a vertically standing posture while being connected to the front so as to be opened and closed. The present invention relates to a transport mechanism for a vertical game machine.

Pachinko machines, arrange ball machines, sparrow ball game machines, and the like are widely known as vertical game machines having the base frame as described above. In a pachinko machine that is a typical example of this type of gaming machine, a fixed holding base frame (referred to as an outer frame) in which upper, lower, left and right frame plates are framed in an outer shape, A gaming structure (game machine main body) constructed by assembling a large number of gaming parts on a square-shaped front frame that matches the front opening surface area is provided via an open / close connection support mechanism provided on one side edge of each other. Then, it is connected so that it can be opened and closed sideways, and is used in the game in a state of being connected and held in a closed posture that covers the front surface of the base frame body using a locking device provided on the other side edge.

Pachinko machines completed by connecting the base frame and gaming structure at the manufacturing plant are stored in the warehouse, then delivered from the warehouse in response to shipping requests, transported to the gaming facility by trucks, etc. for delivery In the amusement facility that has been set up, it is fixed and installed one by one on an installation frame by a specialist called Shimadzu. However, a pachinko machine in which the base frame and the game structure are connected is generally a heavy object having a mass of about 20 kg, and it is necessary to handle a large number of pachinko machines in a short time. Each work (transportation work) such as the above-mentioned carrying-out work, carrying-in work from a truck to a gaming facility, and moving work in a gaming facility is regarded as a heavy labor.

Under such a background, as a means for assisting transportation of a heavy pachinko machine, a technique (for example, Patent Document 1) in which gripping portions that can be gripped are provided on the left and right frame plates of the base frame body, There is known a technique (for example, Patent Document 2) in which a caster is provided on a body, and an outer peripheral surface of a wheel in the caster is disposed so as to protrude from a base frame in an outer peripheral direction.
JP 2001-120804 A Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-295906

However, for example, in the technology of the form in which the grip portion is provided on the base frame body, although workability is somewhat improved with respect to the act of lifting the pachinko machine itself, when the pachinko machine is transported, the operator lifts the pachinko machine. There was no difference in the point of having to move while supporting the full weight, and the transportation work was still hard work.

Also, with the technology in which the casters are provided on the base frame body, the pachinko machine can be easily rolled and moved by arranging the wheels so as to protrude from the base frame body in the outer peripheral direction. Since the pachinko machine is always supported by the wheels, it was difficult to make it stand on its own. For example, when wheels that rotate in the front-rear direction are provided, it is difficult to make a slender and tall pachinko machine that is thin in the front-rear direction itself, and has a width in the front-rear direction comparable to that of the base frame. When a large wheel (roller) that rotates in the left-right direction is provided, it is possible to stand on a horizontal floor surface, but the caster mechanism including the wheel increases in size, and a gentle inclination is applied. There is a problem that the pachinko machine rolls and moves on the floor surface and truck bed, and if the caster has to be attached / detached / removed every time it is moved and temporarily placed, the work becomes extremely complicated. There were various problems such as not being actually used.

The present invention has been made in view of the circumstances as described above, and provides a transport mechanism with good workability by reducing the burden of each transport work from carrying out to installing the vertical game machine which is regarded as heavy labor anyway. The purpose is to do.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention closes and holds a gaming structure that has an upper, lower, left, and right frame plate and is formed in an outer rectangular frame shape and is connected to the front so as to be opened and closed. This is a transport mechanism for a vertical gaming machine provided with a base frame (for example, the outer frame 10 in the embodiment), and includes a caster mechanism at the lower part of the base frame. The caster mechanism is a rolling element support structure (for example, an embodiment) that can be set to a use position in which a rolling element supported to roll freely protrudes to the rear of the base frame body and an accommodation position in which the rolling element is accommodated inside the base frame body. In the use position, the rolling elements protruding rearward of the base frame body are disposed on the same plane as the bottom surface of the base frame body or above the bottom surface, and the base frame body is In a state where the base frame body is in an upright state, the bottom surface of the base frame body is grounded and the base frame body is supported in a standing posture, while in a state where the base frame body is tilted rearward, the rolling element is grounded and the base frame is The body is supported and configured to be able to roll and carry in the backward tilted posture.

In such a transport mechanism, a caster mechanism is provided at the lower part of the base frame body, and the caster mechanism has a use position in which the rolling element protrudes rearward of the base frame body and a storage position in which the rolling body is housed inside the base frame body. And a rolling element support structure that can be set as follows. In the use position, the rolling elements protruding rearward of the base frame body are disposed at the same level as the bottom surface of the base frame body or above the bottom surface, in other words, at a height position higher than the virtual plane extending the bottom surface. In the state where the frame body is upright, the bottom surface of the base frame body is grounded and the base frame body is supported in the standing posture, while in the state where the base frame body is tilted rearward, the rolling element is grounded and the caster mechanism Thus, the base frame body is supported and can be rolled and transported in a rearward tilted posture.

