Description

The present invention relates to a polyester composite false twisted crimped yarn capable of imparting a spun-like texture having a dry feeling, a soft feeling, a soft feeling and a high-class feeling to a woven or knitted fabric, a production method thereof, and the false twisted crimped yarn. Containing woven or knitted fabric.

In general, woven and knitted fabrics made of polyester fibers have a monotonous appearance and a slimy texture, so many proposals to give the woven and knitted fabric the appearance and texture of natural fibers such as cotton and linen. Has been made.
For example, as a span-like composite processed yarn, a plurality of polyester unstretched yarns containing an appropriate amount of inorganic fine particles are combined and subjected to entanglement treatment, and then a span obtained by performing simultaneous simultaneous false twisting and raising processing Like processed yarn is proposed (for example, refer to patent documents 1). However, the spun-like processed yarn disclosed in Patent Document 1 has many entangled portions that are entangled three-dimensionally due to the entanglement process, so that the yarn becomes hard, and a soft feeling is sufficient when a woven or knitted fabric is obtained. The so-called interlace marks are conspicuous on the surface of the woven or knitted fabric, and there is a tendency that it becomes rough.
Therefore, there has been proposed a spun-like composite processed yarn that gives excellent dry feeling and fluffiness when made into a woven or knitted fabric and does not generate white streaks on the surface of the woven or knitted fabric (see, for example, Patent Document 2). However, since the mixed filament yarns are not uniform, spots are likely to occur on the surface of the woven or knitted fabric, which is insufficient in terms of high-quality feeling.

The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems in the background art, and provides a polyester composite false twisted crimped yarn capable of imparting a spun-like texture having a dry feeling, a fluffy feeling, a soft feeling, and a high-class feeling to a woven or knitted fabric. An object of the present invention is to provide a manufacturing method thereof and a woven or knitted fabric including the false twisted crimped yarn.

The present invention is a polyester composite false twisted crimped yarn composed of a polyester highly oriented undrawn yarn and a polyester drawn yarn having a titanium dioxide content of 1.5 to 3.0% by mass, and the false twisted crimped yarn A polyester composite false-twisted crimped yarn characterized by having a hot water shrinkage of 5 to 15%, a number of entangled portions of less than 5 / m, and the yarns are not substantially separated. is there.
Furthermore, the present invention draws two or more highly oriented polyester undrawn yarns having a birefringence of 0.03 or more and 0.08 or less and a titanium dioxide content of 1.5 to 3.0% by mass. , After stretching without heating at a draw ratio of 1.1 times to 1.5 times, and then joining with a drawn polyester yarn having a hot water shrinkage of 10 to 30%, the yarns do not fuse together In the method for producing a polyester composite false twisted crimped yarn, overfeed false twisting is performed at a temperature.

The present invention provides a polyester fiber or a woven or knitted fabric containing the fiber with a spun-like texture that has a dry feeling, a squeaky feeling, a soft feeling, and a high-class feeling that cannot be obtained with a conventional polyester false twisted crimped yarn. It is possible and the value given to the costume field is great.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be specifically described.

The polyester composite false-twisted crimped yarn of the present invention comprises a polyester highly oriented undrawn yarn having a titanium dioxide content of 1.5 to 3.0% by mass, preferably 1.7 to 2.5% by mass, and a polyester drawn yarn. It is necessary to consist of. That is, the polyester composite false twisted crimped yarn of the present invention is made into a woven or knitted fabric and then subjected to heat treatment such as a dyeing process under the restraint of the woven or knitted fabric structure, whereby one constituent yarn of the composite false twisted crimped yarn The polyester drawn yarn is relatively greatly shrunk. As a result, the polyester highly oriented unstretched yarn is disposed on the surface of the woven or knitted fabric, and a dry texture can be exhibited. When the content of titanium dioxide in the polyester highly oriented undrawn yarn is less than 1.5% by mass, the intended dry feeling cannot be imparted to the woven or knitted fabric. The yarn quality is low and cannot be used practically. Further, the fineness ratio D1 / D2 of the polyester highly oriented undrawn yarn D1 and the polyester drawn yarn D2 is not particularly limited, but the polyester highly oriented undrawn yarn is effectively disposed on the surface of the woven or knitted fabric after heat treatment. In consideration of this, the fineness ratio D1 / D2 is preferably 1.5 to 5, and more preferably 2 to 4.

