Description

The present invention relates to a through-hole end closing method for closing a hole end of a through-hole in a through-hole portion in which an insertion material is inserted into a through-hole drilled in a partition wall, and a through-hole end closing performed by the method Concerning structure.

In general, when penetrating pipes such as water supply and drainage pipes, refrigerant pipes, ducts, cables for electric power, communication, etc. through partition walls such as walls and floors of buildings, through holes are provided in the partition walls. Insert pipes through the hole. The through-hole is usually formed larger than the outer diameter of the pipes or the like so as to be able to cope with the repair or expansion of the pipes or the like to be inserted. Therefore, a gap exists between the through hole and the pipes. However, if a fire breaks out in a certain section, the flame, heat, smoke, etc. may reach the other section through the gap between the through holes, and the fire may be expanded. Therefore, conventionally, various fire prevention measures for preventing the spread of fire have been taken in the partition penetration portion in which an insertion material such as pipes is inserted into the through hole of the partition wall.

As an example of a fire prevention measure for a partition through-hole, for example, a construction method is known in which a through-hole is filled with a fire-resistant filler, and both ends of the through-hole are closed with a fire-resistant closing member and a heat-resistant sealing material. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1).
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-234861

As shown in Patent Document 1, when the hole end of the through hole is closed, fire resistance can be imparted to the partition penetrating portion, and the heat retention and sound insulation of each partition can be improved.

In the conventional construction method, a calcium silicate plate, a mortar, an iron plate or the like is used as a closing member for closing the hole end of the through hole. In order to close the hole end of the through hole, it is necessary to wrap these plate-like closing members around the insertion member and fix them to the surface of the partition wall. Therefore, it has been necessary to cut the plate-like blocking member in advance according to the shape of the insertion member and to divide it into a plurality of pieces.

However, the calcium silicate plate and the like have high hardness and are not easy to cut. Therefore, there is a problem that the attaching operation of the closing member is difficult and takes time.

The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and can provide a through-hole end closing method that can impart fire resistance, heat retention, and sound insulation to a partition through-hole, and can be easily constructed in a short time. It is another object of the present invention to provide a through-hole end closing structure.

(1) The through-hole end closing method of the present invention is a through-hole end closing method for closing a hole end of the through-hole in a partition through-portion in which an insertion material is inserted into a through-hole formed in a partition wall. Cutting an easily cut plate member to form an insertion material outer peripheral hole having the same shape as the outer periphery of the insertion material, and at least one incision portion connecting the insertion material outer peripheral hole and the outer peripheral edge of the plate member A cutting step for cutting, a plate member mounting step for passing the insertion member through the insertion member outer peripheral hole using the incision portion, and surrounding the insertion member with the plate member, and a plate wrapped around the insertion member A plate member fixing step of fixing a member to the partition wall and closing a hole end of the through hole (corresponding to claim 1).

In the through-hole end closing method of the present invention, the hole end of the through-hole is closed using a plate member that is easy to cut. Here, the “hole end of the through hole” means the end of the gap between the through hole and the insertion member. Further, “easy to cut” means that it can be easily cut with, for example, a commercially available cutter knife or scissors. A suitable material for the plate member will be described later. Since the main plate member can be easily cut, the operation for wrapping the insertion member on the insertion member can be easily performed in a short time.

In the through-hole end closing method of the present invention, the plate member is cut to form an insertion material outer peripheral hole and an incision, and then the plate member is wrapped around the insertion material and fixed to the partition wall. In order to wrap the plate member around the insertion member, the formed incision is used. For example, if the plate member is a flexible structure that can be elastically deformed, a single incision may be formed. In this case, the plate member can be attached to the insertion member by expanding the incision portion and passing the insertion member through the insertion member outer peripheral hole. When two or more incisions are formed, the plate member is divided into two or more plate pieces. Therefore, the two or more pieces that have been separated may be placed around the insertion member together with the respective incisions to be wrapped.

Thus, according to the through-hole end closing method of the present invention, the plate member can be easily attached in a short time, so that the hole end of the through-hole can be efficiently closed.

(2) The through-hole end closing method of the present invention may be configured to include an incision portion joining step of joining the incision portion of the plate member after the plate member wrapping step (corresponding to claim 2). As described above, in the through-hole end closing method, in the cutting step, the plate member is cut to form an incised portion, and in the plate member wrapping step, the incised portion is used to insert the plate member. Attach to. Therefore, what is necessary is just to join the incision part which is the cut | judged part after a board member ringing process. The means for joining the incision is not particularly limited. For example, what is necessary is just to stick with an adhesive tape, an adhesive agent, etc.

Moreover, when employ | adopting the aspect which does not have an incision part joining process, for example, it has the board member insertion material fixing process of fixing a board member and an insertion material integrally with an adhesive tape etc. after a board member fixing process. What is necessary is just to comprise.

(3) The plate member used in the through hole end closing method of the present invention is easy to cut as described above, and the material is not particularly limited. From the viewpoint of fire resistance, it is desirable to use, for example, a fiber board or a foam board (corresponding to claim 3).

