Description

The present invention relates to a joint structure for finishing joints between adjacent exterior materials when an exterior material is attached to the outer surface of a wall base.

Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 7 (see, for example, Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2) as shown in FIG. 7 as a typical structure that fills the joint between adjacent exterior materials when an exterior material is applied to the outer surface of the wall base, FIG. There was something to show.

In the structure shown in FIG. 7, the joint member 1 ′ is composed of a base material 2 ′ and a joint material body 3 ′ attached to the base material 2 ′, and the base material 2 ′ is attached to the outer surface side of the wall base 4. An exterior material 5 is affixed to the outer surface of the wall base 4, a joint gap 7 is formed between the side end surfaces 6 'of the adjacent exterior materials 5, and the joint material body 3' is press-fitted into the joint gap 7 so that the joint material body 3 ' The leg portion 8 ′ is inserted and fixed in the receiving groove 9 ′ of the base material 2 ′, and both sides of the joint material body 3 ′ are in elastic contact with the side end face 6 ′ of the exterior material 5.

However, in the conventional example shown in FIG. 7, since the side end face 6 'of the exterior member 5 is a surface perpendicular to the front and back surfaces, a predetermined joint width corresponding to the joint member 1' interposed therebetween. It can be applied only to W (for example, 10 mm), and the initial joint width W at the time of execution cannot be changed. Immediately after the construction, as shown in FIG. 7A, construction is performed so that the joint width W between the side end faces 6 'perpendicular to the front and back surfaces of the exterior member 5 becomes a predetermined width (for example, 10 mm). However, when the exterior material 5 shrinks over time and the interval between the side end surfaces 6 'of the adjacent exterior materials 5 becomes wider as shown in FIG. 7B, there is a problem that a gap S (part B in FIG. 7) occurs. is there.

Further, even in the conventional example shown in FIG. 8, since the side end surface 6 'of the exterior material 5 is a surface perpendicular to the front surface and the back surface, a predetermined joint width W (in accordance with the joint member 1 "interposed therebetween) For example, the initial joint width W at the time of construction cannot be changed, and immediately after the construction, it is perpendicular to the front and back surfaces of the exterior material 5 as shown in FIG. The joint material W is constructed so that the joint width W between the side end surfaces 6 'becomes a predetermined width (for example, 10 mm). There is a problem that a gap S (C portion in FIG. 8) is generated when the distance between the side end surfaces 6 ′ is wide.In the conventional example shown in FIG. There is a problem that some parts are visible (D section in Fig. 8), and there is a variation in the finish immediately after construction. Waterproofing to 'side end surface 6 of the outer package to be exposed' side end surface 6 of the outer package 5 has a problem that it is necessary.

The present invention has been invented in view of the above-described conventional problems, and it is an object to provide a joint structure that can change joint joint width even with the same joint member and can prevent gaps from occurring even over time. It is what.

In order to solve the above-described problem, the joint structure according to the present invention is configured such that the exterior material 5 is attached to the outer surface of the wall base 4 and the joint clearance 7 is separated between the side edges of the adjacent exterior materials 5. And the joint member 1 is disposed in the joint gap 7 in the longitudinal direction of the joint gap 7 so that the joint gap 7 is widened from the front side to the back side. It is characterized in that both sides of the joint member 1 are elastically contacted with the inclined side end face 6 of the exterior material 5. Because the side end surface 6 of the exterior material 5 is an inclined surface and both sides of the joint member 7 are elastically contacted, both sides of the joint member 1 can be elastically contacted even if the joint width slightly changes, and the same joint member 1 is used. However, the joint width can be changed, and both sides of the joint member 1 can be elastically brought into contact with the side end face 6 even if the interval between the side end faces 6 of the adjacent exterior members 5 is increased over time. But you can avoid gaps.

The joint member 1 is composed of a base material 2 fixed to the wall base 4 and a joint material body 3 attached to the base material 2, and a leg portion 8 protruding from the joint material body 3 on the back side is provided with a receiving groove 9 of the base material 2. The joint material body 3 is attached to the base material 2, and when the joint material body 3 is pushed and the leg portion 8 is pushed into the receiving groove 9, an extension piece 10 is provided on the leg portion 8 to widen the joint material body 3 on both sides. It is also preferable to be characterized by this. Even if the interval between the side end faces 6 of the adjacent exterior materials 5 becomes larger due to aging, the joint material body 3 spreads on both sides by the expansion piece 10 by pushing the joint material body 3, and both sides of the joint material body 3 are exterior materials. 5 can be reliably elastically contacted to the side end face 6 and the gap due to aging can be prevented more reliably.

