Description

The present invention relates to a volatilizer that volatilizes a liquid medicine.

。   Conventionally, when deodorizing a toilet or a room, a deodorizer as a volatilizer has been used (for example, see Patent Document 1).

This deodorizer includes a container body in which a liquid medicine such as a deodorant liquid is housed, and a core material for sucking up the housed liquid medicine is inserted into the mouth of the container body. The core material is held in a state in which the tip portion protrudes from the mouth portion, and is configured so that the liquid medicine in the container body can be sucked up and volatilized by the core material.

In this deodorant, the volatilization amount of the liquid medicine is determined by the protruding amount of the core material from the container body, and the volatilization amount has a limit naturally.

Then, the deodorizer which provides the flat volatilization body in the upper part of the said core material and aims at increase in the volatilization amount of a liquid chemical | medical agent is known (for example, refer patent document 2).
JP 62-094169 A JP 2001-261080 A

However, such a deodorizer has to be fixed with a flat plate-like volatilizing body, resulting in poor workability during assembly.

In addition, since it is necessary to design in consideration of workability at the time of fixing, there is a problem that the degree of freedom of design is lowered.

This invention is made | formed in view of such a conventional subject, and it aims at providing the volatilizer which can improve the workability | operativity at the time of an assembly.

In order to solve the above problems, in the volatilizer of the present invention, the liquid chemical contained in the container body is sucked up by the core material, and is volatilized by impregnating the plate-shaped volatilized body arranged on the upper part of the core material. In the volatilizer to be used, the container body is provided with a mounting portion attached to the container body, a cover that covers the volatilizing body mounted on the mounting portion, and the cover is predetermined with respect to the mounting portion. And a pair of tongues extending downwardly on the cover, and a volatilization in an inner region surrounded by the both pillars and the tongues. The body is disposed, and each column portion and each tongue piece are set at a position where a straight line connecting the both column portions intersects with a straight line connecting the both tongue pieces, and the cover is raised within the predetermined range. The height position of the volatilized body in which each tongue piece is placed on the placement part Ri said setting each tongue in length extending to a lower position.

That is, the liquid medicine in the container body can be volatilized from the plate-shaped volatilizer having a large surface area by sucking the liquid medicine with the core material and impregnating the volatilized body placed on the placement part. At this time, by raising and lowering the cover that covers the volatilization body of the placement part, the gap between the placement part and the cover can be varied. Thereby, the volatilization amount of the liquid medicine can be adjusted.

The cover is provided with a pair of tongue pieces extending downward, and the volatilization body is disposed in an inner region surrounded by the pair of support columns supporting the cover and the pair of tongue pieces. It is arranged. For this reason, the said volatilization body is surrounded from the four sides by the said both support | pillar part and the said both tongue pieces, and the detachment | leave from the said mounting part is prevented.

At this time, each of the tongue pieces extends to a position lower than the height position of the volatilizing body on which the tongue pieces are placed in the state where the cover is raised within the predetermined range. It is set to the length dimension to be taken out. For this reason, even when the cover is raised and lowered, the volatilization body is prevented from being carelessly detached.

As described above, in the volatilizer of the present invention, the volatilization body is fixed even when the cover is raised with respect to the mounting portion on which the volatilization body is placed in order to adjust the volatilization amount. Without doing so, it is possible to prevent inadvertent detachment of the volatilization body from the mounting portion.

Therefore, it is possible to improve the workability at the time of assembly as compared with the conventional case where the volatilizing body has to be fixed, and also when the volatilizing body is replaced, it can be replaced simply by removing the cover.

This eliminates the need for a design that takes into account fixed workability, thereby increasing the degree of freedom in design.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG.1 and FIG.2 is a figure which shows the volatilizer 1 concerning this Embodiment.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a cover 51 is provided on the placement portion 24 to cover the volatilized body 44 placed thereon. The cover 51 is formed in a container shape opened downward, and vent holes 55 are formed in the front and rear surfaces 52 and 53 and the top surface 54. As shown also in FIG. 5, a pair of support columns 56, 56 extending downward are provided on the left and right sides of the cover 51.

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, each of the support portions 56 and 56 is configured to be guided while being inserted into the respective guides 41 and 41 of the mounting portion 24. It is formed in a cross-sectional shape suitable for. In other words, the guide portions 62 inserted into the guide grooves 61 of the guide 41 are formed in the support portions 56 and 56, and the cover 51 can be moved up and down along the guides 41 and 41. ing. Further, each strut portion 56 is formed with a wide portion 64 to be inserted into the wide groove 63 of the guide 41, and the lower end of the wide portion 64 has the cover as shown in FIGS. 6 to 7. A stopper 67 is provided that comes into contact with the projecting piece 66 extending from the inner surface of the wide groove 63 from below when 51 is raised to the upper limit position 65. Thereby, it is comprised so that the raising / lowering range of the said cover 51 with respect to the mounting part 24 can be controlled within a predetermined range.

