Description

The present invention relates to a mattress core material and a mattress capable of obtaining a body pressure dispersion effect even for a large load and a small load.

Conventionally, as a mattress that distributes body pressure in a well-balanced manner according to the difference in weight of each part of the body in a supine posture, etc., and promotes evaporation of moisture such as sweat from the front and back surfaces, for example, A plurality of belt-like collars extending while bending in one side direction are provided on the front side and the back side, and a turtle shell pattern or a rhombus pattern is formed between adjacent belt-like collars, and between the adjacent collars and collars A technique (for example, refer to Patent Document 1) is known in which protrusions and flat portions are provided on the upper surface of the groove portion and the flange portion, and a through hole that connects both the front and back surfaces is formed at the intersection of the front and back groove portions. In addition, in order to improve the heat and moisture divergence in the cushion material of the mattress and on the back surface of the cushion material, vertical grooves and horizontal grooves are formed on the front and back surfaces of the cushion material, and at the intersection of the vertical grooves and the horizontal grooves, Penetrating through in the thickness direction Technology (e.g., see Patent Document 2.) So as to form a like are known.

By the way, the grooves and protrusions on the mattress surface as in the above technique are effective for heat and moisture divergence, but are only compressed in the vertical direction at a certain rate with respect to the load. In the case of a hard mattress in which body pressure dispersibility is achieved with respect to a load, the body pressure dispersibility is insufficient because the body pressure dispersibility is insufficient due to being too hard for a small load. In the case of a soft mattress, there are problems such as being in a bottomed state with respect to a large load and not being able to obtain a body pressure dispersion effect.
For this reason, for example, in the case of a mattress using a hard foam material near the waist so as to eliminate the depression or bottoming around the waist where the load of the human body is large, for example, it is too hard for an arm or the like located near the waist There were problems such as difficulty in obtaining a body pressure dispersion effect.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a mattress capable of obtaining body pressure dispersibility in each region where a large load and a small load are mixed.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a urethane foam mattress core material in which a plurality of grooves and ridges deeply carved on the surface side are alternately formed at predetermined intervals. A narrow constricted portion is formed at the base portion on the side, and a wide portion is formed on both sides of the constricted portion at the tip side, and a groove groove is formed in the substantially central portion of the top surface of the convex strip. A shallower groove was formed so that the groove was shallower than the concave groove so that the width on the bottom surface side of the groove was narrower than the top surface side of the groove.

In this way, a groove shallower than the groove groove is formed at substantially the center of the top surface of the ridge, and the groove is shallower than the groove groove on the bottom surface side of the groove than the groove top surface side. By doing so, two small peaks are formed on the left and right sides of the groove at the tip of the ridge, and the upper part of the constricted part on the proximal side is on both sides. Since the protruding wide part is formed, for example, when a small load such as an arm or a part of the back is applied, the peak part of the ridge tip is supported in a state of opening sideways. A body pressure dispersion effect is obtained, and when a large load such as the waist or chest is applied, the mattress core material including the ridges is supported in a state of being crushed vertically, and in this case also the body pressure dispersion effect Is obtained.
That is, body pressure can be effectively dispersed even in a region where a small load and a large load are mixed.

Here, the extending direction of the groove 5 and the protrusion 6 is arbitrary. However, if the groove 5 is extended in the longitudinal direction of the mattress, for example, when air is turned over, air permeability is ensured and moisture is discharged. When the action is promoted and extended in the width direction, for example, the width of the ridge is appropriately changed by dividing into a region such as a waist part with a large load and a region such as a head part with a small load. Will be able to.
At this time, it may be provided in both the longitudinal direction and the width direction.
In addition, although the hardness of the urethane foam of the mattress core material is arbitrary, in order to prevent a bottomed state, a slightly harder foam material is preferable.

In the present invention, the surface of the mattress core material is divided into at least three regions, and the widths of the top surfaces of the ridges in two adjacent regions are made different.
Here, when dividing into at least three regions, it may be divided along the longitudinal direction or may be divided along the width direction, but by dividing along the longitudinal direction, for example, a waist portion or a chest portion having a large load, etc. It is possible to increase the width of the ridges in the region, to reduce the width of the ridges in the region such as the head and legs with relatively small load, and to increase the body pressure dispersion effect of the entire body. .

In the present invention, as the mattress, a surface material made of urethane foam is disposed on the surface of the core material of the mattress.
Thus, if a surface material is arrange | positioned on the surface of a core material, even if it uses a hard raw material for a core material, the touch property, touch property, etc. can be made favorable. In addition, if foam materials with different hardness are used as the surface material, for example, divided into the head, waist, and legs, it is possible to improve the sleeping posture by preventing sinking of the waist portion with a large load. .
At this time, the core material and the surface material may be integrated by adhesion or the like, or may be simply stacked.

