Description
The present invention relates to a writing instrument that supplies ink impregnated in an ink occlusion body in a shaft cylinder to a pen tip serving as a writing portion, and more particularly, ink termination capable of reliably detecting the ink end signature in this structure. It relates to detection type writing instruments.
Conventionally, in a writing instrument that supplies ink impregnated in an ink occlusion body in a shaft cylinder to a pen tip serving as a writing part, a so-called batting type writing instrument, a mechanism that can easily and reliably detect the ink end sign until now. There was no writing instrument equipped with.
1) In order to solve this problem, the present applicant has invented and proposed a new and effective mechanism. (For example, Patent Document 1)
The present invention improves the mechanism as described in Patent Document 1 above, so that even if an accident such as ink clogging occurs in one ink flow path in the ink guide tube, writing can be performed with another ink flow path. An object of the present invention is to provide an ink end detection type writing instrument that can reliably detect an ink end sign when ink in the ink occlusion body is finished, and is visually interesting and aesthetically pleasing.

The present invention is configured as described above. In the unlikely event that an ink clogging or the like occurs in one ink flow path in the ink guide tube, the ink end sign cannot be detected. However, since the ink end sign can be detected by another ink flow path, the ink end detection can be reliably performed and the ink guide tube having a plurality of ink flow paths is integrally formed. Assembling is easy and cost is low.
Further, the ink guide tube is formed in a cylindrical shape, a hollow columnar shape, a quadrangular prism shape, a triangular prism shape, a plate shape, a truncated cone shape, etc., and a plurality of ink flow paths are formed in one ink guide tube, and The space between the ink flow paths is transparent, or is translucent or translucent, which makes it visually interesting and aesthetically pleasing.
The best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described in detail below. First, the structure of the ink end detection type writing instrument will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of an ink end detection type writing instrument of the present invention, which can be suitably used for a sign pen, a marker, a whiteboard marker and the like. Although not shown, there is no problem even if it is a writing instrument such as a ballpoint pen having a structure in which the pen tip holds the ball.
As shown in FIG. 1, the writing instrument according to the present embodiment includes a