The wide portion 64 is provided with a pair of ridges 71, 71 slidably contacting the protrusion piece 66, and on the opposing surfaces of the protrusions 71, 71 facing the protrusion pieces 66, 66, vertically. Convex portions 72,... Are provided at four equally spaced locations. Thereby, each convex part 72 ... is comprised so that the height position of the said cover 51 can be positioned in each state which got over the said protrusion 66, and the said volatilization is formed by forming each state. The width of the gap between the placing portion 24 on which the body 44 is placed and the cover 51 can be varied.

As shown in FIG. 5, rectangular tongue pieces 81, 81 extend downward from the front surface 52 and the rear surface 53 of the cover 51. As shown in FIG. 6, hooks 82 projecting sideways are provided on the lower edges of the tongue pieces 81, 81, and the portion of the placement portion 24 corresponding to the tongue pieces 81 is An engaging portion 84 that engages with the hook 82 is provided in a state where the cover 51 is lowered to the lower limit position 83 and the upper surface of the placement portion 24 is closed.

Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the imaginary straight line 91 connecting the centers of the both tongue pieces 81, 81 passes through the core member 22 positioned at the center 43 of the fixing portion 31 of the mounting portion 24. The volatilization body 44 is placed inside the two tongue pieces 81, 81. Thereby, the virtual straight line 91 that connects the two tongue pieces 81 and 81 and the virtual straight line 42 that connects the both struts 56 and 56 are configured to be orthogonal to each other on the core member 22, and the both struts In the inner region surrounded by 56 and 56 and the two tongue pieces 81 and 81, the placement area 45 for placing the volatilizing body 44 is set.

As shown in FIG. 7, the tongue pieces 81, 81 are placed on the mounting portion 24 when the cover 24 is raised to the upper limit position 65. Further, the length of the volatile body 44 is set to extend from a height position H to a low position L, and the volatile body 44 can be prevented from being detached in the front-rear direction.

In the present embodiment according to the above configuration, the liquid drug 12 in the container body 11 is sucked up by the core material 22 and impregnated in the volatilizing body 44 mounted on the mounting part 24, so that the liquid drug 12 has a surface area. It can be volatilized from the large plate-like volatilized body 44.

At this time, the gap between the mounting unit 24 and the cover 51 can be varied by moving the cover 51 covering the volatilizing body 44 of the mounting unit 24 up and down. Thereby, the volatilization amount of the said liquid chemical | medical agent 12 can be adjusted.

The cover 51 is provided with a pair of tongue pieces 81, 81 extending downward, and the volatilizing body 44 includes a pair of column portions 56, 56 that support the cover 51 and a pair of tongues. It is disposed in an inner region surrounded by the pieces 81 and 81. For this reason, the volatilizing body 44 is surrounded from the four sides by the both column portions 56 and 56 and the both tongue pieces 81 and 81, and is prevented from being detached from the mounting portion 24.

At this time, each of the tongue pieces 81 and 81 has a height of the volatilizing body 44 on which the tongue pieces 81 and 81 are placed on the mounting portion 24 in a state where the cover 51 is raised to the upper limit position 65. The length dimension is set to extend from the position H to the position L. For this reason, even when the cover 51 is raised to adjust the volatilization amount, the volatilization body 44 is prevented from being unintentionally detached from the mounting portion 24 without fixing the volatilization body 44. can do.

Therefore, the workability | operativity at the time of an assembly can be improved compared with the past which had to fix a volatilization body.

This eliminates the need for a design that takes into account fixed workability, thereby increasing the degree of freedom in design.

In addition, even when it is necessary to replace the volatilizer 44 such as refilling the liquid chemical 12, the user can replace the used volatilizer 44 with a new volatilizer 44 simply by removing the cover 51. Therefore, the volatilizer 44 can be replaced with a simple operation as compared with the conventional product in which the volatilizer 44 is fixed.

In addition, in this Embodiment, the protrusion 37 which protrudes upwards is formed in the periphery of the mounting part 24 in which the volatilization body 44 is mounted, and the structure which prevents the said volatilization body 44 detachment more reliably. However, even if this protrusion 37 is not formed, the detachment of the volatilizing body 44 can be reliably prevented by the both column portions 56 and 56 and the both tongue pieces 81 and 81.
