Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly of a partition panel and its construction method, superior in installation performance and soundproof performance. <P>SOLUTION: This assembly 10 of the partition panel is composed of a pair of opposed obverse-reverse panels 11, and an interval holding member 21 for holding both these panels 11 in a separated state, and partitions a skeleton S by connecting end parts of the panels 11 by butting the mutual end parts. In both these panels 11, only its upper part and a lower part are connected via the interval holding member 21, and the other parts are separated. Thus, noise is not directly transmitted to the other side panel 11 from one side panel 11, and is transmitted via the interval holding member 21, and this interval holding member 21 is connected to the skeleton S. Thus, since the skeleton S absorbs a part of the noise, soundprooof performance is improved. Since both the obverse-reverse panels 11 can be collectively installed in the skeleton S, workability is improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI

Description

The present invention relates to a partition panel body and a construction method thereof.

Conventionally, as a structure of a partition wall that partitions an internal space in a building, a large number of grid-like frames are formed between the ceiling surface and the bottom surface of the building, and the partition is formed on the front side or the back side. The walls were individually assembled (Patent Document 1).
JP-A-6-257240 (FIG. 1)

According to the above structure, the front and back partition walls need to be individually attached to the frame. In addition, there is no structure for supporting the partition wall when the partition wall is fixed to the frame body. For example, it is necessary to perform assembly while holding the partition wall so that the partition wall is not displaced by hand.
In addition, in the above structure, since the front and back partition walls are connected via a frame (in particular, a beam erected vertically), sound is transmitted by this frame. Therefore, high soundproofing properties cannot be obtained, and there is room for improvement in this respect.
This invention is completed based on the above situations, Comprising: It aims at providing the assembly of the partition panel which is excellent in assembling property and soundproofing, and its construction method.

As means for achieving the above object, the invention of claim 1 is directed to a pair of standby runners provided opposite to a part of a ceiling surface and a floor surface of a housing, and a horizontal direction along a side surface of the standby runner. It consists of a pair of front and back panels facing each other and an interval holding member that keeps the panels separated from each other, and is joined together by abutting the ends of the panels together. An assembly of partition panels that divides the front and rear sides of the assembly in the assembling direction at the upper and lower portions of the assembly, and a standby runner accommodating portion capable of accommodating the standby runner is provided between the panels. A rear side of the assembly direction in the upper part and the lower part of the assembly, and the assembly is interposed between both panels. After being fitted to the support runner, a retrofit runner housing portion is provided that can be retrofit to the housing and can accommodate a retrofit runner that allows seaming between adjacent panels. It is characterized in that it is arranged between these two runner accommodating portions and can be connected to the ceiling surface of the casing or the floor surface.

The invention of claim 2 is characterized in that, in the structure of claim 1, the sound absorbing material is filled between the two panels.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the one according to the first or second aspect, a reinforcing material is provided on the back surfaces of the panels along the vertical direction of the panels, and these reinforcing materials maintain the spacing. It is characterized in that it is configured to be held in a state separated by members.

The invention of claim 4 is provided with a pair of front and back panels facing each other, and at both upper and lower ends thereof, a pair of front and rear accommodating portions are provided between the panels, and a central portion is provided at the center portion. The assembly of the partition panel to which the interval holding member for holding the both panels in a separated state is mounted is received with respect to a pair of standby runners provided facing a part of the ceiling surface and floor surface of the housing. The horizontal run along the side surface of the runner is fitted so that the standby runner is accommodated in the accommodating portion on the front side in the assembling direction, and the spacing member is attached to the housing following the assembling operation. After that, the rear runner is further protruded toward the rear of the panel. And the attached runner is attached to the housing, and, following this attachment operation, the next runner is joined to the protruding portion of the retrofit runner that is the standby runner. It is characterized in that the three-dimensional assembly direction front side fitting portion is fitted and the assembly is joined by repeating these operations.

<Invention of Claims 1 and 4>
According to the first and fourth aspects of the present invention, both the front and back panels can be assembled to the housing in a lump, so that the workability is better than when each of these panels is individually attached. In addition, once the assembly is fitted to the standby runner, the assembly is temporarily held by the standby runner, so that subsequent assembly operations such as the assembly operation of the assembly and the runner can be easily performed. Can be done.
In addition, only the upper part and the lower part of both panels are connected via a spacing member, and the other parts are separated. Therefore, the noise is not transmitted directly from the one side panel to the other side panel, but is transmitted via the spacing member, and this spacing member is connected to the housing. Therefore, since the casing absorbs part of the noise, the soundproofing performance is excellent as compared with the structure in which the noise is directly transmitted from panel to panel.
Moreover, since the spacing member has a function of holding both panels apart and a mechanism for connecting the panels to the housing side, the configuration of the entire panel becomes simple.

