Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a weedproof sheet used for weeds that grow on interfacial gaps between pavement and concrete blocks, or cracks in pavement materials.
The construction method of covering the interfacial gap by sticking (adhering) with a sheet-like material has been around for a long time. And this sheet | seat has a thing with asphalt which has a nonwoven fabric layer in the whole surface (full width) as a main material, and a thing without a nonwoven fabric layer. The construction method in the former case is roughly divided into the following three. (B) This is called the torch method. After the primer is applied to the road surface, the adhesive surface of the sheet is melted and pasted with a gas burner. Paste the sheet on top. (C) This is called a self-adhesion method, and is bonded by pressure using the adhesive force of the sheet itself. As the above-mentioned herbicidal sheet, those having a thickness of about 3 mm are generally used.
In order to solve the above disadvantages, the following is a problem. (B) Improves the meshing ability to the substrate with large irregularities, and improves the adhesion and eliminates light penetration from the ear part due to “floating of the sheet adhesion part”, thereby eliminating the growth of germination. (B) Ensuring germination penetration resistance in the sheet itself.
Claim 1 equivalent. It is a herbicidal sheet mainly composed of asphalt that covers and covers the ground part such as interfacial gaps between paving materials and other objects, and the base nonwoven fabric layer covering the entire width and at least the central part in the width direction It is set as the weed prevention sheet | seat characterized by having a nonwoven fabric layer.
Claim 2 equivalent. It is a herbicidal sheet mainly composed of asphalt that covers and covers the ground surface part such as interfacial gaps between paving materials and other objects, and has a herbicidal nonwoven layer over its entire width. .
Claim 3 equivalent. A base nonwoven fabric layer is used for the first aspect, and a weedproof nonwoven fabric layer is used for the second aspect, with the weedproof sheet brought close to the surface side.
Describe the definition of words and materials. The “base non-woven fabric layer” is provided for the entire sheet (full width) and is arranged for “securing form stability and tensile strength” of the sheet. For this reason, “high-density basis weight” for the purpose of the herbicidal function is basically unnecessary, so that “low density” is used for all, and there is no high density. In addition, asphalt impregnation is low when the density is high, and there is a situation that is not preferable depending on the purpose of simply waterproofing. “Weight density” refers to the number of grams of fiber per volume of the nonwoven fabric, and “weight per unit area” refers to the number of grams of fiber per area. Depending on the purpose of use, even with the same basis weight, the thickness is compressed by a method such as pressing to increase the density.
“Weedproof non-woven fabric layer” is used to prevent chigaya, reeds, reeds, etc., which have a hard bud tip and strong penetration (1 kg or less per piece according to the previous literature). It is suitable to use those having a basis weight density of 0.4 gram / cubic centimeter or more. As an example of a product, there is an ACSTER mantle manufactured by Toray Industries, Inc., which is equivalent to or better than this product. Various thicknesses of 0.4 to 0.6 mm are provided. The above-mentioned “base nonwoven fabric layer” is completely different in purpose, quality and economy.
In general, the “sheet with asphalt as a main material” is a mixture of fine chips of synthetic resin (rubber) with asphalt as a main component. In addition, fine sand is generally provided on the surface from the benefit of use, and release paper or a film that is melted by torch heating is generally provided on the adhesive surface side. In the present specification, “adhesion”, “adhesion”, and “adhesion” may be used as synonyms.
About claim 1. By adding the “weedproof nonwoven fabric layer”, the weedproof sheet itself has a weedproof function even for weeds with strong penetrating power, and no separate measures for penetrating are required. For this reason, construction labor is reduced.
Regarding claim 2. (A) In this case, the “weedproof nonwoven fabric layer” has both the purpose and function of the “substrate nonwoven fabric layer”, and thus the configuration is simple. In addition, as described above, a separate measure against penetration is not necessary. (B) In addition, it is advantageous for surface construction on the spot where sprouting is scattered on a wide surface, not a linear interface gap.
About claim 3. When comparing the present invention with a conventional sheet having the same thickness (the nonwoven fabric layer is in the center of the thickness), the present invention reduces the amount of asphalt layer on the upper side of the nonwoven fabric as much as possible, thereby eliminating waste. The thickness of the asphalt layer on the bonding surface is increased. This means that (a) the meshing property with the unevenness of the base is increased and the adhesion effect is increased. (B) The absence of “floating” on the adhesive surface eliminates light intrusion from the ear, and suppresses the growth of germination and prevents protrusion from the ear. (C) In view of the adaptability of the underlying unevenness, the overall thickness can be reduced compared to the conventional sheet, so the cost is low. (D) Further, since the level difference between the road surface and the seat surface can be reduced, walking trouble is reduced. (E) It becomes easy to cope with a site with severe irregularities, which could not be expected with the conventional sheet. (F) Increasing the degree of adhesion eliminates the intrusion of rainwater, etc., and reduces hydration to the roots. In addition, separation due to freezing of invading water is reduced.
Hereinafter, a description will be given with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows an example of claim 3. FIG. A shows an overall image of the construction site, and B and C are the conventional type of the A type herbicidal sheet 1 and those of the present invention. These are cases where only the base
On the other hand, since the non-woven fabric layer is closer to the upper side in FIG. C of the invention, the asphalt layer effective for adhesion is large even with the same overall thickness, and therefore the adaptability to the unevenness of the foundation is remarkably high. If B and C have the same overall thickness and the nonwoven fabric layer has the same thickness, the effective thickness S of the

See E in FIG.
See F in FIG. In this method, the

(B) It can be used on many sites such as roads, sidewalks, parking lots, airport runways, waterways and the interface between top and bottom concrete, and poolside. (B) In addition, the conventional method is not suitable for construction on aged and uneven sidewalk surface because there are many poor adhesions and a reliable herbicidal effect is not expected. However, according to the present invention, since the allowable range of unevenness is expanded, the target range of the site to be constructed is expanded.