In addition, a plurality of locking projections 11 are provided on the leg portion 8 in the protruding direction of the leg portion 8, and an appropriate locking projection 11 among the plurality of locking projections 11 can be locked in the receiving groove 9. It is also preferable that the protrusion 12 is provided. When the joint 8 is inserted into the receiving groove 9 and the joint material body 3 is attached to the base material 2, even if the depth of insertion of the leg 8 into the receiving groove 9 changes, an appropriate locking projection 11 and locked The joint material body 3 can be held in a desired state by engaging the projection 12.

Since the present invention has a structure in which both sides of the joint member are elastically contacted with the side end face of the exterior material being an inclined surface, both sides of the joint member can be elastically contacted even if the joint width slightly changes, and the same joint member is used. However, the joint width can be changed, and even if the interval between the side end faces of the adjacent exterior materials becomes wider due to aging, both sides of the joint member can be elastically contacted with the side end faces, and a gap is generated even over time. There is an effect that you can not.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings.

As shown in FIG. 3, the joint member 1 includes a base material 2 attached to the outer surface of the wall base 4 and a joint material body 3 attached to the base material 2. The base material 2 is formed of a metal plate such as an iron plate or aluminum, or a resin such as vinyl chloride resin, acrylic resin, or polycarbonate. The joint material body 3 is formed of a resin such as polystyrene, polyethylene, or foamed resin, or a rubber such as silicon rubber, acrylic nitrilo, or EPDM.

The base material 2 is erected on a flat plate 13 so that a pair of fixed pieces 19 are opposed to each other with a space therebetween, and a groove 9 is formed between the pair of fixed pieces 19. A locking projection 12 that protrudes into the receiving groove 9 is provided at the tip of the fixed piece 19. A slope 15 is provided at the tip of the pair of fixed pieces 19 so as to approach the plate body 13 toward the center of the receiving groove 9.

The joint material body 3 has a leg portion 8 integrally projecting from the center of the back surface of the elastic face plate 14 having a mountain-shaped cross section, and a triangular pointed portion 18 is provided at the tip of the leg portion 8. An extension piece 10 is provided in front of the tip of the leg portion 8 so as to protrude on both sides, and a locked projection 12 is locked on both sides of the leg portion 8 between the pointed portion 18 and the extension piece 10. A plurality of locking projections 11 that can be arranged are arranged in the protruding direction of the leg 8.

The exterior material 5 is formed of a ceramic material, and has a pattern groove 16 provided on the surface thereof. The side end surfaces 6 on the left and right sides of the exterior material 5 are inclined surfaces. That is, the side end surface 6 of the exterior material 5 is inclined so as to go to the center from the front surface side of the exterior material 5 toward the back surface side of the exterior material 5. The inclination angle of the inclined side end face 6 with respect to the back surface of the exterior material 5 is 45 to 60 °.

When the exterior material 5 is pasted on the outer surface of the wall base 4, the base material 2 of the joint member 1 is arranged at the joint portion of the exterior material 5 adjacent to the left and right so that the longitudinal direction of the base material 2 faces the vertical direction. The base material 2 is attached to the wall base 4. After the base material 2 is attached, the joint material main body 3 is arranged along the base material 2, the leg portion 8 of the joint material main body 3 is inserted into the receiving groove 9 of the base material 2, and the locked projection 12 is locked. The joint material body 3 is attached to the base material 2 by engaging the protrusion 11. At this time, the leg portion 8 is shallowly inserted into the receiving groove 9 so that the locking projection 11 and the locked projection 12 on the distal end side of the leg portion 8 are locked. With the joint member 1 attached to the wall base 4 in this manner, the exterior material 5 is attached to the outer surface of the wall base 4, and at this time, a predetermined joint width W is opened between the side end surfaces 6 of the adjacent exterior materials 5, Construction is carried out as shown in FIG. 1A with the outer surfaces of both sides of the elastic surface plate 14 having a substantially chevron-shaped cross section of the joint material body 3 being in elastic contact with the side end surfaces 6. In this example, the joint material body 3 is first fixed to the base material 2 and then the exterior material 5 is pasted. However, after the base material 2 is attached to the wall base 4, the exterior material 5 is pasted to the wall base 4. It is also possible to press-fit the joint material body 3 after attaching the exterior material 5.

