Description

The present invention relates to a bag binding tool for sealing a bag opening of a bag.

。   Conventionally, when sealing a bag opening of a bag made of a material such as vinyl, a person ties it with a hand and seals it. Alternatively, when it is inconvenient to bind, there is a method of using a binding tool that assists in binding the bag opening by winding the bag around a tool provided with a ridge at the tip (for example, Patent Document 1). reference.).

Also, using a binding tool that has a flexible piece in the ring-shaped frame to hold the bag that is the object to be bound, a method of inserting the bag opening into the binding tool by hand, or a horseshoe-shaped binding clip with one end open There is also a method of pressing the bag as the object to be bound by deforming it into a shape (see, for example, Patent Documents 2 and 3).
Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 5-089211 JP-A-9-77095 JP 2003-170947 A

However, in the invention according to Patent Document 1, the method of winding the bag around the binding tool is complicated, and it is difficult to handle the binding tool. In the invention according to Patent Document 2, if the flexible piece is difficult to bend, it may be difficult to insert the bag into the binding tool. Sometimes it comes off. Moreover, in the invention which concerns on patent document 3, the problem that it is difficult to remove a binding clip after binding a bag arises.

Therefore, in order to solve the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a bag binding tool that is easy to handle and can seal the bag opening of the bag by a simple procedure. Another object of the present invention is to provide a bag bundling tool that can be removed easily while a strong bundling force can be obtained after the bags are bound.

In order to solve the above problems, a bag binding tool according to the present invention is a bag binding tool that folds the entire bag opening of a bag and binds the outer periphery of the bundled portion, and the bag binding tool has a letter at the tip. A bag-folding portion hook that is provided with a mold or a letter-shaped ridge, and the gap between the heel tip of the heel and the heel shaft is formed such that the folded portion that is folded back from the bag opening is hooked. A through-hole through which a shaft is freely slidable, and the fold can be pulled out in a state where the fold is hooked on the ridge, and the outer periphery of the bundled portion after the fold is pulled out And a bag bundling plate provided with a bundling port formed in such a size that can be held down.

According to the present invention, it is possible to bind a bag by a simple procedure using a bag folding portion hook and a bag binding plate that are easy to handle and to seal the bag opening. Further, since the bag folding portion hook is used, even if the bag is filled with the contents, if the bag opening can be folded and bundled, the bundle portion can be bound by the bag binding plate. At this time, the folded portion of the bag is pulled into the binding port of the bag binding plate by pulling the folded portion of the bag into the binding port of the bag binding plate by hooking the folded portion of the folded portion on the character-shaped or letter-shaped bag. Can be bound together. Since the folded portion is pulled into the bundling port, the bundling portion can be easily bundled as compared to using a bundling tool for bundling by manually inserting the bag opening into the bundling port. Further, when the folding part is pulled into the binding port, a ring is formed by the bag binding plate and the folding part, so that it is easy to carry by hooking a finger on the folding part. Further, when the folded portion is drawn into the binding port and the bundled portion is bundled, the bundled portion can be firmly bound so that the bag binding plate does not come off even if the bag contents are heavy. Further, since the bundling port is only pressed to such an extent that the bundling portion cannot be removed, it is possible to easily remove the bag bundling plate and reopen the bag opening even after bundling the bundling portion with the bag bundling plate.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be specifically described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 11, but are not construed as being limited to these descriptions.

In FIG. 1, one form of the bag folding part hook of the bag binding tool which concerns on this Embodiment is shown. FIG. 1A is a front view, and FIG. 1B is a top view. FIG. 2 shows one form of a bag binding plate of the bag binding tool according to the present embodiment. FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing a state in which the bag binding plate is passed through the bag folding portion hook. FIG. 4 illustrates a bag that is an object to be bound. 4A is a schematic perspective view of the bag, and FIG. 4B is a perspective view showing a state in which the bag opening of the bag is folded and bundled.

The bag bundling tool according to the present embodiment is for bundling the outer periphery of the bundling portion 23 that is folded back and bundled in the bag opening 21 of the bag 31 shown in FIG. The bag folding part hook 10 shown in FIG. 2 and the bag binding plate 20 shown in FIG. Further, the bag folding part hook 10 has a grip part 3 for holding the bag folding part hook 10 and a stopper 4 for facilitating holding the bag binding plate 20 shown in FIG. ing.

