Description

The present invention relates to a bottled liquid quality maintaining device that can be attached to an opening of a bottle filled with a beverage liquid such as wine or sake, and can maintain the quality of the beverage liquid over a long period of time after opening, and equipped with the same Related to the heat insulation device.

In general, brewed liquors such as wine and sake are said to have a faster quality deterioration related to taste and aroma due to oxidation, etc. compared to distilled liquors. Avoid contact with air and avoid problems such as nitrogen gas and argon. It is widely known that a method of storing in an active gas environment (for example, see Patent Document 1) is effective. Therefore, some of these beverage liquids supplied mainly in bottles deteriorate in quality by replacing the air inside the bottles with nitrogen gas or inert gas at the time of filling, or filling the liquid under vacuum. The processing method which prevents this is in practical use.

However, the above processing method is effective in the distribution process until the bottle is delivered from the beverage liquid manufacturer to the end consumer, but it is not effective for storage after the bottle is opened once. There was a problem. That is, since it cannot be filled again with nitrogen gas or inert gas, or cannot be evacuated by sucking air, deterioration due to contact with air cannot be avoided. Also, some wines are not filled with nitrogen gas or inert gas at the time of filling, or are not vacuumed. Especially for expensive wines, take time slowly in small portions. There was no way to satisfy consumers' desire to taste.

On the other hand, a liquor server that supplies small amounts of liquor in a bottle has also been proposed (see, for example, Patent Documents 2 and 3). However, this type of server is equipped with a cooling device and heating device for supplying liquor at an appropriate temperature, an electromagnetic pump for dispensing beverage liquid, and a gas cylinder for each bottle. There are problems that the installation of the bottle and the movement of the apparatus (that is, the carrying of the bottle) are inconvenient and the production cost is high.

Therefore, if you want to drink a small amount of the liquid for drinking in multiple bottles at home, etc., you must replace the bottles each time, except for purchasing multiple servers, and the work is complicated. Or there was a problem that contact between the liquid for drinking and air was unavoidable when replacing.

By the way, in recent years, small gas cylinders have become easily available, and it has become possible for consumers to fill nitrogen gas and inert gas at home.

Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and is easy to attach to the opening of the bottle. By connecting a general-purpose gas cylinder and injecting nitrogen gas or inert gas, the air inside the bottle is An object of the present invention is to provide a bottled liquid quality maintaining device that is replaced and that does not allow air (oxygen) to flow into the bottle even when the beverage is opened for dispensing, and a heat retaining device equipped therewith. Is.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a compact and inexpensive bottled liquid quality holding device capable of maintaining the pressure inside the bottle even after removing the gas cylinder after injecting nitrogen gas or inert gas, and a heat retaining device equipped with the same. Is.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the bottled liquid quality maintaining device of the present invention is detachable from an opening of a bottle containing a beverage liquid, and includes a cap part including a fixing means for maintaining airtightness, A gas injection pipe for injecting nitrogen gas or inert gas from the outside through the cap portion and being fixed so as to be inserted into the bottle, and a gas injection pipe disposed near the outside of the bottle on the side of the bottle. As well as the closing means to stop A leak pipe for leaking nitrogen gas or an inert gas which is fixed so as to be inserted into the bottle through the cap portion and pressurized and filled in the bottle, and the bottle of the leak pipe And a leak plug that is detachably fixed to the outer end and adjusts leakage of nitrogen gas or inert gas by opening and closing.

Moreover, the bottled liquid quality holding device of the present invention is the bottled liquid quality holding device according to claim 1, wherein the portion of the liquid dispensing pipe inserted into the bottle is a flexible material. It is formed by these.

Moreover, the bottled liquid quality maintaining device of the present invention is the bottled liquid quality maintaining device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the beverage dispensing liquid is provided at the inner end of the liquid dispensing pipe. A filter is provided for filtering impurities contained therein.

Further, the heat retaining device of the present invention is a heat retaining device provided with a cooling means or a heating means for keeping the temperature in the warehouse constant, and the liquid dispensing pipe projects from the outer top surface of the heat retaining apparatus. As described above, at least one bottled liquid quality maintaining device according to any one of claims 1 to 3 is fixed to the inner top surface of the heat retaining device.

Moreover, the heat retaining device of the present invention is the heat retaining device according to claim 4, wherein the size of the bottle on which the bottled liquid quality holding device is mounted on the bottom surface immediately below the fixing position of the bottled liquid quality holding device. According to the present invention, a bottle support pedestal is provided, the height of the pedestal being adjustable.