The polyester composite false-twisted crimped yarn of the present invention requires that the hot-water shrinkage of the false-twisted crimped yarn is 5 to 15%. Polyester highly oriented unstretched yarn can be effectively placed on the surface of the woven or knitted fabric, and it is possible to impart dry feeling, squeaky feeling and soft feeling to the woven or knitted fabric. It is not possible to obtain a dry feeling, squeaky feeling and soft feeling. Moreover, when the hot water shrinkage rate exceeds 15%, the float of the sheath yarn increases, and the texture of the fabric is fluffy.

Furthermore, in the polyester composite false twisted crimped yarn of the present invention, it is important that the number of entangled portions is less than 5 / m, and the yarns are not substantially separated from each other. If it exceeds 5 pcs / m, the three-dimensional entanglement will increase and the yarn will become hard, and the soft feeling will be reduced when a woven or knitted fabric is obtained. In addition, since the yarns are not substantially separated, the post-processability such as knitting and weaving is improved, and the occurrence of glossy spots and dyeing spots that cause product defects when woven or knitted is prevented. This makes it possible to give a high-class feeling to the woven or knitted fabric.

The number of entanglements was measured as follows. That is, when a sample length of 1 m was prepared with a load of 0.88 CN / dtex, and the yarn was floated on a container filled with water, the unentangled part opened more than the original thickness, while the entangled part was The number of entangled parts is visually read using the property of not opening.
In addition, “substantially not separated” means that the yarns constituting the polyester composite false twisted crimped yarn are not separated in a state where both ends of the processed yarn having an appropriate length are held and loosened. It means a state of being mixed and indistinguishable.

The highly oriented polyester undrawn yarn and the drawn polyester yarn constituting the polyester composite false twisted crimped yarn of the present invention are not particularly limited in the configuration fiber cross-sectional shape, fineness, and configuration filament number. Moreover, it is possible to contain and / or attach an oil agent, an additive, a copolymer substance, etc. as needed within the scope of the object of the present invention.

Of course, the polyester composite false twisted crimped yarn of the present invention may be used as it is for woven or knitted fabrics, and the processed yarn may be used as a twisted yarn, a twisted yarn with other fibers, or a composite yarn.

Next, the manufacturing method of the polyester composite false twist crimped yarn of this invention is demonstrated.

The polyester composite false-twisted crimped yarn of the present invention is a polyester highly oriented undrawn yarn having a birefringence of 0.03 to 0.08 and a titanium dioxide content of 1.5 to 3.0% by mass. Are drawn without heating at a draw ratio of 1.1 to 1.5 times, and then combined with a polyester drawn yarn having a hot water shrinkage of 10 to 30%. It is manufactured by performing overfeed false twisting at a temperature at which the yarns are not fused together.

Two or more highly oriented polyester unstretched yarns having a birefringence of 0.03 or more and 0.08 or less and a titanium dioxide content of 1.5% by mass or more are drawn to 1.1 times or more and 1. By stretching without heating at a draw ratio of 5 times or less, a very natural uneven stretch portion is formed on the polyester highly oriented unstretched yarn. Next, after blending with a drawn polyester yarn having a hot water shrinkage rate of 12% or more, by performing overfeed false twisting at a temperature at which the yarns are not fused to each other, uneven stretching of the highly oriented polyester yarn is performed. Due to the form and the difference in elongation between the polyester highly oriented undrawn yarn and the polyester drawn yarn, false twisting is imparted, and so-called migration occurs between the filaments forming the yarn, and the filaments mutually The polyester composite false-twisted crimped yarn of the present invention that is entangled and not substantially separated is obtained.