In addition, as a urethane foam which forms a surface material, generally called soft foam and low-resilience foam are preferable. The soft foam here is a urethane foam generally called a soft foam, and specifically, is a urethane foam having a hardness of 90 N or less and a density of about 23 kg / m 3 . The low rebound foam is a urethane foam having a rebound resilience of 20% or less.

A narrow constricted portion is formed at the base portion of the base end of the convex line of the urethane foam mattress core, in which a plurality of deep groove grooves and convex lines are alternately formed at predetermined intervals. By forming a wide part projecting on both sides on the tip side, and forming a roughly V-shaped groove with a shallow carving in the approximate center of the top surface of the ridge, a small load and a large load are mixed. In this case, for example, even in a region that supports both the waist part having a large load and the arm part having a small load, the body pressure dispersion effect can be obtained in both the waist part and the arm part.
Further, if the surface of the mattress core is divided into at least three regions and the widths of the top surfaces of the ridges in the two adjacent regions are made different, for example, in the regions such as the waist and chest where the load is large It is possible to increase the width of the ridges, to reduce the width of the ridges in areas such as the head and legs that have a relatively small load, and to enhance the body pressure dispersion effect of the entire body.
In addition, if a surface material made of urethane foam is disposed on the surface of the mattress core material, the touch and feel can be improved, and by using a surface material with different hardness depending on the part, etc. The sleeping posture can be improved by preventing sinking in the vicinity of the waist where the load is large.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Here, FIG. 1 is an explanatory view of the entire mattress according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of the mattress of FIG. 1 with the cover removed, FIG. 3 is an explanatory view of the mattress core and the surface irregularities, FIG. Is an explanatory diagram when a load is applied to the mattress core, FIG. 5 is a measurement result diagram showing the results of body pressure measurement, FIG. 6 is another configuration example of the mattress core, and FIG. 7 is still another mattress core. It is a structural example figure.

The mattress according to the present invention is capable of providing a mattress that can effectively disperse body pressure in both a large load and a small load without using a costly low-resilience foam or the like. It is characterized by the uneven shape on the surface of the material.

That is, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the mattress 1 is configured such that a urethane foam surface material 3 laminated on an upper portion of a urethane foam mattress core 2 is covered with a urethane quilt cover 4. On the upper surface of the mattress core 2, a plurality of grooves 5 and ridges 6 deeply carved along the longitudinal direction are provided at predetermined intervals.

Therefore, details of the mattress core 2 will be described with reference to FIG.
The mattress core material 2 is preferably a relatively hard urethane foam (particularly ribbon dead foam) having a hardness of about 120 to 160 N and a thickness of about 60 to 90 mm, for example, as measured by a method according to JIS K 6401. Here, the hardness in conformity with JIS K 6401 is obtained by measuring the load after 20 seconds after compressing to 75% of the original thickness again after 75% compression, with the thickness at 5N load as the original thickness.

The groove 5 and the ridge 6 on the surface of the mattress core 2 are alternately formed along the width direction as shown in FIG. 3 (b). A narrow portion 7 having a narrow width a is formed at the root portion on the end side, and a wide portion 8 having a wide width b is formed on both sides of the narrow portion 7 so as to project from both sides.
In addition, a substantially V-shaped groove 9 is formed at a substantially central portion of the top surface of the ridge 6 which is shallower than the concave groove 5 and whose groove width on the bottom surface side is narrower than that on the top surface side. The substantially V-shaped groove 9 is also formed along the longitudinal direction. For this reason, small ridges y are formed on both sides of the upper portion of the ridge 6 with the substantially V-shaped groove 9 interposed therebetween, and the cross-sectional shape of the groove 5 is the groove at the back of the groove. The width is wide and the groove width on the outlet side is narrowed.

The action of the uneven shape on the surface of the mattress core 2 as described above will be described with reference to FIG. 4. First, when a small load is applied from above, the two peaks y are left and right as shown in FIG. It is deformed to open, and this supports the load. For this reason, body pressure can be effectively dispersed even in the case of a relatively light load such as an arm or a part of the back.

Next, when a large load is applied, as shown in (c), the entire mattress core 2 including the ridges 6 is deformed in the vertical direction to support the load. For this reason, body pressure can be effectively dispersed even in the case of a relatively large load such as the waist and chest.