According to the bottled liquid quality maintaining device of the present invention and the heat retaining device equipped with the same, nitrogen gas and inert gas are injected under pressure so as to replace the air inside the bottle. Therefore, contact with air is blocked even if the opening is performed, and quality deterioration such as oxidation of beverage liquid can be prevented over a long period of time. In addition, even in bottled beverage liquids that are not filled with nitrogen gas or inert gas when filled in the bottle or vacuumed, the bottled liquid quality of the present invention is maintained after the bottle is removed. If the appliance is attached, the air inside the bottle can be replaced with nitrogen gas or inert gas, and deterioration of quality can be prevented over a long period of time.

In addition, according to the bottled liquid quality maintaining device and the heat retaining device equipped with the same according to the present invention, the pressure inside the bottle can be maintained with only the device attached and detached, and the bottle can be carried. The quality of beverage liquid can be maintained stably over a long period of time even outdoors. In addition, for example, it is possible to store a wine bottle filled with nitrogen gas or inert gas in a heat retaining device with an appropriate temperature while wearing the apparatus, and stably maintain the quality for a longer period of time. be able to. Furthermore, since the utensils are compact and can be manufactured at low cost, if the utensils are attached to each bottle, the beverage liquid contained in the bottles can be taken in small amounts even at home.

Hereinafter, the bottled liquid quality maintaining device of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In all the drawings for explaining the embodiments, the same reference numerals are given to those having the same function, and the explanation will not be repeated.

[Embodiment 1] FIG. 1 is a view showing the appearance of a bottled liquid quality maintaining device according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention. The bottled liquid quality maintaining device 100 according to the first embodiment mainly includes a cap unit 1, a gas injection pipe 2, a liquid extraction pipe 3, a leak pipe 4, an injection pipe stopcock 5, an extraction pipe stopcock 6, and a leak The cap 7, the cap fixing screw 8, the support arm 9, the bottle fixing cushion 10, the cushion fixing screw 11, the filtration filter 12, and the like.

The cap unit 1 serves as a plug that covers the opening of the bottle when the bottled liquid quality maintaining device 100 is attached to the bottle, and the upper and side surfaces of an elastic body such as rubber formed in a substantially disk shape are covered with metal. It has a broken shape. A gas injection pipe 2, a liquid extraction pipe 3, and a leak pipe 4 are fixed to the cap portion 1 so as to pass therethrough. The gas injection pipe 2 is a pipe for injecting nitrogen gas or inert gas into the bottle by connecting to an external gas cylinder. The liquid pouring pipe 3 is a pipe for pouring the beverage liquid inside the bottle to the outside of the bottle. The leak pipe 4 is a pipe for leaking the gas inside the bottle to the outside. These tubes are made of metal or hard fluororesin. Moreover, it is preferable that the part 2a which protrudes in the bottle inner side of the gas injection pipe 2 and the part 3a which protrudes in the bottle inner side of the liquid pouring pipe 3 are formed of silicon rubber having flexibility. Further, an injection pipe stopcock 5 is provided in the vicinity of the bottle outer end portion of the gas injection pipe 2, a discharge pipe stopcock 6 is provided in the vicinity of the bottle outer end portion of the liquid discharge pipe 3, and a leak at the bottle outer end of the leak pipe 4. A cap 7 is provided. The injection pipe stopcock 5 controls opening and closing of nitrogen gas and inert gas supplied from an external gas cylinder into the bottle. The dispensing pipe stopcock 6 controls the opening and closing of the beverage liquid inside the bottle that is poured out of the bottle by the internal pressure of nitrogen gas or inert gas. The leak cap 7 is usually screwed into the leak pipe 4 to maintain airtightness. By opening the leak cap 7, the gas inside the bottle can be released to the outside of the bottle.

Covers the upper and side surfaces of the circular cap portion 1 and holds the cap portion 1 at the opening of the bottle at the center of the metal member for fixing the gas injection tube 2, the liquid discharge tube 3, and the leak tube 4. The end of the cap fixing screw 8 is pivotally attached. The cap fixing screw 8 is screwed into a metal support arm 9, and when the screw is rotated and screwed, the cap portion 1 is pushed down. Further, a cushion fixing screw 11 for screwing a bottle fixing cushion 10 formed of an elastic body such as rubber to the side surface of the opening of the bottle is screwed into both ends of the support arm 9. When both the cushion fixing screws 11 are rotated and screwed, the bottle and the bottled liquid quality holding device 100 are fixed.

