鋼帯はそのまま直接に二つ折り体又は中折れ体に固定してもよいし、二つ折り体又は中折れ体が柔らかいものの場合には固い別の部材を介して固定してもよい。また固定の方法も鋼帯が位置ずれしないのであれば特別に固定手段を用いなくても良い。
