Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a disposable processing case in which a contact lens is accommodated and subjected to any treatment such as storage, disinfection, sterilization, etc., particularly when such treatment is performed. The present invention relates to a disposable processing case for a contact lens that is also provided with a processing solution to be used.
In general, contact lenses include a disposable type (disposal type) that is used for a relatively short period of time such as one week or two weeks, and a normal type that is used for a relatively long period of time such as one year or two years. However, any contact lens except a one-time-use disposable type will be used for a predetermined period. When contact lenses are used over a plurality of days, most of the contact lenses are worn every day when waking up and removed at bedtime.
By the way, since contact lenses are worn on the corneal surface of the human body, it is necessary to prevent scratches and bacterial contamination even in a removed storage state. In addition, hydrous contact lenses swell so that they can be worn quickly. It is necessary to keep in a state. Therefore, after removing the contact lens, a special storage processing case is filled with a specific storage processing solution, and the contact lens is immersed therein for storage processing.
Furthermore, since the contact lens is used in contact with both the body fluid of the human body and the outside air, contaminants such as proteins, lipids, and bacteria are likely to adhere during use. Therefore, in many contact lenses, a specific chemical treatment case is filled with a specific treatment solution for protein removal or sterilization at an appropriate frequency, such as every day or every few days, and the contact lens is immersed therein. Treatments such as kimono removal and sterilization are performed.
Therefore, as described above, as a storage processing case for storing contact lenses and a chemical processing case for removing or disinfecting deposits, a processing case made of a hard resin having an openable / closable lid is provided. Accordingly, an appropriate processing solution such as a preserving solution, a protein removing solution, or a disinfecting solution is injected and used. At that time, the processing case is repeatedly used by exchanging only the processing liquid to be injected.
However, such conventional processing cases have the following problems (a) to (e).
(A) Continuing to use repeatedly, contamination of the processing case by bacteria or the like tends to be a problem.
(B) When going out on a trip or business trip, it was troublesome to carry a bottle of processing liquid separately from the processing case.
(C) Depending on the type of contact lens, multiple types of processing liquids such as preservatives, disinfectants, and neutralizing liquids may be required. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare multiple bottles containing them separately from the processing case. In particular, it was troublesome to handle during travel and business trips.
(D) Even when using disposable contact lenses that are discarded in a short period of one to two weeks, carry a bottle of processing solution in addition to the processing case for processing such as sterilization and disinfection every few days. Therefore, having to go on a trip, a business trip, etc. greatly hinders the advantages such as convenience and simplicity of using a disposable sip contact lens.
(E) Depending on the type of contact lens and processing solution, etc., multiple different processing solutions may be used in combination. However, an appropriate amount must be poured from each case into the processing case and mixed. Therefore, it is troublesome and difficult to set the mixing ratio accurately.
In order to cope with the above problem (a), Patent Document 1 (Japanese Patent Publication No. 8-509192) and Patent Document 2 (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2002-306227) disclose a disposable contact lens. A processing case has been proposed. However, the processing case described in
The present invention has been made in the background as described above, and the problem to be solved is that one or two or more treatment liquids can be easily and compactly carried so that contact lenses can be handled. Convenience is improved, and it is easy to introduce a desired processing liquid into the lens housing area or to introduce a plurality of processing liquids and mix them. It is an object of the present invention to provide a disposable processing case for a contact lens having a novel structure that is advantageously applied to the present invention.