Moreover, the filtration filter 12 which filters the impurity in the liquid for drinks is connected to the terminal of the liquid extraction pipe | tube 3a.

Next, FIG. 2 is a diagram showing a state in which the bottled liquid quality maintaining device according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention is attached to the bottle. In order to attach the bottled liquid quality holding device to the bottle 400, set the cap part 1 and the opening part of the bottle 400 to be in proper contact with each other, and first screw both cushion fixing screws 11 into the bottle 400 from the side. Next, the cap fixing screw 8 is screwed in, and the cap portion 1 is brought into close contact with the opening of the bottle 400.

Next, a procedure for injecting nitrogen gas or inert gas in a state where the bottled liquid quality maintaining device is mounted on the bottle 400 will be described. Here, a general-purpose nitrogen gas cylinder is used as an example. First, after confirming that the injection pipe stopcock 5 and the extraction pipe stopcock 6 are closed, a hose 40 connected to a nitrogen gas cylinder (not shown) is connected to the end of the gas injection pipe 2 outside the bottle. Next, the leak cap 7 is opened, the injection pipe stopcock 5 is opened little by little, and nitrogen gas is introduced into the bottle 400. Since the bottle 400 initially contains air, the air is discharged from the leak pipe 4 to the outside of the bottle 400 with the introduction of nitrogen gas. When the air is sufficiently discharged and the inside of the bottle is replaced with nitrogen gas, the leak cap 7 is closed. Thereafter, the injection pipe stopcock 5 is kept open and is filled with nitrogen gas under pressure. When the appropriate pressure is reached, the injection pipe stopcock 5 is closed. When the filling of the nitrogen gas is completed, the hose 40 is removed, and the bottle 400 is stored with the bottled liquid quality maintaining device attached. Since each bottle can be carried, it can be easily stored in a refrigerator set at an appropriate temperature.

When drinking the beverage liquid filled in the bottle, when the spout pipe stopcock 6 is opened, the beverage liquid is pushed out by the internal pressure of the nitrogen gas and flows out from the tip of the liquid spout pipe 3. Until the pressure in the bottle reaches the external pressure (1 atm), the beverage liquid can be poured out as many times as necessary by opening and closing the spout pipe stopcock 6. Moreover, even when it becomes impossible to pour out the beverage liquid by reducing the pressure, the inside of the bottle is the same as the outside air pressure, so that air does not flow back into the bottle. Furthermore, if nitrogen gas is pressure-injected again by the above procedure, the beverage liquid can be poured out by opening and closing the pouring pipe stopcock 6 again.

[Embodiment 2] FIG. 3 is a view showing the appearance of a bottled liquid quality maintaining device according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention. Compared with the bottled liquid quality holding device 100 of the first embodiment, the bottled liquid quality holding device 200 of the second embodiment has a configuration in which the attachment to the bottle and the fixing portion are simplified. The cap portion includes an upper cap 21 that fixes the gas injection pipe 2, the liquid pouring pipe 3, the leak pipe 4, and the like, and a substantially circular pipe-shaped lower cap 22 that is screwed into the upper cap 21. The upper cap 11 is formed of metal or the like, and a rubber packing 23 is provided on the inner top surface to maintain airtightness with the lower cap 22 to be connected. Further, the lower cap 22 is formed of an elastic body such as hard rubber, and a screw portion screwed into the upper cap 11 includes an insert member 24 formed of a metal such as stainless steel. A metal belt 26 to be restrained by a screw 25 is wound around the outer periphery of the portion of the lower cap 22 into which the bottle opening is inserted. By tightening the screw 25, the belt 26 restrains the lower cap 22, and the lower cap 22 can securely fix the bottle and maintain the airtightness.

To attach the bottled liquid quality holding device 200 to the bottle 400, first, the lower cap 22 is screwed into the upper cap 21, and then the opening of the bottle 400 is inserted with the screw 25 loosened. Then, the screw 25 is tightened to hold the cap portion and the bottle 400 together. In some cases, the bottle 400 may be inserted and restrained in the lower cap 22 and then screwed into the upper cap 21.

The procedure for injecting the nitrogen gas or the inert gas in the state where the bottle 400 is attached to the bottled liquid quality maintaining device 200 is the same as that in the first embodiment, and thus the description thereof is omitted. Further, since the operation procedure when drinking the beverage liquid filled in the bottle is the same as that of the first embodiment, the description thereof is omitted.
