Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to check whether a screw cap is removed by a mischief or the like by a visual inspection while the attaching and detaching work of the screw cap is facilitated.
SOLUTION: A spiral part 21a to be engaged with a screw part 11 of a container main body 10 is provided on a cylindrical part 21 of the screw cap 20, and a wavy part 22a to be engaged with a sawtooth-like part 12a and rotatable only in the clockwise direction is provided on a base part 22 below this, and both are connected with each other through a perforation 20a. When the screw cap 20 is rotated in the counterclockwise direction by a hand, the cylindrical part 21 is guided by the screw part 11 and is moved upward, and on the other hand, as the base part 22 can not be rotated, the perforation 20a is broken, and the cylindrical part 21 is divided from the base part 22 and is separated from the container main body 10. Under this condition, as the base part 22 is also movable upward, it is removed from the container main body 10. In order to fit the screw cap 20 to the container main body 10, it is enough to rotate this in the clockwise direction. It is possible to check an existence of the mischief by visually viewing whether the screw cap 20 is divided or not.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a screw cap attaching / detaching mechanism that is attached to and detached from a content storage container by manual operation, and a screw cap therefor, and in particular, a screw cap attaching / detaching mechanism that can check visually whether a screw cap has been removed due to mischief About.

In the present invention,
-A pump type that once takes the contents of the container body into the storage space part and then releases it to the external space by the action of the inlet valve on the inlet side and the outlet valve on the outlet side of the storage space part,
-An extrusion type in which the volume of the content storage space is reduced by the user pressing, for example, the peripheral surface portion of the container body, and the content therein is discharged to the external space,
It can be used for each product.

A mischief prevention mechanism has been disclosed for preventing mischiefs such as removing screw caps of pump-type containers containing contents such as shampoo and mixing in foreign matters (see, for example, Patent Document 1). .

In the conventional mischief prevention mechanism, both screw caps are firmly fitted so that they cannot be easily removed from the container body by hand.

Therefore, to remove the screw cap from the container body, for example, when refilling the contents, insert a jig into the lower edge of the screw cap, forcibly lift it upward, An operation is required in which a jig is applied to the upper edge of the cap and forcibly pushed into the container body.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-105953

As described above, the conventional mischief prevention mechanism has a problem that although the jig cap is required for removing the screw cap, it is possible to prevent mischief, but the content refilling operation itself is troublesome.

Therefore, in the present invention, the first is to simplify the screw cap attaching / detaching work, and a person who has seen a container displayed in a store or a container prepared in a hotel guest room, etc. When the screw cap of the container is removed due to the mischief of the above, the screw cap itself is divided from the initial “one piece” state, and even if the divided piece is attached to the container again after that, the visual inspection of the divided portion is performed. The purpose is to be able to check this mischief easily and reliably.

The present invention solves this problem as follows.
(1) A screw cap (for example, described later) is attached to a screw portion (for example, threaded portion 11 to be described later) on the peripheral surface of an opening (for example, to an opening 10a to be described later) of a content storage container (for example, a container body 10 to be described later). In the screw cap attaching / detaching mechanism in which the screw cap 20) is coupled in such a manner that it can be removed only by a manual operation, the screw cap is rotated in the mounting direction on the lower side portion of the screw portion on the peripheral surface of the opening. A unidirectional locking portion (for example, a sawtooth portion 12a to be described later) is formed which permits and prevents the screw cap once attached to the content container from rotating in the removing direction. The screw cap includes a screw coupling portion (for example, a spiral portion 21a to be described later) corresponding to the screw portion, and a unidirectional engagement corresponding to the locking portion below the screw coupling portion. Parts (for example, below the corrugated portion 22a), the cleaved by removal operation of the screw cap, the screw connection and the provision of the boundary portion of the engagement portion (e.g., below the perforations 20a).
(2) Screwed into a screw portion (for example, a screw portion 11 described later) on the side surface of an opening (for example, an opening portion 10a described later) of a contents storage container (for example, a container body 10 described later) in a manner that can be removed only by manual operation. In a screw cap (for example, a screw cap 20 described later), a screw coupling portion (for example, a spiral portion 21a described later) corresponding to the screw portion, and a unidirectional locked portion (below the screw coupling portion) ( For example, it has a wavy portion 22a), which will be described later, and a boundary portion (for example, a perforation 20a, which will be described later) between the screw coupling portion and the locked portion, which is cut by an operation of removing the screw cap. The locked portion allows the screw cap to turn in the mounting direction at a lower portion of the opening-side peripheral surface than the screw portion, and is once attached to the content storage container. Before Screw cap is formed in a manner that prevents the pivoting to its removal direction corresponds to the direction of the locking portion (e.g., serrations 12a which will be described later).