For this reason, if the rolling element is set to the use position in the process of transporting the gaming machine, the caster mechanism can support the weight of the gaming machine simply by tilting the base frame backward and grounding the rolling element. The upper part of the base frame can be supported and can be easily and stably rolled and transported. In addition, even when the rolling element is set at the use position, the bottom surface of the base frame body can be grounded and self-supported by erecting the base frame body, so that the floor surface has a gentle slope. Even if temporarily placed on top, the gaming machine does not roll and move by itself. In addition, if the rolling element is set to the use position when the game machine is completed, the caster support and the bottom plate can be stabilized simply by tilting or erecting the game machine until it is fixed to the installation frame base of the game facility. Therefore, it is not necessary to switch the rolling element between the use position and the accommodation position every time the movement and temporary placement are performed. Therefore, according to this configuration, it is possible to reduce the burden of each carrying work from carrying out the vertical gaming machine to installing it and provide a carrying mechanism with good workability.

Hereinafter, embodiments for carrying out the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. As a representative example of a vertical gaming machine equipped with a transport mechanism according to the present invention, a front view and a rear view of a pachinko machine are shown in FIGS. 1 (a) and 1 (b). The overall configuration of the pachinko machine PM will be briefly described.

The pachinko machine PM is for opening and closing mounted on the front surface of the outer frame 10 that is configured to have an outer rectangular frame size and forms a vertically fixed holding frame, and is formed in a rectangular frame size that matches the front opening surface area of the outer frame 10. The front frame 20 is attached to the front opening / closing connection support mechanisms 1 and 2 disposed on the upper left and right sides of the front so that the front frame 20 can be opened and removed sideways and attached / detached, and always using the locking device 3 provided on the right front. Is held in a closed state engaged with the outer frame 10.

The outer frame 10 has a plurality of fixed-size frame plate members formed by processing such as wood or resin material, that is, upper and lower frame plates 11 and 14 and left and right frame plates 12 and 13 are connected to each other at right angles. Necessary reinforcing metal fittings are fixed to the corners to form an outer rectangular frame. The lower frame plate 14 is structured such that a curtain plate 16 as a support base plate is connected between the left and right frame plates 12 and 13 along the upper front edge of the bottom plate 15 and has a durable durability. A reinforcing rod 17 is connected and fixed to the upper portion as necessary. The outer dimensions of the outer frame 10 are generally about 81 cm in length, about 51 cm in width, about 7 cm in the front and rear (the bottom plate is about 9 cm), and the thickness of each frame plate is about 19 mm.

On the other hand, the front frame 20 is formed in a slightly small rectangular frame size that matches the front opening surface area of the outer frame 10 by using a resin material, wood, or the like, and is open / close mounted to mount game components of the pachinko machine PM. It is a frame. A rectangular glass door 4 and an upper ball tray 6 adapted to the front area are assembled to the upper part of the front frame 20 so as to be opened and closed laterally and detachable, and a game ball is stored below the upper ball tray 6. A lower ball tray 7 and a firing handle 8 are attached, and a game ball launching device 9 for launching a game ball is mounted on the back side of the launch handle 8. A game board 5 configured with a predetermined gauge setting is detachably set and held in a storage frame formed on the back side of the front frame 20, and a back set board having a ball storage tank, a prize ball payout mechanism, and the like behind it. 30 is equipped so that it can be opened / closed / removed laterally. Various circuit boards such as a main control board and a terminal board and electronic parts are attached to each part of the back set board 30, and each device of the game board 5, the front frame 20 and the back set board 30 is connected by a connector cable (not shown). Thus, a gaming structure PS that substantially forms a gaming machine main body is configured.

The upper and lower open / close connection support mechanisms 1 and 2 are fixed to the left edge of the outer frame 10 and the front frame 20 as a general form, and the shaft pins of the reinforcing metal fittings 1a, 1b, 2a, and 2b that can be aligned with each other. The hinge is inserted into the shaft hole. Further, on the upper surface of the curtain plate 16 and the lower surface of the front frame 20 aligned with this, a receiving metal 18 and a seat for stably supporting the gaming structure PS cantilevered by the upper and lower hinges in a closed position horizontally. A portion 28 is provided (see FIG. 5). As a result, the game structure PS is connected to the outer frame 10 using the opening / closing connection support mechanisms 1 and 2 so that it can be attached / detached and opened / closed forward, and the gaming structure PS is vertically oriented by the locking device 3 provided on the right edge. The single pachinko machine PM is formed by being stably closed and held in the standing posture.

Now, in the pachinko machine PM schematically configured as described above, the gripping structure 50 is provided in the upper part of the outer frame 10, and the caster mechanism 100 is provided in the lower part. Hereinafter, first, the gripping structure 50 will be described with reference to FIGS. 2 and 3. 2 is a perspective view of the gripping structure 50 as seen through obliquely from above, and FIG. 3 is a side view of the gripping structure 50.

