Description

The present invention relates to a support for patches such as a patch, plaster, pack, patch and the like, and a patch.

In recent years, adhesive coating materials such as poultices, plasters, packs, and patches have been actively developed to follow the movement of the skin when applied to the skin and have excellent usability. . In particular, patches have been developed that follow areas with large bends such as elbows, knees, neck and flank, and areas where the skin moves complicatedly such as neck and flank, and are difficult to peel off (see Patent Documents 1 to 9). .

In order to improve the followability with the application site, these patch supports are devised so that the support expands and contracts, and a thin and flexible fabric is used, or a plaster layer is applied to the fabric. The drug composition has been devised to follow. Surely, when the patch is applied to the body, it follows the movement of the body, is difficult to peel off, and has a good feeling of use, but since the patch itself is very flexible, The work has a serious problem that it has become extremely difficult, and the improvement in the feeling of use has greatly reduced the workability.

For example, since the surface of the plaster part is generally covered with a liner made of a film or the like, there is no problem in the operation of taking it out of the bag because it is hard and has a waist. When the film is peeled off, the patch body is flexible and has no waist, resulting in poor form stability. Adhesive plaster surfaces often stick to each other or may not stick well when applied to the body. The current situation is that the agent is often wasted. In addition, since such an adhesive is often used by elderly people, it is urgently necessary to achieve both a feeling of use and handling at the time of work, but an improved one has not been proposed yet.
JP-A-63-122621 JP-A-1-121214 Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 3-161433 Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 3-161436 Japanese Patent No. 2726948 Japanese Patent No. 2729520 Japanese Patent No. 2879228 JP 2002-1855 A JP 2002-4146 A

In view of the background of such prior art, the present invention has a hard workability and good workability when the patch is applied to the body without damaging the flexibility of the patch. The present invention is intended to provide a patch support and a patch that expresses the flexibility and followability to the skin, and that does not easily peel off, and that functions as a patch with good usability.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention employs the following means. That is, the patch support of the present invention is characterized in that a release sheet material having a peelable adhesive layer is laminated on one side of a stretchable fabric having stretchability in at least one direction, In addition, the adhesive patch of the present invention is characterized in that an adhesive plaster is applied on the surface of the adhesive support opposite to the surface on which the release sheet material is laminated.

According to the present invention, when the patch is applied, the sheet material laminated on the opposite surface even when the plaster liner film is peeled gives the flexible patch a waist and maintains the form, so that the workability is improved. Well, by peeling off the sheet material after pasting, a flexible patch with good followability to the skin can exert its original action, so the support for the patch has both workability and usability The body and patch can be provided.

The present invention is a patch that is hard and easy to work until the patch is affixed to the body, but after being affixed, the patch is flexible and hardly peels off and functions as a patch with a good feeling of use. In order to solve these problems at once, the sheet material having peelability is laminated on the surface opposite to the surface on which the plaster of the stretchable and flexible fabric is applied. It has been investigated. That is, according to the present invention, a patch support capable of satisfying both workability, handleability, feeling of use, and fitability can be provided for the first time.

The stiffness of the support of the present invention is 40 to 100 mm, preferably 50 to 70 mm, as measured by the cantilever method. When adjusted to such a range, workability when affixing to the skin is good.

The fibers constituting the stretchable fabric of the present invention are not particularly limited, but synthetic fibers such as polyester fibers, polyethylene fibers, polypropylene fibers, polyamide fibers, polyvinyl alcohol fibers, polyvinyl chloride fibers, and rayon. , Semi-synthetic fibers such as acetate, and natural fibers such as cotton, hemp, silk, and wool can be used. As the structure constituting the stretchable fabric, a fabric made of woven fabric, knitted fabric, or nonwoven fabric is used. be able to.

Among these configurations, a knitted fabric using polyester fibers is particularly preferably used.
For example, polyethylene terephthalate fiber will be described as an example. Using fibers with a total fineness of 11 to 170 dtex and a single yarn fineness of 0.2 to 8 dtex, false twisting, side-by-side composite, and mix of yarns with different shrinkage rates By forming a crimp on the yarn by such as to give stretch and recovery, at least by knitting the yarn into a circular knitting such as a tenji, an interlock, or a vertical knitting such as a half tricot, a double tricot, etc. It can expand and contract in one direction, preferably in multiple directions. The fabric is soaped in a 60 to 130 ° C. hot water bath containing a nonionic surfactant and a weak alkali component such as sodium carbonate, and exhibits the bulky ability of the thread, and is subsequently washed with hot water and dried. , Heat set with a pin tenter at a temperature of 160-190 ° C.