As shown in FIG. 4A, the bag 31 that is the object to be bound is exemplified by a garbage bag or a shopping bag made of a material such as vinyl or cloth. These bags are often sealed by bundling and binding the bag opening 21 by hand. However, it is inconvenient to tie the bag opening 21 by hand. The bag bundling tool according to the present embodiment is for bundling the outer periphery of the bundling portion 23 that is folded back and bundled in the whole bag opening 21 of the bag 31. The bag opening 21 can be sealed by binding the outer periphery of the bundling portion 23 that is folded back and bundled in the entire bag opening 21 of the bag 31. In addition, in FIG. 4A, a simple bag having the bag opening 21 is shown, but a carrying handle may be attached.

The bag folding hook 10 shown in FIG. 1 (a) is provided with a letter-shaped or letter-shaped collar 5 at the tip, and the interval 6 between the collar 1 of the collar 5 and the collar shaft 2 is shown in FIG. 4 (b). The bundling portion 23 shown in FIG. 2 is formed to have a width that allows the folded portion 22 to be hooked. At this time, as shown in FIG. 10 showing another embodiment of the bag folded portion hook, a curved portion 7 that is curved so as to keep the tip 1 away from the rod shaft 2 may be provided. When the curved portion 7 is provided, when the bag 31 shown in FIG. 4A is hooked on the heel 5, the bag 31 is pulled while the heel tip 1 and the heel shaft 2 are open, so that it is easy to hook. In addition, after the bag 31 is hooked, the bag opening 21 of the bag hooked on the bag 5 is hooked on the curved portion 7, and the bag 31 can be prevented from being detached from the bag 5.

The grip portion 3 is a portion that is held by hand when using the bag folded portion hook 10 and desirably has a length that can be held by the hand. In addition, when the bag folding part hook 10 is not used, the end of the grip part 3 is formed in an annular shape as shown in FIG. 1A in order to hook and hold the bag folding part hook 10. It is good to do. Moreover, in order to increase the ease of holding by hand, a handle made of a material such as wood, metal, rubber, or plastic may be attached to the grip portion 3.

The bag binding plate 20 shown in FIG. 2 has a through hole 11 through which the hook shaft 2 of the bag folding portion hook 10 shown in FIG. And a mouth 12.

The through hole 11 may be provided at any position of the bag binding plate 20 and has a function of passing the bag binding plate 20 on the shaft 2 as shown in FIG. Further, it is desirable that the diameter of the through hole 11 is slightly larger than the diameter of the collar shaft 2 so that the bag binding plate 20 can freely move the collar shaft 2. At this time, as shown in FIG. 1B, it is desirable to provide a stopper 4 protruding from the collar shaft 2 on the collar shaft 2, and only the bag binding plate 20 to be used is moved to the collar 5, and the remaining bag binding plates 20 are moved. Can be held in front of the stopper 4.

The bundling port 12 is a port for bundling the outer periphery of the bundling portion 23 of the bag 31 shown in FIG. 4B. The bundling port 22 has a size that can be pressed to such an extent that the bundling portion 23 cannot be removed. The hook 5 is formed in such a size that it can be pulled out while being hooked on the hook 5 shown in FIG. At this time, the bag binding plate 20 is preferably made of a deformable material, for example, a resin such as polypropylene, a material such as elastomer or rubber. In addition, as shown in FIG. 2, it is desirable to form notches 24 a and 24 b connected from the through hole 11 to form the binding port 12. That is, the peripheral part is connected with the through-hole 11 and the binding port 12. At this time, when the binding port 12 is opened, stress concentrates on the ends of the cuts 24a and 24b, and the small holes 13 may be provided at the respective ends of the cuts 24a and 24b so that the cuts are not enlarged. Good.

If the bag binding plate 20 is made of a deformable material, the notches 24a and 24b can be opened to form the binding port 12, and the binding port 12 can be closed by the force shown in FIG. 4B. The bundling portion 23 can be pressed. In FIG. 2, a form in which the cuts 24 a and 24 b are put in a cross is shown, but the binding port 12 can be provided if at least the cut 24 a is provided. Moreover, it is good also as putting notches 24a and 24b into X character. In particular, if the cuts 24a and 24b are made in the cross, it is easy to pass the bag binding plate 20 through the folded portion of the bag 5 of the bag folding portion hook 10 shown in FIG. It is easy to extract the basket 5. Further, as shown in FIG. 11 showing another embodiment of the bag binding plate 20, a plurality of cuts 25 may be made. Since the bundling opening 12 can be easily opened by making a plurality of cuts 25, the bag bundling plate 20 can be more easily passed through the bag folding part hook 10 shown in FIG. Become.