When the birefringence of the polyester highly oriented undrawn yarn is less than 0.03, the internal structure of the fiber is unstable, which causes a problem in that the yarn quality changes with time, stain spots, and the like occur. On the other hand, when the birefringence index exceeds 0.08, natural stretching becomes difficult when stretching without heating. If the hot water shrinkage rate of the drawn polyester yarn is less than 10%, the heat shrinkage rate of the yarn is greatly reduced by heat fixation during false twisting, and the hot water necessary for the polyester composite false twist crimped yarn of the present invention Shrinkage cannot be obtained. On the other hand, if it exceeds 30%, the hot water shrinkage remains even after processing, and the yarn of the present invention cannot be obtained. Further, under the false twisting temperature at which fusion is performed, a fused portion is formed in the obtained polyester composite false twisted crimped yarn, and when it is made into a woven or knitted fabric, a so-called rough woven or knitted fabric is obtained.

The polyester highly oriented undrawn yarn of the present invention can be obtained, for example, by winding at a spinning speed of 2000 to 3500 m / min without drawing.

In the method for producing the polyester composite false twisted crimped yarn of the present invention, the false twist method is not particularly limited, and a known method such as a pin method, a friction method, an air swirl flow method or the like can be employed. Moreover, it is also possible to heat-set using a 2nd heater after false twisting according to the objectives, such as post-process passage property by reduction of false twisting torque.

What is necessary is just to determine the mixing rate and the woven / knitted fabric structure of the woven / knitted fabric containing the polyester composite false-twisted crimped yarn of the present invention as long as the desired texture and the product appearance can be obtained. Also, a woven or knitted fabric composed of the composite false twisted crimped yarn of the present invention alone, a woven or knitted fabric composed of a twisted yarn of the crimped yarn and other fibers, or a woven or knitted fabric using the crimped yarn as a part of the woven or knitted fabric. It is possible to obtain various woven and knitted fabrics within the range where the effect of the composite false twisted crimped yarn of the present invention can be obtained.

Two polyester unoriented yarns (90 dtex / 48F, birefringence: 0.042, titanium dioxide content: 2% by mass) obtained by a usual melt spinning method from a resin mainly composed of ethylene terephthalate are aligned. After stretching to 1.3 times the original length without heating, it is subsequently combined with a polyester stretched yarn (56 dtex / 12F, hot water shrinkage of 18%) and supplied to the false twisted region. The polyester composite false twist is processed under false twist conditions of speed 90m / min, false twist overfeed rate (OF) 3%, false twist 1st heater temperature 150 ° C, false twist number 1500T / m, winding speed 85m / min. A crimped yarn was obtained.
The obtained polyester composite false twisted crimped yarn had a hot water shrinkage of 5.9%, the number of entangled portions was 0.2 / m, and the yarn was not substantially separated. .
The false twisted yarn thus obtained was used to form a knitted fabric by the above-described method, and scouring under the above-mentioned conditions (scouring agent score roll 700 (manufactured by Kao Corporation)), then disperse dye (Terasil Navy Blue ( As a result of evaluating the texture after dyeing using Ciba-Geigy Japan)), there is no particular problem during knitting, and the knitted fabric has a spun-like texture that combines dryness, softness, softness and luxury. I had it.

Two polyester highly oriented undrawn yarns similar to those used in Example 1 were drawn and stretched without heating at a draw ratio of 1.3 times, and then air entangled with an ordinary interlace nozzle ( (Air pressure: 0.4 MPa), and subsequently combined with a drawn polyester yarn (56 dtex / 12 F, hot water shrinkage: 18%) and supplied to the false twisting region, processing speed of 90 m / min, Processing was performed under the conditions of false twisting 1%, false twist 1st heater temperature 150 ° C., false twist number 1500 T / m, and winding speed 85 m / min to obtain a polyester composite false twist crimped yarn.

As a result of evaluating the texture in the same manner as in Example 1 using the false twisted yarn obtained in this example, there was no particular problem at the time of knitting, and the knitted fabric had a dry feeling and a fluffy feeling. Along with the formation of the part, the texture was slightly lacking in softness and the interlace marks were conspicuous on the knitted surface.