The gripping structure 50 is mainly composed of a handle base 51 fixed to the center of the lower surface of the upper frame plate 11 in the outer frame 10 and a bar handle 52 slidably and swingably attached to the handle base 51. .

The handle base 51 has a plate portion 51a, left and right side portions of the plate portion 51a bent at a right angle and extended upward, and ends of the support side portions bent further to the left and right outward at a right angle. The left and right support sides 51b and 51b are elongated support holes 51c extending forward and backward with a groove width slightly larger than the wire diameter of the bar handle 52. 51c are formed, and a plurality of screw insertion holes for screwing the handle base 51 to the upper frame plate 11 are formed in the fixed side portion. The handle base 51 is formed, for example, by stamping and bending a steel plate having a thickness of about 1.6 to 2.3 mm into a shape shown in the drawing and performing a required surface treatment.

The bar handle 52 has a central grip portion 52a, leg portions 52b and 52b extending right and left in parallel by bending the right and left sides of the grip portion at right angles, and left and right leg end portions being further perpendicular to the left and right sides. Are formed by engaging shafts 52c, 52c, etc., which are bent in parallel with the gripping part 52a. For example, only a steel rod or a stainless steel bar having a wire diameter of about 6 to 10 mm is bent, and a necessary surface treatment is performed as necessary. Formed. The outer width dimension of the left and right leg portions 52b, 52b of the bar handle 52 is set to be slightly smaller than the inner width dimension of the left and right support side portions 51b, 51b in the handle base 51, and the length of the leg portion 52b. In the state where the engagement shaft portion 52c is engaged with the front end of the groove of the support hole 51c, the grip portion 52a slightly protrudes from the rear end portion of the plate portion 51a and is dimensioned so that it can be easily hooked with fingers.

The bar handle 52 is engaged with the left and right support holes 51c and 51c of the handle base 51 through the left and right engagement shaft portions 52c and 52c, respectively, and is engaged with the engagement shaft portion protruding outside the support side portions 51b and 51b. The locking rings 53 and 53 are fixed to the handle base 51 by caulking and fixed, and the support holes 51c and 51c are engaged with the engagement shaft portions 52c and 52c to extend the support holes 51c and 51c (front-rear direction). Are slidably movable, and are slidably supported with the axis of the engaging shafts 52c and 52c as the oscillating shaft.

Then, the handle base 51 is aligned with the center portion on the lower surface side of the upper frame plate 11, and screws are inserted into the screw insertion holes from below the fixed side portions 51d and 51d to be screwed. A gripping structure 50 is formed at the center.

In the gripping structure 50 formed in this way, as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 3, the bar handle 52 is slid forward and the engagement shaft portion 52c is engaged with the groove front end of the support hole 51c. Sometimes, the bar handle 52 is accommodated in the accommodating space between the plate portion 51a of the handle base and the upper frame plate 11, and the gripping portion 52a at the rear end is disposed along the rear edge of the plate portion 51a. Further, the rear edge surface of the upper frame plate 11 in the vicinity of the gripping structure is cut forward in an arch shape so that the gripping portion 52a can be easily pulled out.

On the other hand, when the gripping structure 50 is used, as shown by a solid line in FIG. 3, the bar handle 52 is slid rearward by placing a finger on the gripping portion 52a, and the engagement shaft portion 52c is the rear end of the groove of the support hole 51c. Pull out until engaged. Then, the gripping part 52a protrudes rearward from the outer frame 10 and is disposed so as to be able to swing up and down. The transporter can easily transport the pachinko machine PM using the gripping structure 50. The transport operation of the pachinko machine will be described later together with the explanation of the operation of the caster mechanism 100.

Next, the caster mechanism 100 provided in the lower part of the outer frame 10 will be described with reference to FIGS. 4 to 9. 4 is an exploded perspective view of the caster mechanism on the right side in the rear view, FIG. 5 is a rear view of the caster mechanism 100, FIG. 6 is a plan view of the caster mechanism 100, and FIG. FIG. 8 and FIG. 9 are side views (overall view and detailed view) showing the use state of the caster mechanism.

In the following, in order to mainly describe the state of the pachinko machine PM viewed from the rear, the left and right directions in the rear views shown in FIG. 1B and FIG. Each figure shows a configuration example in which one pair of caster mechanisms configured symmetrically on the left and right sides of the bottom plate 15 are arranged. The left caster mechanism and its constituent members are indicated with a suffix “L”, such as 100L and 110L, and the right caster mechanism and its constituent members are indicated with a suffix “R”, such as 100R and 110R. . 5 and FIG. 6 both show a state in which the left caster mechanism 100L is set to the use position and the right caster mechanism 100R is set to the storage position.

