A second lightning conductor 36 and a reinforcing bar connection terminal 37 are provided. The branch terminal 33 is used to branch the first lightning conductor 34 from the lightning receiving portion 31, the first lightning conductor 34 is joined between the branch terminal 31 and the draining terminal 35, and the second lightning conductor 36 is connected to the draining terminal. It joins between 35 and the connecting terminal 37 for reinforcing bars. The first lightning conductor 34 and the second lightning conductor 36 are aluminum stranded lightning conductors, and the second lightning conductor 36 is cured by a VE tube 38 to prevent erosion of the lightning conductors caused by the alkali content of the concrete. Has been.

The draining terminal 35 of the lightning protection equipment configured as described above will be described with reference to FIG. The draining terminal 35 is attached to both ends of the strip-shaped strip plate portion 351, the strip plate portion 351, the connection terminal 352 to which the first lightning conductor or the tip of the second lightning conductor is inserted, and the strip plate portion 351. And a screw member 353 including a screw, a washer, and a nut for attaching the connection terminal 352. The draining terminal 35 has a hole (not shown) in the formwork (not shown) in parallel with the construction of a formwork (not shown) which is a framework for making concrete a certain size or shape before placing the concrete. After the band plate portion 351 is inserted into the hole (not shown), the band plate (not shown) is fastened to the mold (not shown) and fixed to the drain terminal 35. Concrete is cast after the second lightning conductor 36 and the second lightning conductor 36 and the reinforcing bar connection terminal 37 are joined.

Next, the reinforcing bar connection terminal 37 in the lightning protection equipment shown in FIG. 10 will be described with reference to FIG. The reinforcing bar connection terminal 37 includes an iron plate thin plate portion 371, a connection terminal portion 372, and a flat plate portion 373. The iron thin plate portion 371 is a thin plate-like iron plate having a substantially rectangular planar shape, and includes a screw hole (not shown) into which a screw 371a is screwed. The connection terminal portion 372 includes a connection portion 3721 having a substantially rectangular plane shape, a lightning conductor lead insertion portion 3722 having a cylindrical cross-sectional shape, and a gradient portion 3723 located therebetween. The connecting portion 3721 is joined to the iron plate thin plate portion 371 by a screw 371a. The lightning conductor lead insertion portion 3722 has the tip of the second lightning conductor inserted in the cylinder. The gradient portion 3723 is converted from a connection portion 3721 having a substantially rectangular planar shape into a lightning conductor insertion portion 3722 having a cylindrical cross section. The flat plate portion 373 has a screw hole (not shown) in which the outer peripheral portion thereof is brazed 3731 with brass and screwed into the screw 371 so as to overlap the substantially central portion of the iron plate thin plate portion 371.

Hereinafter, the construction method of the connecting terminal 37 for reinforcing bars will be described. First, after inserting the tip part of the second lightning conductor 36 into the cylinder of the lightning conductor insertion part 3722, it is fixed with a screw 372a attached to the lightning conductor insertion part 3722. Next, the connection terminal 372 and the second lightning conductor 36 are joined by filling the gap formed between the second lightning conductor 36 and the inner wall of the lightning conductor insertion portion 3722 with solder. In parallel with the joining operation of the connection terminal 372 and the second lightning conductor 36, the flat plate portion 373 is attached to one flat portion of the iron plate thin plate portion 371. A screw hole (not shown) for screwing the screw 371 into the iron plate thin plate portion 371 and the flat plate portion 373 is processed.

The steel plate thin plate portion 371 integrated with the flat plate portion 373 is attached to the outer peripheral surface of the reinforcing bar 32 by welding the other flat portion with respect to the one flat surface portion of the steel plate thin plate portion 371. And the junction terminal part 372 joined with the 2nd lightning conductor 36 is attached to the said flat plate part 373 with the screw | thread 371a. Thereby, the reinforcing bar connection terminal 37 is joined to the reinforcing bar 32 constituting the reinforced concrete.

