Description

The present invention relates to sanitary sanitary products such as disposable diapers and napkins having antibacterial and deodorizing properties.

Sanitary and sanitary products, such as disposable diapers used by infants and the elderly and napkins used by women, absorb discharged body fluids. In recent years, with the aging society, the number of elderly caregivers is increasing, and the demand for sanitary and sanitary products is increasing. In addition, due to various causes such as atopic dermatitis, the number of children with weak skin, infants, women and the elderly is rapidly increasing.

The hygiene sanitary products currently used may continue to be worn on the wearer's body for several hours after absorbing the excreted waste. However, if urea, protein, etc. in the excrement are retained, it tends to be a breeding bed for bacteria that are resident in the crotch, etc., and if these bacteria propagate on the excrement, they can cause skin irritation, itchiness, and foul odors. Problems arise.

As an improvement measure, there is a proposal of a material in which a weakly acidic silver-containing glass powder mainly composed of phosphoric acid is dispersed on the surface or outer surface of a water absorbing material. (See Patent Document 1)
However, this method uses glass powder as a base material and utilizes the antibacterial effect of silver ions. However, because of the glass base material, there are problems with safety to the body and a disposal method after use. In addition, although it has a high antibacterial effect, it is a proposal that is concerned in terms of economy because it uses a noble metal silver.

In addition, many proposals so far have suppressed both deodorization and sterilization with one functional material, or sterilized urea-degrading bacteria by antibacterial action, resulting in the suppression of ammonia generation, bad odor and skin It is to reduce rashes and itchiness. (See Patent Document 2)

Other emulsifiers, dispersants, antioxidants, fragrances and the like are not particularly limited, but those that do not cause problems with the human body are desirable.

In the present invention, the surface material directly in contact with the body is made of cloth and / or non-woven fabric containing a detergent, and contains a substance having a deodorizing effect in the water-absorbing material, thereby separating the antibacterial function and the deodorizing function as a sanitary sanitary product. The feeling of use is that it has improved comfort not found in conventional products.

Detergent solution of the present invention is applied directly to the body contact surface material in the range of 1-200 g / m 2. If it is less than 1 g / m 2 , the detergent layer is thin, antibacterial properties are not sufficiently exhibited, and inconveniences such as skin irritation and itching may occur. On the other hand, when it exceeds 200 g / m 2 , sufficient antibacterial properties are exhibited, but sanitary and sanitary products are disadvantageous in terms of economy in view of disposal after use. 10 to 150 g / m 2 is particularly desirable.

The substance having a deodorizing effect referred to in the present invention is used not only to absorb the odor immediately after urination but also to absorb or eliminate the odor generated from the decomposition of urea after a lapse of time. Inorganic porous materials typical of absorption, such as activated carbon, silica, alumina, magnesia, mullite, montmorillonite, bentonite, kaolin, zeolite, smectite, halloysite, kaolinite, mica, talc, barium sulfate, diatomaceous earth In addition to ceramics such as acid clay, titanium oxides based on photocatalytic action, acids / alkalis based on neutralization, and metal oxides such as iron oxide based on oxidation / reduction reactions, and the like. In particular, divalent iron oxide and / or activated carbon is preferably selected.

A method of adding or kneading the above-mentioned material to a water-absorbing material, a surface material or a waterproof material, a method of adding or kneading to a polymer water-absorbing material of a water-absorbing material and / or cotton-like pulp, a method of weaving into a cloth and / or a nonwoven fabric of a surface material There is a method of kneading into a waterproof polyethylene film. Of these, the method of making it exist in the absorbent material is most effective. The addition amount is preferably 3 to 40% by weight based on the water-absorbing material. If the substance having a deodorizing effect is less than 3% by weight, the deodorizing ability may be lowered and a sufficient deodorizing effect may not be obtained.

On the other hand, the addition of more than 40% by weight exhibits a sufficient deodorizing effect with the deodorizing ability, but when it is present in the water absorbing material, the water absorbing ability is lowered and the excrement easily leaks out of the sanitary sanitary products. 5 to 20% by weight is particularly desirable.

<Manufacture of Kumazasa Extract>
The dried leaves of Kumazasa collected in September in the Teshio Mountains of Hokkaido are placed in a pressurized hot water tank, treated at 125 ° C for 10 minutes, cooled with cooling water to 80 ° C, and the extract and water-containing solids are screw pressed. The water content was about 50% by weight. Next, about 50% by weight of water-containing solid content was put in an autoclave and subjected to pressurized hot water treatment with saturated steam at 180 ° C. for 10 minutes. The treated water-containing solid content was again placed in a pressurized hot water extraction tank and treated at 110 ° C. for 5 minutes to extract the extract. The first and second extracts were combined, filtered through diatomaceous earth, concentrated under reduced pressure to a solid content of 50% by weight, and subjected to a fluid sterilization treatment at 110 to 130 ° C. to obtain a kumazasa extract.