The caster mechanism 100 (100L, 100R) includes a fixing bracket 110 fixed to the bottom plate 15, a support bracket 120 pivoted forward and backward around an axis extending to the left and right of the fixing bracket 110, and a support bracket 120. A wheel 130 supported so as to be rotatable in the front-rear direction, and a setting position between a housing position Bp in which the wheel 130 is housed inside the outer frame 10 and a use position Cp in which the wheel 130 projects rearward from the outer frame 10 can be set. Locking structure 150 (holding position locking hole 151, used position locking hole 152, screw hole 153, position setting screw) for locking the swing angle position of the connected support bracket 120 to the storage position Bp or the use position Cp. 155) and the like, and at the use position Cp, the wheel 130 protruding rearward of the outer frame 10 is disposed above the bottom surface of the bottom plate 15, and the outer frame 10 is vertically erect. In this state, the bottom surface of the bottom plate 15 is grounded and the pachinko machine PM is self-supporting. On the other hand, when the outer frame 10 is tilted rearward, the wheels 130 are grounded and the pachinko machine PM is supported by the caster mechanism 100 and can be rolled and transported. It is configured.

The fixing bracket 110 (110L, 110R) includes a first support flange 111 and a second support flange 112 extending in parallel by bending the right and left sides of the flat plate portion at a right angle, and the rear portion of the plate portion at the use position Cp. A concave receiving notch 113 that is notched in accordance with the position where the wheel 130 is disposed and opens rearward, a tab-shaped fixing piece formed in front of the first support flange 111 and in front of and behind the second support flange 122. Part 115 and a support flange 116 whose front end is bent up at a right angle and extends upward along the curtain plate 16. For example, a steel plate having a thickness of about 2.3 to 3.2 mm is press-formed and is symmetric. It is formed by processing into a shape and applying the required surface treatment such as UNIQLO plating.

The first support flange 111 and the second support flange 112 are erected in parallel so that the inner surface spacing of these flanges is slightly larger than the outer width of the support bracket 120 described below. The support bracket 120 can be received and supported between both flanges. The first and second support shaft flanges 111 and 112 are provided with support shaft holes 111a and 112a having an inner diameter slightly larger than the outer diameter of the support shaft 125 so as to pass through both flanges on the same axis. In the first support shaft flange 111 formed in the first support shaft flange 111, an accommodation position lock hole 151 is provided above the support shaft hole 111a, and a use position lock hole 152 is provided slightly behind the outer diameter of the position setting screw 155. And is bored on the same radius (the radius is r) with the support shaft hole 111a as an axis. Each fixed piece 115 and the support flange 116 are formed with screw insertion holes in the form of salami holes through which wood screws are inserted.

On the other hand, in the attachment part of the caster mechanism 100 in the bottom plate 15, the upper surface of the bottom plate 15 is counterbored by the plate thickness of the fixing bracket 110 to form the bracket mounting seat 101, and the approximate mounting position of the fixing bracket is clearly shown. At the same time, when the fixing bracket 110 is attached, the fixing bracket does not protrude and is flattened so as to coincide with the upper surface of the bottom plate. Further, on the rear edge side of the bottom plate 15, a concave groove-shaped receiving notch 103 is formed in accordance with the position where the wheel 130 is disposed at the use position Cp. The width of the receiving notch 103 in the left-right direction is the same as the width of the receiving notch 113 of the fixing bracket 110 and is formed to be larger than the width of the grounding wheel 130 b in the wheel 130.

When the fixing bracket 110 is attached to the bottom plate 15, the left and right fixing brackets 110L and 110R are attached to the left and right mounting seats 101 so that the first support flanges 111 are inside and the second support flanges 112 are outside. Place. The front end support flange 116 is abutted against the curtain plate 16 to be positioned in the front-rear direction, and the receiving notch portion 113 of the fixing bracket is aligned with the receiving notch portion 103 of the bottom plate to be positioned in the left-right direction. Therefore, the fixing bracket 110 is positioned in the front, rear, left, and right directions by inserting wood screws into the screw insertion holes of the fixing pieces 110 and the supporting flanges 116 of the fixing bracket 110 (110L, 110R) thus positioned. In this state, the screw is fixed to the upper surface of the bottom plate 15.

Further, the support bracket 120 has a pair of arm portions 121 and 122 whose inner width dimension is bent in parallel according to the thickness of the boss portion 130a of the wheel 130, and is formed in a U-shape as shown in the drawings as a whole. Is done. The arm portions 121 and 122 have support shaft holes 121a and 122a drilled at the base end side with an inner diameter slightly larger than the outer diameter of the support shaft 125, and at the distal end side slightly larger than the outer diameter of the axle shaft 135. Axle holes 121d and 122d drilled at the inner diameter are provided coaxially. Further, one arm portion 121 is formed with a screw hole 153 that can be screwed with the position setting screw 155 at a distance of radius r from the axis of the support shaft hole 121a. The support bracket 120 is formed of the same molding means using the same sheet metal material as the above-described fixing metal fitting 110.