In the present invention, since the screw cap can be removed manually as described above, the contents can be refilled easily.

Further, since the screw cap is divided by the rotation operation in the removal direction of the screw cap, it is possible to check whether the screw cap has been removed by mischief, for example, by visually observing this.

In these figures,
1 is a pump container that is used repeatedly by refilling the contents,
Reference numeral 10 denotes a container main body, 10a accommodates an operation member 30 to be described later and an opening for refilling contents, and 11 denotes a cylindrical portion 21 of a screw cap 20 to be described later which is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the opening. A screw portion for rotating counterclockwise, 12 is a shoulder portion having a diameter larger than that of the screw portion, and 12a is formed around the shoulder portion in a clockwise direction so that a base portion 22 of a screw cap 20 to be described later is formed. A sawtooth portion for rotating only in the clockwise direction, 12b is a convex curved surface portion formed so as to spread outward in the clockwise direction of the sawtooth portion, 12c is a step portion following the convex curved surface portion,
20 is a screw cap for opening / closing the opening 10a of the container body 10, and 20a is broken by turning the screw cap 20 counterclockwise when the opening 10a of the container body 10 is opened. 21 is a cylindrical portion that is separated by breakage of the perforation; 21a is a spiral portion that is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion and engages with the screw portion 11 of the container body 10; Is a base formed with a diameter larger than that of the cylindrical portion 21, 22a is a wavy portion corresponding to the sawtooth portion 12a, 22b is a concave curved surface portion corresponding to the convex curved portion 12b of the sawtooth portion 12a, 22c is an upright portion having a shape corresponding to the step portion 12c of the serrated portion 12a,
Reference numeral 30 denotes an operation member for discharging the contents to the external space.

Here, the clockwise direction and the counterclockwise direction are the rotation direction when the opening 10a of the container body 10 is viewed from above, or the cylindrical portion 21 when viewed from above with the base 22 of the screw cap 20 facing down. Is the direction of rotation.

The pump container 1 is configured so that, for example, it can be visually confirmed whether or not a mischief such as mixing a foreign substance into the container body 10 is performed while the screw cap 20 can be attached and detached manually.

As shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B, the cylindrical portion 21 and the base portion 22 of the screw cap 20 are connected by a perforation 20a, and the screw cap and the container body 10 are
-The spiral portion 21a of the cylindrical portion 21 is engaged with the screw portion 11,
The concave curved surface portion 22b and the upright portion 22c of the waved portion 22a of the base portion 22 engage with the convex curved surface portion 12b and the stepped portion 12c of the sawtooth portion 12a of the shoulder portion 12, respectively.
It is an aspect.

Here, the cylindrical portion 21 and the base portion 22 of the screw cap 20 need only be connected so as to be separable by hand. For example, instead of the perforation 20a, a boundary portion between the cylindrical portion 21 and the base portion 22 is provided. You may form thinly.

And with such a configuration,
The cylindrical portion 21 of the screw cap 20 can be moved up and down by rotating clockwise and counterclockwise with respect to the container body 10.
The base 22 of the screw cap 20 can be rotated clockwise with respect to the container body 10, but cannot be rotated counterclockwise.
-The cylindrical part 21 and the base part 22 are easily separated by the perforation 20a.