Examples of fiber boards include inorganic fiber boards such as rock wool boards, glass wool boards, and ceramic boards. Examples of the foam board include a hard urethane foam board and a polystyrene foam board. These fiber boards and foam boards are suitable because they are easy to cut and are lightweight and have high fire resistance, heat insulation, and sound insulation.

(4) Moreover, when a board member is made into a fiber board or a foam board, it is desirable to have the skin which consists of metal foil or a metal reinforcement sheet (corresponding to claim 4). Examples of the metal foil include aluminum foil. Examples of the metal reinforced sheet include aluminum craft paper and aluminum glass cloth (ALGC). By having a skin such as a metal foil, the durability of the fiberboard and the like is improved. In particular, it is preferable to use an inorganic fiber board having a skin made of aluminum foil on at least one surface as the plate member (corresponding to claim 5).

(5) The through-hole end closing structure of the present invention is constructed by the through-hole end closing method of the present invention (corresponding to claim 6). As described above, the through-hole end closing structure of the present invention can be easily constructed and is excellent in fire resistance, heat retention, and sound insulation. In addition, the kind of plate member etc. which are used are based on the through-hole end obstruction | occlusion method of this invention.

The through-hole end closing method of the present invention closes the through-hole end using a plate member that can be easily cut. Since the plate member can be easily cut, it is possible to simply and quickly perform the operation for attaching the plate member to the insertion member. Therefore, according to the through hole end closing method of the present invention, it is possible to efficiently close the hole end of the through hole.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the through hole end closing method and the through hole end closing structure of the present invention will be described in detail. First, an embodiment of the through hole end closing structure of the present invention constructed by the through hole end closing method of the present invention will be described, and then each step of the through hole end closing method of the present invention will be described in order.

First, the structure of the through-hole end closing structure which is one embodiment of the present invention will be described. In FIG. 1, the permeation | transmission perspective view of the through-hole end obstruction | occlusion structure of this embodiment is shown. In FIG. 1, a through-hole is shown with a broken line and a partition wall is shown with a dashed-dotted line. FIG. 2 shows an exploded view of the through-hole end closing structure of the present embodiment. FIG. 3 is a sectional view in the axial direction of the through hole end blocking structure of the present embodiment. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the through-hole end closing structure 1 includes a partition wall 2, an insertion member 3, and a plate member 4.

The partition wall 2 is a wall made of lightweight cellular concrete (ALC) having a thickness of 150 mm. A through hole 21 having a hole diameter of 300 mm that penetrates in the thickness direction of the partition wall 2 is formed at the center of the partition wall 2.

The insertion member 3 is a cylindrical tube made of zinc iron plate. The outer diameter of the insertion member 3 is 200 mm, and is inserted concentrically into the center of the through hole 21. A gap 22 exists between the inner peripheral surface of the through hole 21 and the outer peripheral surface of the insertion member 3.

The plate member 4 is a rock wool board having a length of 350 mm, a width of 350 mm, a thickness of 12 mm, and a density of 200 kg / m 3 . Both surfaces of the rock wool board are covered with aluminum glass cloth (ALGC). A total of two plate members 4 are arranged on each of the two surfaces facing each other in the thickness direction of the partition wall 2. In the center portion of the plate member 4, the same circular insertion member outer peripheral hole 41 as the outer peripheral shape of the insertion member 3 is formed. Further, one incision portion 42 that connects the insertion member outer peripheral hole 41 and the outer peripheral edge of the plate member 4 is formed. The incision 42 is joined with an adhesive tape. The insertion member 3 is passed through the insertion member outer peripheral hole 41, and the plate member 4 is wrapped around the insertion member 3. The plate member 4 is fixed to the partition wall 2 with screws 43. In FIG. 2, holes through which the screws 43 penetrate the plate member 4 and the partition wall 2 are indicated by broken lines.

According to the present embodiment, the following effects can be obtained. That is, the plate member 4 for closing the hole end 23 of the through hole 21 is a rock wool board that can be cut with a commercially available cutter knife and can be elastically deformed. Therefore, it is possible to easily wrap the insertion member 3 by forming only one incision 42 and to fix the partition wall 2 easily. Therefore, the through-hole end closing structure 1 of the present embodiment can be easily constructed in a short time. The rock wool board is excellent in heat insulation and soundproofing. As a result, the through-hole end closing structure 1 of the present embodiment is excellent in fire resistance, heat retention, and sound insulation.

Next, an embodiment of the through-hole end closing method of the present invention used for the construction of the through-hole end closing structure will be described (first embodiment). 4 to 7 show each step of the through hole end closing method of the present embodiment. 4 shows a cutting process, FIG. 5 shows a plate member wrapping process, FIG. 6 shows an incision part joining process, and FIG. 7 shows a plate member fixing process. 4 to 7, members corresponding to those in FIGS. 1 to 3 are denoted by the same reference numerals.