The wheel 130 is a wheel having a cylindrical boss 130a at the center and an annular grounding wheel 130b on the outer periphery, and in the figure, spokes connected by a plurality of linkages extending radially between the boss 130a and the grounding wheel 130b. Indicates type of wheel. An axle hole 130d having an inner diameter slightly larger than the outer diameter of the axle 135 is formed through the boss at the shaft center of the boss 130a. Here, the outer peripheral surface (ground surface) of the contact ring 130b is formed in a shape having a curvature, and moves in a free direction with a small turning radius including turning (spin turn or pivot turn) at that location, that is, It is configured to enable rolling movement with a small turn. The wheel 130 can be made of either a resin material or a metal material, and is integrally formed by a molding means such as injection molding using a resin material such as nylon or polyurethane.

The axle 135 is a thin rivet-shaped shaft pin having a shaft portion and a head portion, and a snap ring 136 is fitted to the front end side of the shaft portion in accordance with the outer surface width of the arm portions 121 and 122 in the support bracket 120. A ring groove 135g for wearing is formed. On the other hand, the support shaft 125 and the position setting screw 155 are generally used bolts. However, in this embodiment, in order to prevent the shafts other than the position setting screw 155 from being loosened accidentally when the position of the wheel 130 is set. Besides using the axle 135 as a snap ring stopper, a bolt with a cross slot is used as the support shaft 125, a small hexagonal bolt is used as the position setting screw 155 (both see FIG. 7), and the position setting screw 155 is used as the left and right casters. By providing the mechanisms 100L and 100R inward, the operation is prevented.

In the wheel 130, the boss 130a is loosely inserted between the arm portions 121 and 122 to position the axle holes 121d, 130d and 122d in a communicating state, and the axle 135 is inserted from one arm portion 121 side to the other arm portion 122 side. Thus, the snap ring 136 is fitted in the ring groove 135g at the protruding front end of the axle, so that the support bracket 120 is pivotally connected via the axle 135.

Next, the proximal end side of the support bracket 120 is loosely inserted between the first support shaft flange 111 and the second support shaft flange 112 of the fixing bracket 110 to support the support bracket holes 111a and 112a and the support bracket. The shaft holes 121a and 122a are aligned coaxially, and the nut 126 is screwed into the screw portion at the tip of the support shaft that is inserted through the support shaft 125 from the first support shaft flange 111 side and protrudes toward the second support shaft flange 112 side. Combine. Thereby, the support bracket 120 is pivotally connected to the fixing bracket 110 so as to be able to swing back and forth, the arm portions 121 and 122 face vertically upward, and the accommodation position Bp in which the wheel 130 is accommodated inside the outer frame 10; The arm portions 121 and 122 are substantially horizontal, and the wheel 130 is supported so as to be swingable and displaceable between the use position Cp projecting rearward of the outer frame 10.

When the support bracket 120 is swung within this angular range, the screw hole 153 formed in the arm portion 121 is at the holding position locking hole of the first support shaft flange at the angular position where the arm portions 121 and 122 are directed vertically upward. 151, the screw holes 153 of the arm portion 121 are arranged in communication with the use position locking hole 152 at an angular position where the arm portions 121 and 122 face rearward.

Therefore, the position setting screw 155 is screwed into the screw hole 153 from the side of the accommodation position locking hole 151 and tightened at an angular position where the arm portions 121 and 122 are directed vertically upward, whereby the wheel 130 is fixed. The position setting screw 155 can be engaged with the screw hole 153 from the side of the use position locking hole 152 at an angular position where the arm portions 121 and 122 face rearward. By screwing and tightening, the wheel 130 can be locked at the use position Cp protruding rearward of the outer frame 10.

At the use position Cp, the wheel 130 that protrudes rearwardly from the outer frame 10 is positioned above the bottom surface of the bottom plate 15 at the height position in the vertical direction, and erects the outer frame 10 vertically. Thus, the bottom surface of the bottom plate 15 can be grounded, and the machine body can be made to stand up like a conventional pachinko machine having no caster mechanism. Further, when the outer frame 10 is tilted rearward by a predetermined angle or more, the wheels 130 are brought into contact with the floor surface and the pachinko machine PM can be supported by the caster mechanism 100. In the caster mechanism 100 shown in the figure, as shown in FIG. 9, when the outer frame 10 is tilted backward by about 25 degrees, the wheel 130 contacts the floor surface, and the load of the pachinko machine PM is tilted in a rearward tilting position that is greater than the angle. Is supported by the caster mechanism 100.

For this reason, if the caster mechanism 100 (100L, 100R) is set at the use position Cp when the pachinko machine PM is shipped, the pachinko machine PM is moved 30 degrees backward as shown in FIG. By tilting to a certain extent, the pachinko machine PM can be rolled and transported using the caster mechanism 100.