It should be noted that the base 22 of the screw cap 20 does not simply turn counterclockwise between the container body 10 and the screw coupling portion when the cylindrical portion 21 is removed due to the break of the perforation 20a. Yes, the container body 10 can be moved upward.

As shown in FIG. 1A, when the cylindrical portion 21 of the screw cap 20 is held by hand and rotated counterclockwise,
-The spiral portion 21a rotates counterclockwise in the form guided by the screw portion 11 of the container body 10,
The upright portion 22 c of the base portion 22 engages with the step portion 12 c of the shoulder portion 12 and cannot rotate counterclockwise with respect to the container body 10.

As a result, as shown in FIG.
The perforation 20a is broken and the cylindrical portion 21 is separated,
The cylindrical portion 21 moves upward as the spiral portion 21 a is guided by the screw portion 11 and is detached from the container body 10.

Therefore, the operation member 30 can be removed from the container main body 10, and the contents can be refilled from the opening 10a.

In this state, the base 22 of the screw cap 20 remains in the container main body 10, but as described above, it can be removed from the container main body 10 by moving the base 22 upward as it is (see FIG. 2B). ).

The refilling of the contents may be performed with only the cylindrical portion 21 of the screw cap 20 removed, or may be performed with the base portion 22 also removed.

In order to attach the screw cap 20 to the container main body 10 after refilling the contents, it is only necessary to put the screw cap 20 on the opening 10a of the container main body 10 and rotate the screw cap clockwise by hand.

At this time, the screw cap 20 is
-The spiral portion 21a of the cylindrical portion 21 is screwed into the screw portion 11 while the base portion 22 idles the outer portion away from the screw portion 11 of the container body 10, and moves downward.
When the base portion 22 is lowered to the position of the shoulder portion 12, the upright portion 22c of the wavy portion 22a formed on the inner peripheral surface of the base portion is guided to the convex curved surface portion 12b of the sawtooth portion 12a of the shoulder portion. Will be
-Ultimately, the upright portion 22c of the base portion 22 is engaged with the step portion 12c of the shoulder portion 12,
It is attached to the container body 10.

The base portion 22 of the screw cap 20 can be smoothly engaged with the shoulder portion 12 without being caught by the screw portion 11 because the base portion 22 has a larger diameter than the cylindrical portion 21 (which engages with the screw portion 11).

In addition, when a mischief such as mixing foreign matter into the pump container 1 is performed, the perforation 20a is broken and the screw cap 20 is formed in the cylindrical portion 21 in the same manner as the above-described content refilling operation with the removal of the screw cap. And the base 22.

Therefore, even if the screw cap 20 is attached to the container body 10 again after the mischief, since the screw cap has already been separated, it can be confirmed that the pump container 1 has been opened by mischief by viewing it.

Note that the user may be notified of the fact that the perforation 20a is to be used after confirming whether or not the perforation 20a has been broken.

Products with the above-mentioned rotation prevention mechanism include cleaning agents, cleaning agents, deodorants, antiperspirants, repellents (insecticides), pharmaceuticals, quasi drugs, cooling agents, muscle anti-inflammatory agents, cosmetics, There are hair supplies, hair dyes, laundry glue, etc.

As the contents stored in the container body, metal salt powder, inorganic powder, resin powder, or the like is used. For example, talc, kaolin, aluminum hydroxychloride (aluminum salt), barium sulfate, cellulose, and a mixture thereof. In addition, ultraviolet absorbers, oily raw materials, surfactants, humectants, polymer compounds, antioxidants, sequestering agents, and the like are also used.

It is explanatory drawing of the pump container which attached the screw cap to the container main body, (a) is a mode of the coupling | bonding of a screw cap and a container main body, (b) has shown A-A 'sectional drawing. It is explanatory drawing when removing a screw cap from a container main body, (a) is a state when removing the cylindrical part of a screw cap from a container main body, (b) is a state when removing the base of a screw cap from a container main body.