In such a disposable processing case for contact lenses having a structure according to this embodiment, a processing liquid storage unit integrally formed in the case is used for processing liquids necessary for storage of contact lenses, protein removal, disinfection, and the like. A necessary amount can be accommodated in the region and carried as a processing case. Therefore, it is not necessary to carry a separate large potter containing a large amount of processing liquid with the processing case.
In addition, the processing liquid stored in the processing liquid storage area can be very easily achieved by a simple operation that only breaks the partition wall and does not require troublesome operations such as opening / closing and dispensing the lid of the processing case. And it can be done quickly. In particular, when the contact lens is immersed with the treatment liquid filled in the lens storage area, there is almost no opportunity for the treatment liquid to touch the fingers, so that bacterial contamination can be avoided as much as possible. Leakage and splattering can be advantageously prevented.
In addition, since the processing liquid storage area is integrally formed in the processing case, the used processing liquid storage area that has become only waste after using the processing liquid stored in the processing liquid storage area. The processing case having a will be promptly discarded from the user's psychology. Therefore, the troublesome re-sealing prevention mechanism as shown in Patent Document 2 is not specially adopted, and the repeated use of the treatment case is prevented, and the problem due to bacterial contamination is effectively solved. Can be envisioned.
In this aspect, the shape, size, and number of the lens storage area and the processing liquid storage area are not limited in any way, and the type and amount of the processing liquid stored in the processing liquid storage area are also planned. It is determined as appropriate according to the content of each and the shape and volume of each region. In addition, when the treatment liquid is introduced into the lens housing area by breaking the partition wall, the contact lens may be placed in the lens housing area before that, or the contact lens is later placed in the lens housing area to be used as the processing liquid. You may make it soak. Furthermore, when the contact lens is immersed in the treatment liquid, or when the contact lens is immersed in the treatment liquid, the opening of the lens accommodation area may be opened or covered with a lid member. . In addition, the partition wall may be broken by directly applying a pressing force or piercing force. Preferably, however, a location where the partition wall easily breaks is provided, and the wall portion of the treatment liquid storage area is pressed from the outside. By increasing the pressure of the processing liquid accommodated and acting on the partition wall, the partition wall is ruptured via the pressure of the processing liquid without exerting a destructive force directly on the partition wall. As a result, it is possible to introduce the treatment liquid from the treatment liquid storage area to the lens accommodation area by an operation from the outside of the container without touching the partition wall, so that bacterial contamination inside the case is more effective. It can be prevented.

(Aspect 2 of the present invention)
A feature of aspect 2 of the present invention is that, in the disposable processing case for a contact lens according to
In this embodiment, the processing liquid can be transferred from the processing liquid storage area to the lens storage area by pressing the wall of the processing liquid storage area from the outside of the container. It is possible to introduce the treatment liquid into the lens storage area with a simple operation while avoiding contamination.

(Aspect 3 of the present invention)
A feature of aspect 3 of the present invention is that, in the disposable processing case for a contact lens according to
In this aspect, the volume of the processing liquid storage area is reduced by deforming the peripheral wall of the processing liquid storage area formed of a flexible film so as to be crushed by an external force applied by a finger pressing operation from the outside. The processing liquid that is efficiently reduced and stored in the processing liquid storage area is efficiently introduced into the lens storage area.
(Aspect 4 of the present invention)
A feature of aspect 4 of the present invention is that, in the disposable treatment case for contact lenses according to any one of
In this embodiment, the processing liquid stored in the plurality of processing liquid storage areas can be pushed out and introduced more easily and quickly into the lens storage area. In particular, in this embodiment, a plurality of types of processing liquids to be mixed and used are filled in appropriate amounts in each independent processing liquid storage area, and these processing liquids are simultaneously pushed into the lens storage area and introduced. Thus, a plurality of processing liquids can be mixed and used at a high accuracy rate by a preset amount.
(Aspect 5 of the present invention)
A feature of the fifth aspect of the present invention is that in the disposable processing case for contact lenses according to any one of the first to fourth aspects of the present invention, the treatment liquid storage region is provided for one of the lens housing regions. A plurality of each of which is made to communicate with each other by breaking each of the partition walls.
In such an embodiment, for example, the types of processing liquids preliminarily filled in the plurality of processing liquid storage areas are different from each other, their amounts are different from each other, or the same type of processing liquid is used. A plurality of treatment liquid storage areas can be filled, and the application range of the treatment case can be ensured sufficiently wide according to the contact lens to be used, the content of the intended treatment, and the like.
(Aspect 6 of the present invention)
A feature of aspect 6 of the present invention is the disposable processing case for contact lenses according to aspect 5 of the present invention, wherein the processing liquid contained in at least two of the plurality of processing liquid storage areas Are different from each other.
In this embodiment, for example, the lens case can be used by filling each of the plurality of processing liquid storage areas with a storage liquid, a disinfecting liquid, a neutralizing liquid, a cleaning liquid, or the like. Accordingly, any processing solution can be selected and used, and the processing case can be used for a wider purpose. Specifically, for example, when disinfecting a removed contact lens, first, the disinfecting liquid is introduced into the lens storage area, the contact lens is disinfected for a predetermined time, and then the neutralizing liquid is mixed therein. Protect the contact lens by summing, then drain all of the sterilizing solution and neutralizing solution, then introduce the cleaning solution into the lens housing area to clean the contact lens, and finally drain the cleaning solution after draining the cleaning solution. It is also possible to use a single lens case to guide the lens into the lens storage area and store the contact lens by immersing it in a storage solution until the next morning.
(Aspect 7 of the present invention)
A feature of aspect 7 of the present invention is a disposable processing case for contact lenses according to aspect 5 or 6 of the present invention, in which at least two of the plurality of processing liquid storage regions are accommodated in the disposable processing case. The treatment liquid is identical to each other.
In this embodiment, for example, it is possible to carry together a storage solution that is exchanged and used every day on a plurality of days together with the lens case. That is, the storage solution is stored in each of the plurality of processing solution storage regions, and the storage solution is guided from the processing solution storage region in which the storage solutions are stored one by one to the lens storage region each time the day changes. It is possible to use a new stock solution every day by putting it in use, and after using the entire treatment solution storage area, it is possible to realize simple usability by disposing of the lens case. is there. For example, in the case of a contact lens that requires a protein removal process once a week, seven treatment liquid storage areas each containing a day's worth of storage liquid, and a single protein removal treatment liquid are provided. By providing a single treated liquid storage area in the lens case, the protein removal process can be performed without forgetting, and in this way, processing at a predetermined interval required for the contact lens can be performed. It also has the effect of preventing forgetting.

