Description

The present invention relates to a welding wire pail pack in which a welding wire is accommodated, and more particularly to a welding wire pail pack that has excellent strength during use and can be recovered after use and easily recycled. .

In general, pail packs for welding wires are provided for supplying welding wires required for long-time welding operations. As such pail packs for welding wires, the amount of use of pail packs for welding wires that can accommodate a large amount of welding wires to improve work efficiency is increasing due to long-time welding work or continuous welding work, etc. .

However, conventional pail packs for welding wires are usually manufactured and used once for the convenience of supply, and some of them are provided as recyclable welding wire pail packs.

A single-use pail pack manufactured using a material that is easy to mold, such as a paper tube wrapped with paper, is easy to use and transport, but there is a problem that a waste pail pack occurs after use. there were. A part of the waste pail pack was recovered and reused, but the quality of the recovered pail pack was significantly lower than that of the initial pail pack, and environmental problems were also induced during recycling.

On the other hand, there are pail packs for welding wires that can hold the welding wire by fastening the main components as in Korean Utility Model Registration No. 278814 and Japanese Utility Model Registration No. 3059982. Assembling for storage or dismantling after use is cumbersome, requiring a lot of time, and there is a large deviation in the quality of the pail pack for welding wire by the operator, and the weight of the pail pack for welding wire itself Therefore, a lot of cost was required for handling and collection.

Similarly, Korean Utility Model Registration No. 283582, which was proposed to improve this point, also requires a lot of time for assembly and disassembly, and the welding wire is housed in terms of strength, rigidity and durability. As a result, the expected effect could not be obtained due to multi-stage loading, repeated wear and wear of the fastening parts, and wear and loss of parts required for fastening.

The present invention has been invented to solve the above-mentioned problems, and has strength, rigidity and durability that allows a welding wire to be accommodated, transported, stored, and used sufficiently, after use. Its purpose is to provide a recyclable welding pail pack for welding wires that can be recovered and reused several times without being discarded.

In order to achieve the above object, the recyclable welding wire pail pack of the present invention forms a ring shape with a predetermined diameter in the metal welding wire pail pack 10 that accommodates the welding wire, and corresponds to this diameter. A lower ring 11 having a plurality of arms 12 that are radially connected, an upper ring 13 that is formed in a ring shape and has a diameter substantially the same as the diameter of the lower ring 11, and the lower ring 11 and the upper ring. 13 are connected to both ends of the body shaft 14 and have the same diameter as the lower ring 11 or the upper ring 13, and the body shaft 14 is parallel to the lower ring 11 and the upper ring 13. One or more intermediate rings 15 connected to each other are connected by welding.

In addition, a lid 16 may be provided on the upper ring 13.

Further, the welding wire pail pack 10 is preferably a metal material having a diameter of 7.0 mm to 13.0 mm.

The material of the welding wire pail pack 10 is preferably a metal material having a tensile strength of 125 kgf / mm 2 to 160 kgf / mm 2 . further,
A moisture-proof paper tube 21 and a paper cover 22 may be provided inside the welding wire pail pack 10.

It is preferable to coat the inner surface of the paper tube 21 and the paper cover 22 with a synthetic resin 23.

The recyclable welding wire pail pack of the present invention having the above-described configuration is manufactured using a metal material that is solid and easy to recycle, thereby maintaining the strength required for the welding wire pail pack. Can be recycled several times. Also, when a pail pack can no longer be used, it can be easily recycled for other uses.

In addition, the wire diameter of the pail pack for welding wire can be limited to reduce the weight, and the range of tensile strength can be limited to improve the rigidity and durability.

The recyclable welding wire pail pack of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The recyclable welding wire pail pack according to the present invention accommodates a welding wire, smoothly accommodates the welding wire during welding, and includes a lower ring 11 and an upper ring 13 formed in a ring shape so that they can be pulled out. , Formed at both ends of the body shaft 14.

The lower ring 11 is formed to have a predetermined diameter, and a large number of arms 12 are connected at equal angles. The lower ring 11 is formed in a ring shape as shown in the figure by molding a wire having a circular cross section. The lower ring 11 made of a metal material has a length corresponding to the diameter of the lower ring 11 and is formed of the same material as the lower ring 11 so that the load of the accommodated welding wire can be supported. Both ends of 12 are connected to the lower ring 11.

The upper ring 13 has substantially the same diameter as the lower ring 11 and is made of the same material. Similarly to the lower ring 11, the upper ring 13 is manufactured by molding a wire.

The body shaft 14 is made of the same material as the upper ring 13 and the lower ring 11 and has a predetermined length. The body shaft 14 has an upper end connected to the upper ring 13 and a lower end connected to the lower ring 11. The body shafts 14 whose ends are respectively connected to the upper ring 13 and the lower ring 11 are provided as a number of body shafts 14 and are arranged at predetermined intervals.