First, as shown in FIG. 4, the plate member 4 is cut with a cutter knife, and a circular insertion member outer peripheral hole 41, which is the outer peripheral shape of the insertion member 3, and the insertion member outer peripheral hole 41 and the outer peripheral edge of the plate member 4. One incision 42 to be tied is formed. Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 5, the incision portion 42 is elastically expanded to the left and right, and the insertion member 3 is passed through the insertion member outer peripheral hole 41 from between them, and the plate member 4 is mounted on the insertion member 3. The incision 42 is restored by elastic force. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 6, the incision 42 is joined with an adhesive tape. Finally, as shown in FIG. 7, the four corners of the plate member 4 are fixed with screws 43, and the plate member 4 is fixed to the partition wall 2. In the present embodiment, only one incision 42 is formed in the plate member 4, and the plate member 4 is wrapped around the insertion member 3. Therefore, the hole end 23 of the through hole 21 can be easily closed in a short time.

Moreover, the aspect which forms two incisions as other embodiment of the through-hole end obstruction | occlusion method of this invention is demonstrated (2nd embodiment). 8-10 show each step of the through hole end closing method of the present embodiment. FIG. 8 shows a cutting process, FIG. 9 shows a plate member wrapping process, and FIG. 10 shows an incision part joining process. 8 to 10, members corresponding to those in FIGS. 1 to 3 are denoted by the same reference numerals. Since the plate member fixing step is the same as that in the first embodiment, the drawing is omitted.

First, as shown in FIG. 8, the plate member 4 is cut with a cutter knife, and a circular insertion member outer peripheral hole 41, which is the outer peripheral shape of the insertion member 3, an insertion member outer peripheral hole 41 and the outer peripheral edge of the plate member 4. Two incisions 42 to be connected are formed. As a result, the plate member 4 is divided into two left and right plate pieces 4a and 4b. Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 9, both sides of the insertion member 3 are sandwiched between the plate pieces 4a and 4b. And the incision part 42 which each plate piece 4a, 4b opposes is match | combined, and the plate member 4 is made to wrap around the insertion material 3. FIG. Then, as shown in FIG. 10, the incisions 42 facing each other of the plate pieces 4a and 4b are joined with an adhesive tape. Finally, as in the first embodiment, the four corners of the plate member 4 are fixed with screws 43 and the plate member 4 is fixed to the partition wall 2.

In this embodiment, two incisions 42 are formed in the plate member 4, and the plate member 4 is wrapped around the insertion member 3. Therefore, for example, even if the plate member 4 is made of a material that is not easily elastically deformed, the plate member 4 can be easily attached to the insertion member 3. Thus, according to the present embodiment, the hole end 23 of the through hole 21 can be easily closed in a short time regardless of the material of the plate member 4.

The embodiments of the through hole end closing method and the through hole end closing structure of the present invention have been described above. However, the through-hole end closing method and the through-hole end closing structure of the present invention are not limited to the above embodiment. The through-hole end closing method and the through-hole end closing structure of the present invention can be implemented in various forms that have been modified or improved by those skilled in the art without departing from the gist of the present invention.

For example, in the said embodiment, the rock wool board by which ALGC was affixed on both surfaces was used as a board member. However, the material and surface treatment of the plate member are not particularly limited. As described above, various fiber boards and foam boards can be used. In the above embodiment, one plate member is disposed on each side of the partition wall. However, a plurality of plate members may be stacked. By stacking the plate members, fire resistance, heat retention and sound insulation are further improved.

The material of the partition wall is not particularly limited. A wall material that is generally used for a partition penetrating portion, such as a plaster board and concrete, may be used. The insertion material may be a duct, a cable, or the like in addition to the pipe. The shape of the insertion material is not limited to a cylindrical shape, and may be a prismatic shape or the like.

Either the insertion member outer peripheral hole or the incision portion may be formed first in the cutting step. For example, the insertion member outer peripheral hole may be cut out first and then cut to form an incision, or conversely, the incision may be formed first and then the insertion material outer peripheral hole may be cut out. In the above embodiment, one or two incisions are formed, but the number of incisions may be three or more.

In the said embodiment, the incision part joining process was performed after the board member mounting process. At that time, the incision was joined with an adhesive tape. However, the joining means of the incision part is not limited to the adhesive tape. The incision may be joined using an adhesive or the like. Further, the incision part joining step is not always necessary. For example, the plate member insertion member fixing step of integrally fixing the plate member and the insertion member with an adhesive tape or the like may be performed after the plate member fixing step without performing the incision portion bonding step. Moreover, as a method for fixing the plate member to the partition wall, an adhesive or the like may be used in addition to the method using a metal fitting such as a screw adopted in the above embodiment.

In the embodiment described above, nothing was filled in the gap 22 of the through hole 21 as shown in FIG. However, according to an already known method, the gap between the through holes may be filled with a fireproof filler such as rock wool. In this case, fire resistance, heat retention, sound insulation and the like in the partition through portion are further improved.
