[フィルター8]
フィルター8は通気性を有するフィルターで、例えば0.2μm〜0.5μmの孔を有する。フィルター8の材質は、例えばポリテトラフルオロエチレン、ポリエチレンテレフタラート、ポリアミド、ポリウレタン等が使用されるが、通気性を有するものであれば何でも良い。
[外装カバー10]
外装カバー10は図1ないし図2に例示するように、大径の先端部11と複数の波状部12より形成され、後端部には開放部13が形成されている。
外装カバー10は筒体2の後端部に設けたフランジ4とプランジャー5の後端部に設けたフランジ6の間に、装着される。
外装カバー10は、複数の波状部12を形成することにより、これらの部分がおりたたみやすくなり、筒体2とプランジャー5の押し引き操作を繰り返しても外装カバー10は、筒体2とプランジャー5間に巻き込まれることはない。