Even when the initial joint width W constructed for the structure in which the elastic surface plate 14 having a substantially chevron-shaped cross section is elastically contacted with the inclined side end face 6 when constructing joints can be accommodated (for example, 5 to 10 mm), the same joint can be used. Even if the member 1 is used, the initial joint width W is not limited. In addition, as described above, the elastic surface plate 14 having a substantially chevron-shaped cross section is elastically contacted with the inclined side end face 6, so that even if the joint width W is widened over time, a gap is hardly generated. Further, since the outer surface of the elastic surface plate 14 having a substantially chevron-shaped cross section is elastically contacted with the inclined side end surface 6, the side end surface 6 as a mouth end is not exposed, and there is no variation in finish at the time of initial construction and before construction. It is not necessary to waterproof the side end surface 6 as the wooden end of the exterior material 5. Moreover, even if the thickness of the exterior material 5 changes, it can respond even if the depth of the pattern groove | channel 16 changes by closing a joint as mentioned above. In the case of this example, since the joint member 1 is composed of the base material 2 and the joint material main body 3, it is possible to replace only the joint material main body 3, and it is possible to deal with maintenance.

Although the joint is constructed as described above, when the joint width W is widened over time, the following measures can be taken. In other words, the elastic surface plate 14 of the joint material body 3 is pushed as shown by an arrow A in FIG. 1B to push the leg portion 8 of the joint material body 3 deeply into the receiving groove 9, and is locked opposite to the tip of the leg portion 8. The locked protrusion 12 is locked to the protrusion 11. In this way, the elastic surface plate 14 is pushed and spread so that the inner surface of the elastic surface plate 14 hits the tip of the extension piece 10 and the elastic surface plate 14 spreads outward, and an elastic surface is ensured so that no gap is generated. The face plate 14 can be brought into elastic contact with the side end face 6 of the exterior material 5.

4 and 5 show another example of the joint member 1. In the case of the example shown in FIG. 4, the projecting pieces 17 project from the end portions on both sides of the elastic surface plate 14 of the joint material body 3 of the joint member 1 so as to be parallel to the projecting direction of the leg pieces 8. In this case, when the joint material body 3 is mounted on the base material 2, the tip of the projecting piece 17 hits the plate body 13 of the base material 2, and the elastic surface plate 14 is more strongly elastically contacted with the side end surface 6 of the exterior material 5. . In the case of the example shown in FIG. 5, projecting pieces 17 projecting from the end portions on both sides of the elastic surface plate 14 of the joint material body 3 of the joint member 1 toward the distal ends of the leg pieces 8 project from the distal ends. Also in this case, when the joint material main body 3 is mounted on the base material 2, the tip of the projecting piece 17 hits the inner corner between the plate body 13 and the fixed piece 14, and the elastic surface plate 14 is stronger and closer to the exterior material 5 side. It is elastically contacted with the end face 6.

FIG. 6 shows another example. In the above example, the joint member 1 is composed of two members, that is, the base material 2 and the joint material main body 3. However, in the present example, the joint member 1 is composed of the base portion 2a, the cross-sectional angled elastic surface plate 14a, and the base portion. A connecting portion 8a for connecting 2a and the elastic surface plate 14a is integrally formed. In the case of this joint member 1, the base member 2 is attached to the wall base 4 by fixing the base portion 2 a of the joint member 1 along the wall base 4 and fixing the base 2 a to the wall base 4. When 5 is pasted, the outer surfaces on both sides of the elastic surface plate 14 a of the joint member 1 can be brought into elastic contact with the side end surfaces 6 of the exterior material 5. Also in this case, since both sides of the elastic surface plate 14a are elastically contacted with the inclined side end face 6, even if the initial joint width W applied is slightly changed (for example, 5 to 10 mm), the same joint member 1 can be coped with. Even if is used, the initial joint width W is not limited. In addition, as described above, the elastic surface plate 14a having a substantially chevron-shaped cross section is elastically contacted with the inclined side end face 6, so that even if the joint width W is widened over time, a gap is hardly generated. Further, since the outer surface of the elastic surface plate 14a having a substantially chevron-shaped cross section is elastically contacted with the inclined side end surface 6, the side end surface 6 as the end is not exposed, and there is no variation in the finish at the time of initial construction and before construction. It is not necessary to waterproof the side end surface 6 as the wooden end of the exterior material 5. Moreover, even if the thickness of the exterior material 5 changes, it can respond even if the depth of the pattern groove | channel 16 changes by closing a joint as mentioned above.