For example, a transporter stands behind the pachinko machine PM, grips the top plate 11 of the outer frame 10 or the left and right frame plates 12 and 13, tilts the outer frame 10 backward, and loads the pachinko machine PM with a caster mechanism. The pachinko machine PM can be easily rolled and transported in the front direction of the machine body by pushing the machine body forward (toward the front surface of the glass door 4) while being supported by 100. In addition, the pachinko machine PM is tilted rearward and the pachinko machine PM is rolled backward to the rear of the machine body by pulling the machine body backward (in the direction of the back of the back set board 30) with the load of the pachinko machine PM supported by the caster mechanism 100. Can be transported. At this time, by gripping and pulling the bar handle 52 of the gripping structure 50, the operator can easily carry it in a state of facing the traveling direction. In such a transport mechanism, the load of the pachinko machine PM is supported by the left and right caster mechanisms, and the upper part of the machine body is lightly supported and moved forward or backward, so that the width in the front-rear direction is thin and tall. The pachinko machine can be stably moved in a desired direction.

In the case where the pachinko machine is temporarily placed in the process of transporting the pachinko machine PM, it is only necessary to stand the machine body vertically from the backward tilt posture. When the inclination angle of the pachinko machine PM becomes less than the predetermined angle described above, the wheel 130 is separated from the floor surface, and in the vertical posture, the entire bottom surface of the bottom plate 15 is grounded and the load of the pachinko machine PM is supported by the bottom plate 15. As with, the aircraft can be made stable and independent. For this reason, in the transportation process from the shipment of the pachinko machine until it is fixed to the installation frame base, the pachinko machine PM is tilted backward or is simply stood up and transported using the caster mechanism and supported independently on the bottom plate. This can be easily performed, and does not require a complicated operation such as switching the wheel 130 to the accommodation position Bp or attaching and detaching the wheel every time temporary placement is performed.

On the other hand, when the caster mechanism 100 is not used, for example, when an assembly process in a manufacturing factory, a plurality of pachinko machines PM are loaded on a pallet and transported, or the pachinko machine PM is used as an installation frame of a game facility. After being fixed, the wheel 130 can be set to the accommodation position Bp.

At the storage position Bp, the support bracket 120 is set in an angular posture in which the tip of the support bracket 120 faces vertically upward, and the wheel 130 is positioned above the bottom plate 15 and is compactly stored inside the outer frame 10. For this reason, for example, the wheel 130 is used as a component device of the assembly line in an assembly process in a manufacturing plant or when the lower and right sides of the outer frame 10 are loaded and transported on a pallet held by opposing groove-shaped support portions. Existing equipment can be used effectively without abutting or abutting on the support part of the pallet. Also in the game facility, there is no possibility of interfering with the equipment and the like of the game island located at the lower rear of the outer frame 10, and can be handled in the same manner as a conventional pachinko machine.

The main structure of the caster mechanism 100 including the wheels 130 can be attached and detached by loosening the support shaft 125 and attaching and detaching the support bracket 120, thereby removing the support bracket 120 when the caster mechanism 100 is not used. The space above the bottom plate can be used effectively.

Therefore, according to the configuration described above, work efficiency can be reduced by reducing the burden of transportation work from unloading of pachinko machines to installation without affecting existing factory equipment and island equipment (peripheral equipment of the installation frame base). It is possible to provide a good transport mechanism.

In the above embodiment, the wheel 130 is positioned above the bottom surface of the bottom plate 15 at the use position Cp, and the wheel 130 is lifted from the floor when the pachinko machine PM is set upright. However, the wheel 130 is located on the same plane as the bottom surface of the bottom plate 15 at the use position, in other words, when the pachinko machine PM is upright, the bottom surface of the bottom plate 15 is grounded to the floor surface and the wheel 130 is also You may comprise so that it may earth | ground simultaneously. According to such a configuration, in addition to being able to roll and transport the pachinko machine PM by slightly tilting backward, the support width in the front-rear direction when the pachinko machine is upright is increased compared to the case of the sole plate alone. And the stability of the self-standing state (temporary placement state) can be further improved.

Next, another configuration example of the caster mechanism is shown in FIG. 10, and the caster mechanism 200 will be briefly described. The caster mechanism 200 is provided at the left and right corners of the lower part of the outer frame 10, and in FIG. 10, the right caster mechanism is shown in an exploded perspective view. The caster mechanism 200 is also configured symmetrically, and the subscripts “L” and “R” are omitted, and the same components as those of the above-described caster mechanism 100 are denoted by the same reference numerals and redundant description is given. Omitted.

