Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump for a container for easily recognizing from outside that the liquid content stored in a double container remains less.
SOLUTION: A recognition piece is provided at a position so that the recognition piece appears when a nozzle head returns upwardly in a normal condition and is covered when the nozzle head insufficiently returns. In other words, when the residual amount of the liquid content is small, the force for contraction and deformation of an inner layer during the suction is increased, and the returning speed of the nozzle head in a vicinity of an upper end of a movable range is considerably reduced. Thus, it takes more for the nozzle head to return to the upper end than in the normal condition, and a portion to be covered by the nozzle head appears during that time. Thus, a recognition part provided on such a position can reliably judge that the residual amount is small.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI

Description

The present invention relates to a container pump that is attached to an upper opening of a double container, and can be recognized from the appearance that the content liquid in the double container is reduced.

Inside the outer container, the bag-like inner layer is detachable, so that the contents of body soap and shampoo are contained in the inner layer of a so-called delamination bottle, and a manual pump is attached to the upper mouth. A container with a pump is known in which a liquid is operated by operating a pump.

Double containers such as Delami bottles contain the content liquid in the inner layer, so even if the content liquid is discharged by the container pump, only the inner layer shrinks and the content liquid does not come into contact with air, and the outer container The appearance of this is an easy-to-use container with almost no change.

However, in such a pump-type discharge container, if the entire container is opaque, it is difficult to determine the remaining amount of the content liquid from the appearance, so that it is possible to determine when the content liquid is used up, It is desired that the remaining amount of the content liquid can be recognized visually from the outside of the container.

The present invention is a container pump that attaches to the upper mouth of a double container and discharges the contents liquid by operating the nozzle head in the vertical direction. An object of the present invention is to provide a container pump that can be easily recognized from the appearance.

In solving the above-mentioned problems, the present inventors, in a double container in which only the inner layer contracts with respect to the outer container having a regularity when the content liquid contained in the inner layer is discharged by the container pump, It has been noted that when the remaining amount of liquid decreases, the restoration speed of the nozzle head of the container pump may become slow.

That is, when the remaining amount of the liquid content decreases and the inner layer comes close to the periphery of the suction pipe of the container pump, the force for contracting and deforming the inner layer during suction increases, and the higher the nozzle head, the more the spring is restored. Since the force is weakened, the speed at which the nozzle head returns near the upper end of the movable range is extremely reduced. For this reason, it takes more time than usual for the nozzle head to return to the original upper end, and the nozzle head may not completely return to the original upper end even after a while after the end of ejection.

Therefore, by providing a recognition unit at a location covered by the nozzle head, if it is confirmed that the recognition unit is covered by the nozzle head, it can be determined that the remaining internal capacity has decreased.

Specifically, the recognition unit is erected from the top wall of the screw cap so as to hold the vertical movement of the nozzle head, and connected to the upper part of the guide tube inserted inside the nozzle head and the lower end of the nozzle head, It is provided on a shaft that appears in the nozzle head operating area. And even if it prints on the outer surfaces, such as the upper part of this guide cylinder, and a shaft body, a recognition part may be formed, or you may form using the resin piece from which the color differs from the operating range of a nozzle head.

In this manner, the recognition unit is provided at a position where the nozzle head returns to the original upper end position in a normal state and thus appears on the outer surface, and cannot be recognized from the appearance when the return of the nozzle head becomes insufficient.

Further, the recognizing unit may be any member that can recognize that the return state of the nozzle head has changed by changing the color or shape in the scale or the operation direction, instead of being covered. Further, when there is a surface facing the nozzle head, a window may be provided on one side, and a change in the color, shape, and the like seen from the window may be changed to recognize a change in the return of the nozzle head.

Moreover, you may attach the elastic piece which elastically deforms around the suction tube inserted in an inner layer. When the elastic piece is provided in this way, the remaining content liquid is held between the elastic piece and the suction tube. In addition, when the inner layer comes into contact with the elastic piece, the content liquid is held between the inner layer and the suction pipe, and a large suction force is required to deform the elastic piece and suck the content liquid. Load is applied. For this reason, when the remaining amount of the content liquid decreases, the suction force suddenly increases, the return of the nozzle head becomes insufficient, and the recognition piece is covered.

In the container pump according to the present invention, when the content liquid stored in the double container becomes small, a change in the appearance of the recognition unit is observed due to a decrease in the return operation of the nozzle head. Therefore, the user can easily determine from the recognition unit that the content liquid in the double container is low, and can prepare a new one in advance before the content liquid completely disappears. .

When the nozzle head is pressed, the recognition part is formed in the guide cylinder housed inside the nozzle head, so that it is possible to reliably recognize from the recognition part that the content liquid remains little.

Since the operation of the shaft body changes due to the decrease in the remaining amount of the content liquid, it can be determined that the remaining amount of the content liquid is small by checking the recognition unit provided on the shaft body.

If the recognition unit appears in the window, the location to be confirmed is specified, and the recognition unit can be recognized more reliably.

By providing the elastic piece on the outer peripheral wall of the suction pipe inserted into the inner layer, the remaining several times of the content liquid is held between the elastic piece and the suction pipe. In addition, when the inner layer contracts, a predetermined amount of content liquid is held between the suction pipe, and when the content liquid is subsequently sucked, the elastic force is deformed to discontinuously increase the return of the nozzle head. The recognition unit can reliably recognize that the remaining amount is low.