In this embodiment, the lens storage area can also be sealed as another processing liquid storage area, and the processing liquid to be used first is put in the lens storage area in advance. A plurality of types of processing liquids, a processing liquid for a plurality of times, and the like can be efficiently stored, and the lens case can be made compact.

As a result, it can be utilized more efficiently.

A feature of the tenth aspect of the present invention is that, in the disposable processing case for contact lenses according to any one of the first to seventh aspects of the present invention, in the provided aspect, the lens housing region contains the processing liquid. It is not a void, and a plurality of the processing liquid storage areas are provided, and depending on the purpose from those processing liquid storage areas, any one processing liquid is introduced into the lens storage area, The present invention is that an arbitrary plurality of treatment liquids can be introduced and mixed into the lens accommodating region in an appropriate combination.
In this embodiment, any processing can be performed at any time from a plurality of preset processing such as contact lens storage, washing, protein removal, and disinfection. Yes, by carrying only one processing case, it is possible to adopt and implement necessary processing as appropriate.
(Aspect 11 of the present invention)
A feature of aspect 11 of the present invention is a disposable processing case for a contact lens according to any one of
In this aspect, since the bottom wall portion of the case can be formed with a stable shape and high strength, the case can be stably placed on a table or the like. Further, even if the case is inadvertently pressed under the condition of being placed on a table or the like, the processing liquid stored in the processing liquid storage area is formed because the processing liquid storage area is formed off the bottom wall. Is not unexpectedly introduced into the lens receiving area.

A feature of
In this embodiment, the container main body having the lens storage area and the lid member having the processing liquid storage area are separately manufactured. Therefore, the container main body and the lid member satisfy the required characteristics. Thus, for example, it becomes possible to manufacture easily by adopting different materials and molding methods. Further, since the lid member is generally mounted so as to cover the upper opening portion of the container body, the wall of the treatment liquid storage region formed on the lid member in a state where the lid member is mounted on the container body. By pressing the part, it is possible to easily introduce the processing liquid into the lens storage area using gravity, and a special mechanism is adopted for problems such as backflow of the processing liquid to the processing liquid storage area. And can be easily used.
(Aspect 13 of the present invention)
A feature of aspect 13 of the present invention is a disposable processing case for a contact lens according to any one of
In such an aspect, the ventilation hole is provided in the wall portion that defines the lens accommodation region, so that the treatment liquid is present in the lens accommodation region when being introduced from the treatment liquid storage region into the lens accommodation region. A gas such as air is discharged to the outside through the vent hole. Therefore, the processing liquid can be easily introduced into the lens housing area even in a state where the lens housing area is substantially sealed with the lid member. Moreover, in this aspect, since the air holes are blocked by the non-hydrophilic permeable membrane, problems such as leakage of the processing liquid from the air holes can be prevented.
In the present invention, in addition to the structure according to this aspect, for example, even if no vent hole is formed, the treatment liquid storage region is allowed to be exhausted from the lens storage region by removing the lid or the like. The processing liquid can be introduced from the lens into the lens housing area. Further, even if a non-hydrophilic permeable membrane is not provided in the vent hole, the vent hole is sealed with a peelable seal, and the seal is peeled off only when necessary to remove air from the lens housing area. It is also possible to introduce the processing liquid from the processing liquid storage area to the lens storage area in a state where the exhaust to the inside is allowed.

