Description
The present invention relates to a peripheral panel used when performing floor heating using an electric heater panel having a surface heater such as a line heater or a PTC heater as a heating element, and a method for directly applying floor heating using the same. About.
It is known to construct an electric floor heating structure using a heater panel incorporating a line heater or a surface heater on the back side of a wooden substrate. Patent Document 1 (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2000-179876), Patent Document 2 (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2000-320845), etc. describe a heater panel using a line heater. As shown in the back view of the state where the backer material and the like are removed in FIG. 4 and the cross-sectional view in FIG. 5, the heater panel A has the
An example in the case of constructing an electric floor heating structure using the heater panel A with a heating element having the above-described configuration will be described with reference to FIGS. In FIG. 6, A shows the heater panel A described above (see also FIG. 7b. Note that FIG. 1 shows the heater panel A incorporated in a staircase shape, but FIG. 6 shows a rectangular piece as a whole. Heater panel A). A1 is called a sticking heater panel, and includes a heating element, and only the
When the floor base is a concrete slab like an apartment house, the heater panel and the peripheral panel can be directly attached to the concrete slab surface using an adhesive. However, since it is difficult to form a space (such as a concave groove) that accommodates the
If the conventionally known heater panels A and A1 and the heater panel A2 for pasting are used as they are, and the floor heating structure can be constructed by directly pasting them on the floor base that is a concrete slab, It can be greatly reduced. The present invention has been made in view of the circumstances as described above, so that an electric floor heating structure can be constructed by directly attaching a heater panel having a conventionally known structure or a heater panel for pasting to a concrete slab surface. An object of the present invention is to provide an improved floor heating peripheral panel and a floor heating direct bonding construction method using the same.
A peripheral panel for floor heating according to the present invention for solving the above-mentioned problems is a heater panel with a heating element for electric floor heating, comprising a line heater or a surface heater and a backer material as a heating element on the back side of a wooden substrate. A floor heating peripheral panel used together with a groove for accommodating a power cable for supplying power to a heater panel with a heating element is formed in a backer material laminated at least on the back surface.
In order to perform floor heating construction using the peripheral panel for floor heating according to the present invention, a heater panel for heating, a heater panel, and a non-sticking material are applied to any floor base surface including a concrete slab in the same manner as in the conventional method. Affix the heater panel. A peripheral panel is also attached to the necessary part. After that, run the power cable extending from the heater panel for sticking along the floor reference surface along the specified reference pattern, draw it to the vicinity of the wall where the relay box is installed or the back of the wall, and then make the necessary connections. Do. In this state, the floor heating peripheral panel according to the present invention is laid while accommodating the power cable in the recessed groove formed in the back surface backer material.
As described above, by using the peripheral panel for floor heating according to the present invention, the peripheral panel can be attached in a state where the power cable is exposed to the floor base surface, so even if the floor base is a concrete slab, It is possible to easily perform floor heating construction by direct bonding without performing an operation of forming a space for accommodating a power cable. In addition, since the position of the power cable extending from the non-stick heater panel on the floor base surface can be arbitrarily changed, it is possible to easily cope with a sudden plan change at the construction site. Of course, the construction method using the peripheral panel for floor heating according to the present invention can be applied in the same manner even to a floor substrate in which a base plywood is spread on the joists. In any case, the work of separately forming the space for accommodating the power cable can be omitted, and the construction cost of the electric floor heating is greatly reduced.
Depending on the construction site, it may take a straight line to pull out the electric cable to the wall where the relay box is installed, and it may be necessary to change the direction one or more times. In order to be able to cope with both, it is preferable to form a concave groove for accommodating the power cable in two directions intersecting the peripheral panel for floor heating so as to accommodate the bent portion of the power cable. .
By the way, when a floor foundation is a concrete slab, the temperature rise of the heating floor surface may be delayed by the heat radiation from the concrete slab. Therefore, it is desirable to laminate a heat insulating layer as a backer material on the back surface of a heater panel directly attached to a concrete slab. In order to improve the sound insulation performance, it is also desired to laminate a flexible material such as a nonwoven fabric as a backer material.
Therefore, also in the floor heating peripheral panel according to the present invention used together with such an electric floor heating heater panel, the back surface of the wooden substrate is composed of at least two layers of a nonwoven fabric layer and a resin foam layer. It is desirable to laminate the backer material to be used. Here, the layer made of a non-woven fabric mainly fulfills a function of improving the sound insulation performance, and the layer made of a resin foam mainly fulfills a function of ensuring heat insulation.