<Invention of Claim 2>
According to the invention of claim 2, it is further excellent in soundproofing.
<Invention of Claim 3>
In the situation where the thickness of the panel is not sufficient, such as when there is a restriction on the thickness of the assembly, the panel must be made thin, and there are concerns about whether sufficient rigidity can be secured. According to invention of Claim 3, since a panel can be reinforced with a reinforcing material, sufficient rigidity can be ensured. Further, since the reinforcing members provided on both panels are separated by the spacing member, the soundproofing performance is not deteriorated.

<Embodiment 1>
A first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. Reference numeral 10 shown in FIG. 1 denotes an assembly of partition panels, which includes a pair of flat panels 11 and a spacing member 21 for holding both panels 11 apart. As will be described later in detail, the assembly 10 partitions the housing S by being joined together while abutting the ends of the panel 11 together.
Each assembly 10 is fixed to the housing S via the runners 31 and 35 and the spacing member 21.

Both the standby runner 31 and the retrofit runner 35 are made of a metal material (in this embodiment, a plate having a thickness of 0.8 mm is used), and have a U-shaped cross section as shown in FIG. The runners 31 and 35 have different overall lengths, and the overall length of the standby runner 31 is approximately half the overall length of the retrofit runner 31.

Among these, the standby runner 31 is screwed to the ends of the ceiling surface 41 and the floor surface 45 of the housing S by the tapping screw T prior to the assembly 10 being attached. The runners 31 are set to face each other.
In this embodiment, the rear end runner 38 is attached to the housing S when the final assembly 10B is attached. The rear end runner 38 is the same as the standby runner 31. (See FIG. 10).

Next, the panel 11 constituting the assembly 10 will be described. In the present embodiment, both panels 11 have a width dimension of approximately 600 mm and a height dimension of approximately 2500 mm. The material is gypsum board mainly composed of gypsum, and the surface is decorated with cosmetics. Further, three metal reinforcing members 15 are arranged in parallel along the vertical direction on both the left and right edge portions and the central portion of the back surfaces of both panels 11. The reinforcing material 15 is arranged over the entire height excluding the upper part and the lower part of the back surface of the panel 11.

The spacing member 21 is made of metal and has a U-shaped cross section (the same cross-sectional shape as the runners 31 and 35). As shown in FIG. 6, the spacing member 21 is constructed such that the upper portions and the lower portions of both panels 11 are installed, and the panels 11 and the reinforcing material 15 are supported in a separated state. The thickness of the spacing member is also 0.8 mm, and can be screwed to the ceiling surface 41 or the floor surface 45 with a tapping screw T. In the following description, the side surface of the spacing member 21 that faces the housing S is referred to as the substrate 22.

Moreover, as shown in the figure, although it is left and right both sides of the space | interval holding member 21, and between the both panels 11 is vacant space, it is set as accommodating part 23A, 23B here, and the waiting runner 31 As well as the front half of the retrofit runner 35 (the left half in FIG. 8). As shown in FIG. 7, when the standby runner 31 is accommodated in the accommodating portion 23 </ b> A, the assembly 10 is temporarily held by the standby runner 31, that is, prevented from falling. The housing portion 23A is a standby runner housing portion of the present invention, and the housing portion 23B is a retrofit runner housing portion of the present invention.

By the way, only the upper part and the lower part of the assembly 10 are connected by the spacing member 21, and as shown in FIG. The hollow layer 39 is formed. Accordingly, noise is not transmitted directly from the panel 11 on one side to the panel 11 on the other side, but is transmitted via the spacing member 21. The spacing member 21 can be connected to the housing S. It is said that. Therefore, since the housing S absorbs a part of the noise, the soundproofing performance is excellent as compared with the structure in which the noise is directly transmitted from the panel 11 to the panel 11.

