The liquid crystal panel according to claim 1, wherein the reflective film or the light shielding film is gold, silver, aluminum, platinum, or a multilayer film.   The liquid crystal panel according to claim 1, wherein a color filter is disposed in the pixel portion, and the color filter is provided with an opening having a high transmittance. 2. The color filter is disposed on the second substrate.

The liquid crystal panel according to claim 10, wherein a highly transmissive color filter having a larger light transmittance than the color filter is disposed in the opening of the color filter .   The liquid crystal panel according to claim 10, wherein the color filter has a thin film thickness at the opening of the color filter.   The liquid crystal panel according to claim 10, wherein a plurality of openings of the color filter are arranged in the pixel portion.   The liquid crystal panel according to claim 10, wherein a light transmissive resin is disposed in the opening of the color filter.   The liquid crystal panel according to claim 10, wherein a member for scattering light is provided in the opening of the color filter.   The liquid crystal panel according to claim 18, wherein the light scattering member is a light-transmitting resin and has a convex portion. The liquid crystal panel according to claim 10, wherein light-transmissive insulating particles are arranged in the opening of the color filter.   The liquid crystal panel according to claim 10, wherein the opening of the color filter is a portion where the light-transmissive insulating particles are aggregated. The liquid crystal panel according to claim 10, wherein the member for scattering light is light transmissive insulating particles.   The liquid crystal panel according to claim 1, wherein an insulating film is disposed on the reflective film.   The liquid crystal panel according to claim 1, wherein a switching element is disposed in the pixel portion. The liquid crystal panel according to claim 1, wherein a semiconductor layer is disposed in the pixel portion, and the reflective film or the light shielding film is provided in order to prevent light from entering the semiconductor layer. The liquid crystal panel according to claim 1, wherein an ultraviolet shielding film is provided on the viewer side with respect to the second substrate.