By making the backer material into such a multilayer structure, it is possible to obtain a floor heating peripheral panel that satisfies both the sound insulation performance and the heat insulation performance, and even when directly applied to the concrete slab surface, the electric heating floor As a whole, it is possible to minimize heat dissipation from the concrete slab side while maintaining high sound insulation performance, and high thermal efficiency can be obtained.
In the floor heating peripheral panel of the present invention, preferably, the resin foam is adjusted such that the amount of sinking with respect to the same load from above is smaller than that of the nonwoven fabric layer. More preferably, the load or the load generated by a person walking on the floor in a normal state (for example, a load acting when a 70 kg person walks) has a density or a so that the sinking amount is substantially zero. A resin foam whose foaming ratio is adjusted is used as the resin foam layer. Thereby, it is possible to completely avoid a phenomenon in which the feeling of walking is deteriorated due to the excessive sinking amount while ensuring sufficient sound insulation performance by the flexible nonwoven fabric layer.
Preferably, for example, a nonwoven fabric made of polyester fiber is used for the nonwoven fabric layer. There is no limitation on the resin type of the resin foam layer, but PET and PS are preferable from the viewpoint of cost and environment. The thickness is about 2 to 5 mm for the non-woven fabric layer, about 2 to 5 mm for the resin foam layer, and about 5 to 10 mm for the entire backer material, with no load from above. The layer structure of the backer material may be a two-layer structure in which the wooden substrate side is a nonwoven fabric layer and the floor base side is a resin foam layer, or may be a three-layer structure in which both sides of the nonwoven fabric layer are sandwiched between resin foam layers. Bonding between the layers can be performed with an adhesive such as urethane resin.
It is known that sound insulation performance can be secured by providing a large number of slits on the back surface of a wooden floor material to provide flexibility. It is preferable to adopt this technique also in the floor heating peripheral panel according to the present invention, and the sound insulation performance can be further improved.
In addition, when the floor heating peripheral panel according to the present invention having the above-described backer material structure or narrow groove structure is used for actual floor heating construction, the heater panel used simultaneously and the non-stick heater panel have the same configuration. It is highly desirable if not necessary to have a backer material structure or a narrow groove structure. Thereby, it is possible to easily obtain an electric floor heating structure excellent in heat insulation and sound insulation.
By using the floor heating peripheral panel according to the present invention, it is possible to greatly reduce the construction cost of the electric floor heating, particularly the construction cost in the case of the direct attachment type. Moreover, it is possible to easily cope with a sudden design change at the construction site. In the case of a floor heating peripheral panel having a multilayered backer material on the back surface, both high heat insulation performance and sound insulation performance can be ensured even when directly applied to a concrete slab surface.
Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of a floor heating peripheral panel according to the present invention and a floor heating direct pasting construction method using the same will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a schematic view showing an example of an electric direct-attached floor heating structure constructed using a floor heating peripheral panel according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a plan view showing an example of a floor heating peripheral panel. 2a), a rear view (FIG. 2b) and a cross-sectional view taken along line cc of FIG. 2a (FIG. 2c). FIG. 3 is a side view and a plan view showing an example of a floor heating heater panel recommended for use with the floor heating peripheral panel of the present invention.
In the electric direct sticking floor heating structure shown in FIG. 1, C is a concrete slab, and as described in FIG. 6, the sticking heater panel A <b> 1, the heater panel A, and the sticking heater panel A <b> 2. And the peripheral panel B are directly pasted. Each panel A1, A, A2, B may be a conventionally used heater panel or peripheral panel as shown in FIG. 7, but in this example, as shown in FIG. A panel in which a
At the time of construction, the pasting heater panel A2 is directly pasted on the concrete slab C in the same manner as before. Thereafter, the
The floor heating peripheral panel B1 shown in FIG. 2 will be described. The floor heating peripheral panel B1 is formed as a single piece by assembling a long
The
By using the floor heating peripheral panel B1 provided with such
In the illustrated example, the floor heating peripheral panel B1 according to the present invention is used only for the peripheral panel facing the non-stick heater panel A2. However, the present invention is also applied to all or other peripheral panels. The floor heating peripheral panel B1 may be used. Thereby, in the case where the mounting position of the
Next, the merit of the
The heater panel A shown in FIG. 3 may be the same as the conventional heater panel shown in FIG. 7 except for the configuration of the
The
The heater panel A (and the floor heating peripheral panel B1, peripheral panel B, etc.) provided with the