A feature of the fourteenth aspect of the present invention is that, in the disposable processing case for a contact lens according to any one of the first to thirteenth aspects of the present invention, the lens housing region is for the right eye lens and the left eye lens. There are two.
In this embodiment, for many users who wear contact lenses in their left and right eyes, it is possible to carry out the necessary processing simultaneously on the left and right contact lenses by simply carrying a single processing case. Thus, the convenience can be further improved.
As is clear from the above description, in the disposable treatment case for contact lenses having a structure according to the present invention, the treatment liquid is attached to the treatment case, so that a large treatment liquid is separately provided. There is no need to carry the bottle, and the convenience of using the contact lens can be further improved.
In addition, such a processing case has a processing liquid storage area integrally provided and must be disposed of by using the processing liquid stored therein, so that the processing case is used as a disposable. Problems such as the propagation of germs due to all use can be advantageously avoided.
Hereinafter, in order to clarify the present invention more specifically, embodiments of the present invention will be described. First, the
More specifically, the
The
Furthermore, a
Specifically, for example, as shown in FIG. 3, locking

Particularly in the present embodiment, a
On the other hand, the
A
And the opening part of the storage film |
Furthermore, a pair of
In addition, a
In addition,
Incidentally, the above-described MPS is used as a treatment liquid that can collectively exhibit the cleaning effect, the rinsing effect, the storage effect, and the like for the
As described above, the
Further, the combination of the
Incidentally, in the present embodiment, the
In the
After the
Next, although the specific example which performs a specific process to the
First, a
When using such a
Thereafter, the
In this state, the
On the other hand, the
In the
In addition, in the
Further, in the
Furthermore, in the
Further, in the
In the
Next, FIG. 7 shows a disposable processing case 40 as a second embodiment of the present invention. In the following description of each embodiment including the present embodiment, the same reference numerals as those in the first embodiment are used for members and parts having the same structure as in the first embodiment. By attaching, detailed description thereof will be omitted.
In the disposable processing case 40 according to the present embodiment, three
The kind and combination of the processing liquid (38) accommodated in each of these processing liquid storage areas (32) are not limited at all as in the first embodiment. Specifically, for example, MPS is accommodated in one treatment liquid storage area (32a), a proteolytic enzyme solution is accommodated in another treatment liquid storage area (32b), and another treatment liquid storage area (32c). The rinse liquid may be accommodated. Further, a cleaning liquid such as a protein cleaning liquid is stored in one processing liquid storage area (32a), a sterilization liquid such as hydrogen peroxide is stored in another processing liquid storage area (32b), and another processing liquid storage area. You may make it accommodate a rinse in (32c). Alternatively, the protein cleaning liquid is stored in one processing liquid storage area (32a), the protein cleaning auxiliary agent is stored in another processing liquid storage area (32b), and the rinsing liquid is stored in another processing liquid storage area (32c). You may make it accommodate. Alternatively, the hydrogen peroxide solution is stored in one processing liquid storage area (32a), the EDTA is stored in another processing liquid storage area (32b), and the rinsing liquid is stored in another processing liquid storage area (32c). You may make it accommodate. Further, povidone is accommodated in one treatment liquid storage area (32a), a reducing agent is accommodated in another treatment liquid storage area (32b), and a rinse liquid is accommodated in another treatment liquid storage area (32c). Anyway. It is of course possible to store the same type of liquid, for example, a storage liquid, in each processing liquid storage area 32.
Therefore, in the disposable processing 40 case structured according to the present embodiment, three treatment liquid storage regions (32) are provided independently of each other. It becomes possible to cope with processing.
Next, FIGS. 8 to 9 show a
In the
Next, FIGS. 10 to 11 show a
Further, on the bottom side of the
Further, in the present embodiment, a
This
In the
Next, FIGS. 12 to 13 show a
In the
The
In order to suppress the irregular displacement of the
Then, by pressing the

In the
In the present embodiment, the
Next, FIGS. 14 to 15 show a
In addition, an
In such a
As mentioned above, although one embodiment of the present invention has been described in detail, these are merely examples, and the present invention is not limited in any way by the specific description in the embodiment, and to the knowledge of those skilled in the art. The present invention can be implemented in various modifications, corrections, improvements, and the like based on the above, and all such embodiments are included in the scope of the present invention without departing from the spirit of the present invention. It goes without saying that.
For example, in the above-described embodiment, the
Further, the number of the processing liquid storage areas 32 formed is not limited in any way. For example, as shown in FIGS. 16 and 17, the processing liquid storage areas 32 pre-filled with the
In addition, as shown in FIG. 18, the two processing
Furthermore, in the present invention, the present invention can be applied to a disposable processing case in which a plurality of
In addition, the disposable processing case according to the present invention has no distinction between myopia, hyperopia, presbyopia, etc., and there is no distinction between a disposal type and a normal type, and there is no distinction between soft contact lenses and hard contact lenses. Needless to say, any of the contact lens applications can be applied.
In addition, the disposable processing case according to the present invention can be provided as a simple lens care product without accommodating the