The caster mechanism 200 includes a fixing bracket 210 that is fixed by connecting the right or left frame plate and the bottom plate 15, and a support bracket 220 that is pivotally coupled to the fixing bracket 210 so as to be swingable back and forth around a left and right axis. The wheel 130 supported by the support bracket 220 so as to be rotatable in the front-rear direction, and the position between the housing position Bp where the wheel 130 is housed inside the outer frame 10 and the use position Cp where the wheel 130 projects rearward from the outer frame 10. The support bracket 220 is pivotably coupled to the use position Cp. The lock structure 250 (the caulking nut 253, the position setting screw 255) or the like is used to lock the swing angle position of the support bracket 220 that can be set at the use position Cp. Similar to the mechanism 100, the wheel 130 protruding rearward of the outer frame 10 is disposed above the bottom surface of the bottom plate 15, and the bottom plate is vertically upright. 5 is grounded and the pachinko machine PM is self-supporting. On the other hand, when the outer frame 10 is tilted rearward, the wheel 130 is grounded and the pachinko machine PM is supported by the caster mechanism 200 so that it can be rolled and conveyed. .

The fixing bracket 210 includes a first support shaft flange 211 and a second support shaft flange 212 which are bent and raised at right angles on the right and left sides of the plate portion, and are made of the same metal material as that of the above-described fixing bracket 110. It is formed by the same molding means. The second support shaft flange 212 extends upward along the side frame plate 13 (12), and the plate portion and the second support shaft flange 212 are fixed to the bottom plate 15 and the frame plate 13 with wood screws or rivets, respectively. Thus, the bottom plate 15 and the side frame plate are firmly connected and fixed, and the structure has a function as a reinforcing metal fitting for reinforcing the frame of the outer frame 10.

The first support flange 211 has a support hole 211a having an inner diameter slightly larger than the outer diameter of the screw of the support shaft 225, and the support shaft 225 is positioned at the alignment position of the second support flange 212 opposite thereto. A screw hole is formed to be screwed into the screw tip. A caulking nut 253 that is screwed with the position setting screw 255 is fixed to the rear portion of the first support shaft flange 211.

The distance between the inner surfaces of the first support shaft flange 211 and the second support shaft flange 212 is such that the support bracket 220 swings between the housing position Bp and the use position Cp in a state where the support bracket 220 is pivotally supported between both flanges. Is set to a possible interval. The fixing position of the caulking nut 253 is such that the position setting screw 255 screwed to the caulking nut 253 is positioned behind the side edge of the arm portion 221 in the supporting bracket 220 when the supporting bracket 220 is set to the housing position Bp. When 220 is set to the use position Cp, the position setting screw 255 screwed to the caulking nut 253 is set at a height position so as to be extended slightly above the upper edge of the arm portion 221.

The support bracket 220 includes a pair of left and right arm portions 221 and 222 and a cylindrical collar portion 223 that holds these arm portions in parallel with an inner surface interval adjusted to the thickness of the boss portion 130a of the wheel 130, The arm portions 221 and 222 are caulked and bonded to both ends of the collar portion 223 to be integrally connected. On the base end side of the arm portions 221 and 222, a circular hole is formed in alignment with the central hole of the collar portion 223, and a support shaft hole 220a through which the support shaft 225 is inserted to the left and right is formed. Axle holes (121d, 122d, see FIG. 4) are formed coaxially on the distal ends of the arm portions 221 and 222. The axle holes are drilled with an inner diameter slightly larger than the outer diameter of the axle 135. In addition, the wheel 130 to show in figure shows what is called a dish type wheel which connected between the boss | hub part 130a and the grounding wheel 130b with the flat plate.

In the caster mechanism 200 configured as described above, as in the caster mechanism 100 described above, the axle 135 is inserted into the axle hole of the support bracket 220 and snapped, and the wheel 130 is pivoted to support the support bracket. The shaft hole 220a is aligned with the support shaft hole 211a of the first support shaft flange, and the support shaft 225 is loosely inserted and screwed into the screw hole of the second support shaft flange 212. As a result, the support bracket 220 is pivotally connected to the fixing bracket 210 so as to be swingable back and forth, and the arm portions 221 and 222 face vertically upward so that the wheel 130 is accommodated inside the outer frame 10. The arm portions 221 and 222 are horizontally supported so that the wheel 130 can swing and be displaced in an angular range up to a use position Cp where the wheel 130 protrudes rearward of the outer frame 10.

When the support bracket 220 is swung within this angular range, the position setting screw 255 screwed to the caulking nut 253 is extended to the rear of the side edge of the arm portion 221 at an angular position where the arm portions 221 and 222 are directed vertically upward. The position setting screw 255 is positioned slightly above the upper edge of the arm portion 221 and can be fed out at an angular position where the arm portions 221 and 222 are horizontally directed backward. Therefore, by extending the position setting screw 255 at an angular position where the arm portions 221 and 222 are directed vertically upward, the wheel 130 can be held at the accommodation position Bp accommodated inside the outer frame 10. The wheel 130 can be locked to the use position Cp projecting rearward of the outer frame 10 by extending the position setting screw 255 at an angular position where the portions 221 and 222 are horizontally directed rearward.