Moreover, since the folding part 22 of the bag 31 shown in FIG. 4B is drawn into the binding port 12 by the bag folding part hook 10 shown in FIG. A material having a large rigidity can be used even if it is a deformable material. Moreover, the thickness of the bag binding plate 20 can be increased, and the rigidity can be made larger than that of the extremely thin bag binding plate. If the bag bundling plate 20 having a large rigidity is used, the bundling portion 23 of the bundling portion 23 is stronger than the bundling tool for manually inserting the folding portion 22 of the bag 31 shown in FIG. The outer periphery can be bundled. Further, if the thickness of the bag binding plate 20 is increased, the bag binding plate 20 will not be broken during the transport of the bound bags 31 even when the bag 31 is filled with the contents.

Here, with reference to FIG. 5 to FIG. 9, a method of sealing the bag using the bag binding tool according to the present embodiment will be described. FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing a state of preparation for binding the bag opening of the bag. FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing a state in which a bag folding portion hook hook is passed through the binding port of the bag binding plate. FIG. 7 is a perspective view showing a state in which the bag opening of the bag hooked on the bag is folded and bundled. FIG. 8 is a perspective view showing a state in which the folded portion of the bag is inserted into the binding port of the bag binding plate. FIG. 9 is a perspective view showing a state in which the bag opening portion of the bag is bound by the bag binding plate.

First, in a preparation state for binding the bag opening 21 of the bag 31, as shown in FIG. 5, the shaft 2 is passed through the through hole 11 of the bag binding plate 20 and the bag opening 21 of the bag 31 is pulled to the bag 5. Arrange to hang. When passing the collar shaft 2 through the through hole 11, the collar 1 may be inserted into the through hole 11, and the bag folding part hook 10 is inserted into the binding port 12 from the direction of the bent part of the collar 5. It is good as well.

Next, from the state where the bag opening 21 is hooked on the bag 5 shown in FIG. 5, only one bag binding plate 20 is pushed out through the stopper 4 in the direction of the bag 5 (the remaining bag binding plates are not shown). .) When the bag binding plate 20 is pushed out in the direction of the bag 5, the hook 1 is inserted into the binding port 12, and as shown in FIG. 6, the bag opening of the bag 31 between the bag binding plate 20 and the bag 5. 21 is sandwiched and bundled.

Next, the bag binding plate 20 is further pushed out in the direction of the arrow from the state in which the bag openings 21 are bundled as shown in FIG. In the process of pushing out the bag binding plate 20, the bag opening 21 is folded back to form a bundled portion 23 and a folded portion 22 as shown in FIG. 7.

Next, the bag binding plate 20 is further pushed out from the state where the folded portion 22 is formed as shown in FIG. When the bag binding plate 20 is pushed out, the folding portion 22 is pulled into the binding port 12 by the bag folding portion binding hook 10 as shown in FIG. At this time, if the grip portion 3 is formed in an annular shape, a hand is caught on the grip portion 3 when the bag folding portion hook 10 is pulled, so that it is easy to apply force.

Finally, the bag folding part hook 10 is pulled out from the folding part 22 so as to rotate around the flange 5, and the outer periphery of the bundling part 23 is bound by the bag binding plate 20 as shown in FIG.

As described above, the bag binding tool according to the present embodiment is easy to handle. By using this bag binding tool, anyone can easily seal the bag opening 21 of the bag 31. In addition, by using the bag folding part hook 10 for bundling the bags 31, the bag opening 21 can be sealed if the bag opening 21 can be folded and bundled even if the bag 31 is filled with the contents. Can do. Further, by using the bag folding part hook 10 provided with the hook 5 at the tip, the folding part 22 is hooked on the bag 5, and the bag folding part hook 10 binds the folding part 22 to the bag binding plate 20. The bundle portion 23 can be bundled by being drawn into the mouth 12. As a result, bundling of the bundling portion 23 is easier than using a bundling tool for manually bundling the bag opening into the bundling port. Further, when the folding portion 22 is pulled into the binding port 12, a ring is formed by the bag binding plate 20 and the folding portion 22, so that it is easy to carry by folding the folding portion 22 with a finger. Further, when the folded portion 22 is pulled into the binding port 12 and the bundle portion 23 is bundled, the bundle portion 23 can be firmly bound so that the bag binding plate 20 does not come off even if the bag 31 is heavy. Further, since the bag binding plate 20 only holds the outer periphery of the bundling portion 23 so that it does not come off, the bag bundling plate 20 can be easily removed even after the bundling portion 23 is bound by the bag bundling plate 20, 21 can be reopened.