This technology has already been commercialized and is a well-known fact. Although there was nothing that should be cited as a conventional document, water that permeated from the outer wall surface of the basement around the basement of the building was prevented from passing through the lightning conductor and entering the inner wall surface. There is a drain terminal for conducting wire connection (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2001-45643 (page 1-3, FIG. 1)

However, since the conventional draining terminal 35 has a hole in the mold, and a band plate portion 351 is inserted into the hole and is tightly connected to the mold by a wire, it is difficult to keep the mounting accuracy constant. Further, since the band plate portion 351 protrudes from the surface of the formwork before the concrete is placed and from the concrete frame after the concrete is placed, a disaster during construction, for example, kicking by the protruding band plate portion 351, eyeball In order to prevent piercing, the lightning protection part 31 and the drainage terminal 35 are bent to the wall side until the lightning arrester construction for joining by the first lightning conductor 34 is started. However, if the band plate part 351 bent at the time of the lightning arrester construction is returned to the original state, the band plate part 351 is cut by metal fatigue, and not only can the function as a lightning arrester be performed, It was a big factor.

The present invention has been made in view of the problems as described above, and does not protrude from the casing or the finished surface, can be easily installed, and can improve the mounting accuracy. Is attached to the taper screw member 18.
The drain connection terminal for conducting wire connection according to the first embodiment configured as described above is constructed as described below.

At the time of construction, as shown in FIG. 4, the lead wire connecting draining terminal according to the first embodiment, in which the protective lid 151 is crowned on the rising portion 16, is attached closely to the mold frame 19. Then, the nail 141a is passed through the nail hole 141 and the nail hole 151b by using a hammer (not shown) to be fixed to the mold 19. The tip end of the nail 141a struck on the mold 19 is bent in consideration of work safety.

Next, as shown in FIG. 4, the taper screw portion 181 is screwed to the conducting wire connecting drain terminal according to the first embodiment fixed to the mold 19. As shown in FIG. 5, a tapered nut portion 182 is inserted in advance at one end of the second lightning conductor 36 cured by the embedded pipe 19a, and one end of the second lightning conductor 36 is a tapered screw portion 181 cylinder. The taper nut portion 182 is screwed into the taper screw portion 181 by being inserted into the taper screw portion 181. Thereby, the second lightning conductor 36 is crimped by the inner wall of the taper screw part 181 and mechanically and electrically joined to the conductor connection draining terminal according to the first embodiment. Further, the other end of the second lightning conductor 36 is joined to the connection terminal portion 372 of the reinforcing bar connection terminal 37. The embedded pipe 19a prevents the lightning conductor from eroding in the same manner as the VE pipe 38.

In this way, the concrete is placed after the drain connection terminal for conducting wire connection according to the first embodiment is attached to the mold 19, and the mold 19 is demolded after a certain curing period. Next, as shown in FIG. 5, the caulking material 161 a is filled in the trace of the rising portion 151 a of the removed protective lid, and one end of the first lightning conductor 34 having the lid 172 inserted in advance is inserted into the conductor fixing portion 1711. To do. The lid 172 is screwed to the conductor fixing portion 1711, and the joint portion 1712 of the terminal 17 into which the first lightning conductor 34 is inserted is attached to the terminal attachment portion 12 by the screw member 173. Thereby, the first lightning conductor 34 is mechanically and electrically joined to the conductor connection draining terminal 15.

In this way, the lightning receiver 31 passes through the branch terminal 33, the first lightning conductor 34, the drain connection terminal 15 for connection to the first embodiment, the second lightning conductor 36, and the reinforcing bar connection terminal 37, respectively. In addition to being mechanically and electrically joined to the rebar 32 constituting the reinforced concrete, it is joined to a grounding electrode buried underground, and a lightning current is grounded to the grounding electrode.

As described above, the drain connection terminal for conducting wire connection according to the first embodiment of the present invention includes the first lightning conductor 34 joined to the lightning receiving portion 31 and the second lightning arrester joined to the grounding electrode for flowing the lightning current to the ground. It becomes possible.

Further, since the terminal mounting portion 12 has the female screw portion 121 for attaching the terminal 17, the terminal 17 can be mechanically joined to the drain connection terminal 15 for connecting the lead wires.

Further, since the taper screw threaded portion 13 has a screw hole into which the taper screw member 18 is screwed, the second lightning arrester conductor 36 can be mechanically joined to the conductor connection draining terminal 15.

Moreover, since the draining terminal 15 for connecting a conductive wire is provided with a protective cover 151 that covers the terminal attaching portion 12 and is fitted to and detached from the rising portion 16, the concrete screw portion 121 of the terminal attaching portion 12 is provided with concrete at the time of placing concrete. Therefore, it is possible to provide a buried type drainage terminal for connecting a conductive wire that does not invade and can secure a waterproof caulking allowance when placing concrete.