On the other hand, the body shaft 14 is reinforced with an intermediate ring 15 to cope with deformation, buckling, etc. of the body shaft 14 caused by the load of the pail pack for welding wire loaded on the upper part when a large number of pail packs 10 are loaded. It is preferable. An intermediate ring 15 formed substantially the same as the diameter of the lower ring 11 and the upper ring 13 is connected to the body shaft 14 so as to be parallel to the upper ring 13 and the lower ring 11. Here, a number of intermediate rings 15 may be provided depending on the length of the body shaft 14.

The above-mentioned means for connecting the lower ring 11, the arm 12, the upper ring 13, the body shaft 14 and the intermediate ring 15 are preferably connected by welding so as to be integrated. By connecting each component through welding, the strength, rigidity and durability can be improved. In addition, since the respective constituent elements are integrated by welding, handling such as accommodation, transportation and loading of the welding wire becomes easy.

As described above, the pail pack 10 containing the welding wire can be stacked in multiple stages on the top of the pail pack 10 including the lower ring 11, the upper ring 13, the body shaft 14 and the intermediate ring 15. The lid 16 is provided to protect the welding wire housed inside. The inner diameter of the lid 16 is made larger than the outer diameter of the upper ring 13 to which the body shaft 14 is connected so that the upper stage of the pail pack 10 is covered with the lid 16.

Here, although the lower ring 11, the arm 12, the upper ring 13, the body shaft 14 and the intermediate ring 15 are made of a metal material, a wire made of a metal material having a circular cross section with a diameter of 7.0 mm to 13.0 mm is formed into a ring shape. Mold.

Further, the tensile strength of the metal material is preferably 125 kgf / mm 2 to 160 kgf / mm 2 .

By making the metal material have the same diameter and tensile strength as described above, the weight reduction and mechanical properties of the pail pack for welding wire can be achieved.

This is demonstrated by the examples shown in Table 1 below.

Figure 2005169499
Figure 2005169499

The formability in the above embodiment shows the ease when the lower ring 11, the upper ring 13 and the intermediate ring 15 are molded into a circular ring from a linear wire. This shows the ease of welding and connecting, and twisting is done by placing 300 kg of product in a container with an inner diameter of 505 mm and a height of 820 mm inside the pail pack 10 and stacking it vertically in three stages. The result of observing the state of the pail pack 10 being positioned is measured.

From Table 1, it was found that all of Examples 1 to 8 had good moldability and weldability, and no twist occurred.

However, in the case of Comparative Examples 1 and 2, although the moldability and weldability are good, the wire diameter is too thin and the tensile strength is weak, and twisting occurs without being able to support the load of the loaded pail pack. Therefore, it is not suitable for use as a pail pack for welding wires.

In the case of Comparative Example 3, the wire diameter and the tensile strength are increased as compared with Comparative Examples 1 and 2, but there is still a problem that twisting occurs.

On the other hand, Comparative Example 4 and Comparative Example 6 have good weldability and no twisting, but the wire diameter is large and it is somewhat difficult to mold the material.

In Comparative Examples 5 and 7, although twisting did not occur, the wire diameter was large and it was difficult to mold, and welding was difficult.

As shown in Table 1, in manufacturing the recyclable welding wire pail pack of the present invention, by limiting the range of wire diameter and tensile strength, the strength required for the pail pack is maintained while maintaining the strength required for the pail pack. It is possible to reduce the amount of material used for manufacturing a pail pack.

In order to obtain the above-described high tensile strength metal material, the alloy steel is obtained by heat treatment. The metal material constituting the pail pack 10 of the present invention is carbon 0.18 to 0.32 wt%, silicon 0.18 to 0.33 wt%, manganese 0.70 to 1.0 wt%, phosphorus 0.02 wt% or less, sulfur The tensile strength is adjusted by quenching and tempering alloy steel containing 0.02 wt% or less and boron 0.03 wt% or less.

On the other hand, when the welding wire is accommodated in the recyclable welding wire pail pack of the present invention, the paper tube 21 can be used so as to prevent external moisture from coming into contact with the welding wire. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the welding wire 31 is accommodated by accommodating the welding wire 31 inside with the paper tube 21 hung on the inner side surface and the inner lower surface of the pail pack 10. It is possible to prevent external moisture and the welding wire 31 from coming into direct contact during transportation and storage.

At this time, a paper lid 22 is placed on the top of the paper tube 21 so that it can be completely blocked from the outside air.

At this time, the inside of the paper tube 21 and the paper cover 22 may be coated with a synthetic resin such as a vinyl coating 23 or a thin coating (lamella coating) to improve moisture resistance.

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3, after inserting the paper tube 21 into the pail pack 10, the welding wire 31 is accommodated in the paper tube 21. A pressing plate 32 is inserted into the upper portion of the accommodated welding wire 31 so that the welding wire 31 is not detached, and is covered with the paper lid 22 and the lid 16.
