Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a backrest device, and more particularly to a chair backrest device in which the left and right sides of a backrest plate are fitted to pipe-like backrest support rods facing upward on the left and right sides of the back of the chair so that the backrest plate is attached.
Conventionally, a chair with a backrest plate attached thereto as described above is known. (For example, Patent Documents 1 to 5).
However, when the seat part of these chairs is accommodated in the space below the top plate of the desk, the backrest support rod may hit the desk and be damaged. In particular, the back support rod is generally formed of a metal pipe in order to ensure sufficient strength, so that the desk may be damaged.
In view of the above situation, the present invention prevents the metal pipe backrest support rod from hitting a desk or the like in the chair, and even when applied to a chair having a rotary seat, the backrest of the metal pipe The chair is designed to improve safety with a protective cover at the end of the cylindrical part of the joint between the backrest plate and the backrest saddle.