The housing position Bp and the use position Cp are the same as the respective positions in the caster mechanism 100 described above. At the use position Cp, the wheel 130 that protrudes rearward from the outer frame 10 is located above the bottom surface of the bottom plate 15. By positioning the outer frame 10 vertically upright, the bottom surface of the bottom plate 15 can be grounded to allow the pachinko machine PM to stand on its own. When the outer frame 10 is tilted rearward by a predetermined angle or more, the wheel 130 is grounded to the floor surface. Then, the pachinko machine PM can be supported by the caster mechanism 200.

For this reason, if the caster mechanism 200 is set to the use position Cp when the pachinko machine PM is shipped, in the subsequent transportation process, the pachinko machine PM is inclined backward as shown in FIG. The mechanism 200 can be used to roll and transport the pachinko machine forward or backward, and the aircraft can be stably made to stand by simply standing the pachinko machine vertically from the tilted posture. For this reason, the pachinko machine PM is supported on the bottom plate and transported using the caster mechanism simply by tilting it back or standing in the process of transporting the pachinko machine until it is fixed to the installation frame base of the amusement facility. Independence can be easily performed, and a complicated operation such as switching the wheel 130 to the accommodation position Bp or attaching / detaching the wheel each time temporary placement is not required.

On the other hand, when the caster mechanism 200 is not used, the wheel 130 can be accommodated and held compactly inside the outer frame 10 by setting the wheel 130 to the accommodation position Bp. For this reason, for example, when an assembly process in a manufacturing plant or when loading and transporting on a pallet, the wheel 130 does not come into contact with a component device of the assembly line or a support part of the pallet. It can be used effectively. Also in the game facility, there is no possibility of interfering with the equipment and the like of the game island located at the lower rear of the outer frame 10, and can be handled in the same manner as a conventional pachinko machine. Note that the holding position Bp may be held by locking the support bracket 220 by tightening the support shaft 225.

In addition, the main structure of the caster mechanism 200 including the wheel 130 can be attached and detached by loosening the support shaft 225 and attaching and detaching the support bracket 220, thereby removing the support bracket 220 when the caster mechanism 200 is not used. Thus, the space above the bottom plate can be effectively utilized.

Therefore, the caster mechanism of this configuration also provides a transport mechanism with good workability by reducing the burden of transport work from unloading to installation of pachinko machines without affecting existing factory equipment and island facilities. In addition, a vertical gaming machine in which the strength of the outer frame 10 is improved can be provided.

Now, in the pachinko machine equipped with the above-described caster mechanism, FIG. 11 and FIG. 12 show a gripping structure that is highly convenient when transporting the pachinko machine, particularly when pulling the body backward and transporting it. Other configuration examples are shown and will be briefly described below. A gripping structure 60 shown in FIG. 11 is a fixed gripping structure in which a hook-like handle 62 protruding downward is fixed to the inside of the upper frame plate 11. According to such a gripping structure 60, in addition to being able to be implemented at a low cost with a simple configuration, the carrying worker can easily put his / her finger on the handle 62 and directly support the upper position of the outer frame 10, thereby The attitude change of the machine can be easily controlled.

In addition, the gripping structure 70 shown in FIG. 12 has a finger pocket 71 formed by cutting the rear end portion of the upper frame plate 11 into a U shape, and a handle attachment portion that is counterbored to the left and right of the finger pocket. The gripping structure includes a handle 72 that is stopped, and is configured to grip the handle 72 by inserting a finger into the finger pocket 71. According to such a configuration, in addition to being able to be implemented at a low cost with a simple configuration similar to the above-described gripping structure 60, each component of the gripping structure 70 also protrudes to the inner, outer periphery, and rear of the outer frame 10. Even in a gaming machine in which the installation space for the gripping structure is limited in relation to peripheral members such as the back set board and the installation frame base, a gripping structure that does not cause interference or pinching can be configured. Further, as indicated by a two-dot chain line in the figure, the handle 72 may be formed of a resin band or the like that can be easily bent and deformed, and may be pulled out and held rearward during use.

In the embodiment described above, the support brackets 120 and 220 are provided so as to be swingable and displaceable in the front-rear direction with respect to the outer frame 10, and the wheel 130 that rotates in the front-rear direction is provided at the front end portion of the support bracket. Although the configuration is illustrated, the displacement form with respect to the outer frame 10 may be a swinging displacement in the left-right direction or a sliding displacement in the front-rear direction, and is not limited to a wheel or a roller whose rolling element rotates only in the front-rear direction. In addition, a configuration in which these wheels are rotatably supported around the vertical axis (a configuration using a so-called free type caster) or a ball caster in which the rolling element is a “sphere” and can be rotated in any direction is used. It may be a form.