Next, the construction method of the assembly 10 will be described.
To construct the assembly 10, a standby runner 31 is attached in advance to the end portions of the ceiling surface 41 and the floor surface 45 as shown in FIG. 1. And while aligning the assembly 10 with respect to the standby runner 31, the assembly 10 is pushed into the standby runner 31 along the side surface from the state (the horizontal direction along the side surface of the standby runner of the present invention). Equivalent to the assembly operation). Then, the standby runner 31 is inserted into the housing portion 23A on the front side in the assembly direction, and as shown in FIG. 7, when the assembly 10 is pushed to a position where it strikes the side surface of the housing S, the entire standby runner 31 is accommodated in the housing portion. 23A. As a result, the assembly 10 is temporarily held by the standby runner 31.

When the standby runner 31 is accommodated in the accommodating portion 23A, the assembly 10 in the temporary holding state is fixed to the housing S this time. That is, both panels 11 are screwed to the standby runner 31 with the tapping screw T, and the base 22 of the spacing member 21 is screwed to the ceiling surface 41 and the floor surface 45 with the tapping screw T. In the present embodiment, the spacing member 21 is screwed to the housing S only at the rear end side in the assembly direction.

After that, as shown in FIG. 8, the rear runner 35 is accommodated in the housing portion 23 </ b> B on the rear side in the assembling direction so that the front half is accommodated and the rear half protrudes rearward of the panel 11. In this state, the ceiling surface 41 or the floor surface 45 is screwed with a tapping screw T. Thereafter, both panels 11 are screwed to the retrofit runner 35 with a tapping screw T. This completes the mounting operation of the first assembly 10.

Moreover, the protrusion part 36 which protruded from the rear end of the panel 11 among the retrofitting runners 35 corresponds to the previous standby runner 31. Therefore, in order to assemble the second assembly 10A, the assembly 10A is aligned with the protruding portion 36 of the retrofit runner 35, and then the attachment work is sequentially performed according to the procedure described above. The eye assembly 10 can be assembled. Thereafter, by repeatedly performing this assembling operation, the respective assemblies 10 are joined together with the end portions of the panels 11 being in contact with each other.

Then, when the final stage is reached, the spacing member 21 and the rear end runner (same as the standby runner 31) 38 are tapped with a tapping screw T to the ceiling surface 41 and the floor surface 45 in a single state. Subsequently, the single panel 11 is screwed with the tapping screw T toward the runners 35, 38 and the spacing member 21. If this operation is performed on both the front and back surfaces, the construction of the entire assembly 10 is completed, whereby the indoor space is partitioned by the assembly 10.

Thus, since both the front and back panels 11 can be assembled | attached collectively with respect to the ceiling surface 41 and the floor surface 45, workability | operativity is good compared with the case where these each panel 11 is attached separately. In addition, when the assembly 10 is fitted to the standby runner 31, the assembly 10 is temporarily held by the standby runner 31, so that the assembly 10 and the runners 31, 35 that are subsequently screwed, etc. Can be easily performed.

Moreover, since the space | interval holding member 21 is the structure which has the function to hold | maintain both the panels 11 apart, and the mechanism which connects the panel 11 to the housing S side, the structure of the assembly 10 becomes simple.

<Embodiment 2>
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
In the first embodiment, the assembly 10 is directly fitted between the ceiling surface 41 and the floor surface 45. However, in the second embodiment, the ceiling surface 41 is provided with a steel beam 51 whose cross section is H-shaped and whose side surface is covered by the upper panel 55, and the assembly 60 has a lower surface and a floor surface of the beam 51. 45 and can be fitted together. In the present embodiment, both runners 71 and 75 are attached to the lower surface of the beam 51 and the floor surface 45, respectively. In the following description, the panel 61 of the assembly 60 is a lower panel.

The upper panel 55 covering the side surface of the beam 51 will be described. The upper panel 55 is formed to have the same width as that of the assembly 60. The upper side of the upper panel 55 is screwed to a fixture 68 attached to the ceiling surface 41 by a tapping screw T.

Next, the attachment structure on the lower side of the upper panel 55 will be specifically described.
A recess 55A is formed in the lower part of the upper panel 55, and a stretched edge 62 is provided on the upper part of the lower panel 61 so as to face the recess 55A. When abutting, the overhang edge 62 is exactly accommodated in the recess 55A. The standby runner 71 and the retrofit runner 75 are arranged so as to straddle the front and rear (the left-right direction in FIG. 12) the joint portion between the panels 61 and 71, that is, the boundary portion where the unevenness is fitted. Therefore, both the panels 55 and 62 can be screwed to the runners 71 and 75 by the tapping screw T, respectively.

The assembly 60 is provided with a hollow layer 64 as in the first embodiment.