Incidentally, such an action is an action obtained by the shape of the ridge 6 and the groove 5, and, for example, in the case of a straight pulse-shaped ridge and groove, it is simply deformed in the vertical direction. In the case of a hard foam material, an effective body pressure dispersion effect cannot be obtained for a small load.

In the mattress 1 of this embodiment, the surface material 3 is laminated on the top of the mattress core 2. The surface material 3 has, for example, a hardness of about 50 to 120 N and a thickness of about 30 to 60 mm. A general urethane foam or the like can be used.
In addition, as the urethane foam of the surface material 3, it is possible to use a foam material having three parts divided into a head, a waist and a leg, and having different hardness, and a low-resilience urethane instead of a general urethane foam. A form may be used.

By using the surface material 3, for example, even when the hard mattress core material 2 is used, the touch and feel can be improved, and the hardness varies depending on the part according to the load of the human body. If the foam material is used, sinking of a portion with a large load is prevented and the sleeping posture can be improved.
Moreover, when the surface material 3 is laminated | stacked, air permeability is ensured, moisture discharge | release etc. are aimed at by the concave groove 5 of the mattress core material 2 surface.

Next, the result of body pressure measurement using the mattress 1 will be described.
As the mattress core material 2, a material obtained by pulverizing urethane foam end materials to a certain size and integrating them with an adhesive or the like is used with a hardness of about 140 N and a thickness of about 60 mm. A plurality of strips 6 were formed in the longitudinal direction, and body pressure dispersion measurement was performed using a mattress 1 on which a surface material 3 having a hardness of about 50 N and a thickness of about 60 mm was laminated.
As a result, as shown in FIG. 5, it was found that the maximum body pressure portion where the load is small, such as the arm or the base portion of the arm, was reduced to 15 mmHg compared to the conventional case. Incidentally, in the case of a conventional mattress, the maximum of the arm and shoulder is about 40 mmHg.
As a result, the effectiveness of the present invention was confirmed.

Next, another configuration example of the mattress core material 2 will be described with reference to FIG.
In this configuration example, the groove 5 and the ridge 6 are formed in the width direction of the mattress core 2, and the surface of the mattress core 2 along the longitudinal direction is a head region P, a chest region Q, and a waist region. While dividing into 4 area | regions of R and leg part area | region S, the width | variety of the protruding item | line 6 of each area | region P, Q, R, and S is varied. In this embodiment, in the mattress core material 2 having a length of 1950 mm and a width of 970 mm, the width of the ridge 6 of the head region P in the range of 380 mm (width b in FIG. 3B) is set to about 15 mm. The width of the ridges 6 of the chest region Q in the range of 400 mm is about 60 mm, the width of the ridges 6 of the waist region R in the range of 610 mm is about 80 mm, and the ridges 6 of the leg region S in the range of 560 mm in length. The mattress core 2 is divided into three along the longitudinal direction so that it can be folded.
In this case, the width of the ridges 6 in the waist region R and the chest region Q with a large load is wide, and the width of the ridges 6 in the head region P and the leg region S with a relatively small load is narrow. The body pressure dispersion effect can be enhanced.

In the above embodiment, the groove 5 and the protrusion 6 on the surface of the mattress core 2 are formed only in the longitudinal direction or the width direction of the mattress 1, but as shown in FIG. It may be provided in both directions. In this case, the same effect can be obtained.

The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. What has substantially the same configuration as the matters described in the claims of the present invention and exhibits the same operational effects belongs to the technical scope of the present invention.
For example, the corner portions on both sides of the top of the ridge 6 do not necessarily have a round shape, and the division of the surface area of the mattress core 2 is not limited to four areas.

On the surface side of the mattress core material, a plurality of deeply grooved grooves and ridges are alternately formed at predetermined intervals, and a narrow constricted portion is formed at the root portion on the base end side of the ridges, A wide portion projecting from both sides is formed on the tip side from the constricted portion, and a groove shallower than the concave groove is formed at a substantially central portion of the top surface of the convex stripe, and this shallow groove is formed at the top of the groove. By making the groove width on the bottom surface side narrower than on the surface side, body pressure can be effectively dispersed even in a region where a large load and a small load are mixed. Moreover, if the surface of the mattress core material is divided into at least three regions and the widths of the ridges in the adjacent regions are made different, the body pressure dispersion effect of the entire body can be enhanced. In addition, by laminating a surface material made of urethane foam on it, even if a hard foam material is used for the mattress core material, the touch and feel can be improved, and if the hardness is changed depending on the site, The sinking of the heavy load portion is prevented and the sleeping posture can be improved.
