そのために次のような問題点があった。
イ．片手にマスカラ容器を持ち、もう片手でマスカラを塗っていたので、まぶたに付いたりまつ毛の根元が塗りにくかったり、上手く塗ることができなかった。
ロ．マスカラ容器を適当な場所に置いたりすると、安定せず倒れて中身のマスカラ液がこぼれてしまっていた。

本発明を使用する時は、マスカラ容器をフレーム（１）の中に入れ立てかけておけるので両手が使える。両手だと片手でまぶたを持ち上げながらもう片手でマスカラが塗れるのでまぶたに付かず、まつ毛の根元からしっかりきれいに塗れる。また、フレーム（１）が傾斜しておりマスカラ容器が入れやすい上、支持部（２）の下部の湾曲と球体（３）を設ける事により、重みが増しさらに安定を得られ、また安全でもある。マスカラを２度、３度塗りする時も容器を立てかけたままマスカラ液をつけ足すことができる。なお、図３に示すように、支持部（２）の下部に受け部（４）を設けても良い。また、図５に示すようにフレーム（１）と支持部（２）の代わりに筒（５）を設けても良い。Embodiments of the present invention will be described below.