Stretch fabrics of the present invention, the weight is 30 to 200 g / m 2, preferably 70~120g / m 2, less a flexible than 30 g / m 2 is good tends to strike through the plaster In some cases, if it is greater than 200 g / m 2 , the uncomfortable feeling and followability to the skin may be reduced. In addition, the modulus at the time of 50% elongation is 100 to 500 N / 2.5 cm width, preferably 120 to 350 N / 2.5 cm width, because of the ability to follow the skin and prevent wrinkles during use. The recovery rate after stretching is 80% or more, preferably 90% or more. If it is out of this range, it may be easily peeled off or wrinkled. Furthermore, because of its flexibility, the cantilever bending resistance is 10 to 30 mm. If it is smaller than 10 mm, the shape stability is poor and wrinkles may easily occur due to the bending action after being attached to the skin. May become less familiar and may be easily peeled off.

In the present invention, a sheet material that is easily peeled and removed by hand after the patch is applied to the body is laminated on one surface of the stretchable fabric, that is, the surface opposite to the surface to which the plaster is applied. Is. The material of the sheet material is not particularly limited, but polyester resin, polyamide resin, olefin resin, vinyl alcohol resin, urethane resin, vinyl chloride resin, acrylic resin, fluorine resin, silicon resin, etc. Films, knitted fabrics, non-woven fabrics and the like made of can be used. Especially, a film can be preferably used from lamination workability and the uniformity of peeling. As a material for the film, an olefin resin such as polyethylene or polypropylene can be preferably used based on comprehensive judgment from processability, flexibility, cost, and the like. The peelable film of the present invention has a thickness of 20 to 100 μm, preferably 30 to 50 μm, and if it is thinner than 20 μm, there is a case where the effect of improving workability is small, and if it exceeds 100 μm, it becomes rigid. In some cases, it may be difficult to adhere to the skin. Further, the 30% modulus of the film is 20 to 1000 N / 2.5 cm width or less, preferably 50 to 600 N / 2.5 cm width, and if it is smaller than 20 N / 2.5 cm width, the tension of the film is too low, It may not contribute enough to improve the workability of pasting, and if it exceeds 1000 N / 2.5 cm width, the followability when pasting on stretched or curved surfaces such as knees, elbows, and necks is particularly bad. It may be difficult to attach. However, workability is not hindered by a modulus exceeding a width of 1000 N / 2.5 cm at relatively flat surfaces such as the waist and back.

The peelable sheet material of the present invention may be laminated on the stretchable fabric and then coated with the plaster on the opposite surface, or may be laminated on the opposite surface after the plaster is coated on the stretchable fabric. However, the former method is preferable in consideration of difficulty in workability of applying the plaster to a flexible and easily stretchable fabric.

The peel strength of the sheet material of the present invention is difficult to peel off at the time of work until sticking, and is 3 to 200 N / 2.5 cm width, preferably 15 to 100 N so that it can be easily peeled after sticking. /2.5 cm width is preferable.

The method for laminating the peelable sheet material of the present invention is not particularly limited, and a known method can be adopted. For example, a rubber-based or polystyrene-based adhesive resin is entirely applied to one side of the sheet material. Alternatively, when partially coated, the adhesive surface is overlapped with an elastic fabric and lightly pressed for adhesion, or when a film is used for the sheet material, cooling is performed when forming a film with a T-die extruder. It is possible to adopt a method such as inserting a cloth on a roll and pressure bonding, and it is necessary to set conditions so that the flexibility and stretchability of the cloth are not significantly reduced by the temperature and pressure during lamination. is there. Furthermore, it is necessary to select the type of pressure-sensitive adhesive so that the pressure-sensitive adhesive does not remain on the surface of the stretchable fabric after peeling the release sheet of the present invention.

The adhesive plaster to be applied to the surface opposite to the sheet material of the present invention is not particularly limited and uses a commonly used one, but the drug is absorbed into the body from the skin and exhibits a pharmacological effect. Or absorbs the heat of the body, or generates heat by fever. For example, anti-inflammatory agents, analgesics, local stimulants, antihistamines, local anesthetics, blood circulation promoters, tranquilizers, etc. Illustrated. Examples of the component of the pressure-sensitive adhesive used in the plaster include natural rubber-based, polyisoprene-based, polyisobutylene-based, acrylic ester-based, and methacrylic ester-based polymers. The method of applying the plaster to the fabric is not particularly limited, and a known method such as a method of directly applying to the fabric or a method of transferring the paste to the fabric after coating on the film can be adopted. For example, a method in which a solvent dissolved in a solvent is applied with a comma coater or a bar coater and heat-treated to dry the solvent can be used.

EXAMPLES Hereinafter, although an Example demonstrates this invention in detail, this invention is not limited to these.

Figure 2005119972
Figure 2005119972
As can be seen from Table 1, compared with that of Comparative Example 1, since Examples 1 to 3 are laminated with peelable films, it is easy to work until the liner film is peeled off and attached. Especially, since Example 1 is adjusting the softness | flexibility of a peelable film, a modulus, and peelability, it is excellent in comprehensive handleability. It can be seen that the feeling of use and wearability of the examples are equivalent to those of the comparative examples, and the functionality of the stretchable fabric is not impaired.