FIG. 7 shows a container 1 with a pump provided with an embodiment of a container pump 2 (hereinafter referred to as pump 2) according to the present invention. The pump-equipped container 1 includes a pump 2 and a double container 4, and the pump 2 is detachably screwed and fixed to the mouth of the double container 4 by a screw cap 15.

The double container 4 is a resin container having a double structure called a so-called Delami bottle, and an inner layer 20 is detachably laminated on the outer container 22 inside the outer container 22 having a regular shape. The inner layer 20 is formed in a deformable bag shape, and contains a liquid such as shampoo and rinse, or a content liquid having viscosity such as a body soap.

As shown in FIG. 4, the pump 2 includes a nozzle head 12 having a discharge port 10, a screw cap 15, a pump body 14 inserted into the double container 4, and a suction pipe connected to a lower portion of the pump body 14. 16 or the like.

As shown in FIG. 6, the suction tube 16 is provided with an elastic piece 17 around the outer surface of the suction tube 16 with a space therebetween. The elastic piece 17 has moderate elasticity and can be deformed, and a predetermined amount of content liquid is held between the elastic piece 17 and the suction pipe 16.

The nozzle head 12 includes a discharge port 10 facing forward, and is connected to the pump body 14 via a shaft body 5 connected downward. The shaft body 5 is connected to the central portion of the pump body 14 and is urged upward by a spring (not shown).

When the shaft body 5 is pushed down by the pressure of the nozzle head 12, the pump body 14 sends the content liquid in the double container 4 to the discharge port 10, and when the pressure of the nozzle head 12 is released, the nozzle head 12 is released by a spring. Return to the top.

Further, the outer wall 13 of the nozzle head 12 is provided on the outer side of a guide tube 19 provided on the top wall 18 of the screw cap 15 so as to be able to reciprocate. The outer wall 13 and the guide tube 19 allow water to enter the container. Intrusion and tilting of the nozzle head 12 are prevented. Furthermore, the recognition part 3 is provided in the upper end of the guide cylinder 19 as shown in FIG. 5, FIG.

The recognition unit 3 is formed on the outer periphery of the guide cylinder 19 in a different color from the nozzle head 12 and the guide cylinder 19, and when the nozzle head 12 is returned to the upper end of the movable range by a spring, the lower part of the nozzle head 12, that is, the lower end of the outer wall 13. When the nozzle head 12 does not return to the upper end of the movable range, it is covered with the lower end of the outer wall 13.

Next, the effect | action of the container 1 with a pump provided with the pump 2 is demonstrated.

When the nozzle head 12 is pushed down as shown in FIG. 3, the content liquid stored in the inner layer 20 of the double container 4 is discharged from the discharge port 10 by the action of the pump body 14. At that time, the volume of the inner layer 20 is reduced. When the hand that has pushed down the nozzle head 12 is released, the nozzle head 12 is restored by a spring as shown in FIG. When the nozzle head 12 reaches the upper end of the movable range as described above, the recognition unit 3 is exposed at the lower end of the nozzle head 12.

When the content liquid is discharged and the remaining amount of the content liquid in the inner layer 20 becomes small, the force consumed for the contraction operation of the inner layer 20 increases. When the force exceeds a predetermined value, the return of the nozzle head 12 becomes weak, and the restoring force of the spring decreases as the nozzle head 12 moves upward. Even if they are separated, the speed at which the nozzle head 12 reaches the upper end of the movable range becomes slow.

Then, as shown in FIG. 2, the recognition unit 3 is covered with the lower end of the nozzle head 12 and cannot be confirmed from the appearance. Thus, the user can determine that the content liquid in the container 1 is low.

As described above, according to the pump 2 of the present invention, even if the outer shape of the outer container 22 is a double container that is not affected by the remaining amount of the content liquid, it is recognized that the remaining content liquid has become small. It can be recognized by the unit 3, and a new one can be prepared before the content liquid is not discharged, so that the inconvenience that the content liquid cannot be used up and used during use can be solved.

Further, when the elastic piece 17 is provided around the suction pipe 16, the remaining amount of the discharge amount is held between the elastic piece 17 and the suction pipe 16 and there is no resistance to the contraction of the inner layer 20. In both cases, when the content liquid decreases and the inner layer 20 comes into contact with the elastic piece 17, the inner layer 20 is not easily reduced by the elastic piece 17, and the force required for suction increases rapidly.

As a result, since the remaining several times of the content liquid is held and the speed at which the nozzle head 12 reaches the upper end of the movable range becomes slow, the decrease in the content liquid can be recognized in advance before it is completely used up.

FIG. 8 shows another example.

This is a pump 2 that does not have a guide cylinder or the like outside the nozzle head 12 and is provided in a state in which the shaft body 5 is directly exposed. The exposed shaft body 5 serves as a recognition unit. A scale 7 is formed.

When the scale 7 is directly formed on the outer surface of the shaft body 5 assembled to the pump main body 14 in this manner, the scale 7 shows the rising position of the shaft body 5 as in the recognition unit 3 described above. Since different positions are shown in the state where the liquid is sufficiently stored and the state where the remaining amount of the content liquid is reduced, it is possible to recognize that the remaining amount of the content liquid is small by discriminating it.

Note that instead of the scale 7 as described above, the recognition unit 3 may indicate the upper end position of the movable range.

Further, as shown in FIG. 9, a window 9 is provided on the outer wall 13, a color is applied to the wall surface of the guide cylinder 19 facing the window 9, and the color seen through the window 9 is changed according to the degree of the rise of the nozzle head 12, A decrease in the remaining amount may be represented.
