Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a control device for a hybrid vehicle including an engine and a travel motor that calculates a travel distance of the vehicle based on an output of a rotation angle sensor of the travel motor.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, parking assist control by automatic steering that performs steering angle control based on a detected value of the amount of backward movement of a vehicle is known (see, for example, Patent Document 1). In this conventional parking assistance control technology, the detection value of the wheel rotation angle sensor is used to detect the backward movement amount of the vehicle (that is, the movement amount of the vehicle).
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 3-14766
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Here, with the wheel speed sensor of a magnet pickup type generally used in this field, it is difficult to accurately detect the amount of movement of the vehicle during low speed traveling such as during parking assist control. There is. On the other hand, in recent years, semiconductor-type wheel speed sensors (so-called active wheel speed sensors) that can be accurately detected even during low-speed traveling have been developed.
[0005]
By the way, when the parking assistance control as described above is realized by a vehicle using a motor and an internal combustion engine (engine) as a power source, that is, a hybrid vehicle, the rotation angle of the motor is detected without using the active wheel speed sensor described above. It is possible to detect the amount of movement of the vehicle using the output value of the rotation angle sensor. The rotation angle sensor of the motor can be accurately detected during low-speed traveling, and is advantageous for accurately detecting the movement amount of the vehicle.
[0006]
However, in a hybrid vehicle, the engine is stopped / started depending on the state of charge of the battery. However, noise is generated in the output of the rotation angle sensor of the motor due to vibration generated when the engine is stopped / started. May be superimposed. That is, when the rotation angle sensor output is used in calculating the travel amount of the hybrid vehicle, the calculation accuracy may be deteriorated due to vibrations generated when the engine is stopped / started.
[0007]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to accurately calculate the travel movement amount of a hybrid vehicle.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problem, according to one aspect of the present invention, a hybrid vehicle including an engine and a traveling motor, which calculates a traveling amount of the vehicle based on an output of a rotation angle sensor of the traveling motor. A device,
When a stop or activation of the engine in a vehicle stop state is detected, a travel movement amount calculation based on the rotation angle sensor output is temporarily stopped, and a control device is provided.
[0009]
According to the above aspect, the disturbance in sensor output caused by the vibration associated with the stop or start of the engine is not reflected in the calculation of the travel distance, so that it is possible to ensure good travel distance calculation accuracy. Here, temporarily stopping the travel movement amount calculation includes not performing the travel movement amount calculation for a predetermined time, or setting the travel movement amount for the predetermined time to zero (that is, the vehicle stopped state). .
[0010]
The travel distance calculated in this way may be used for calculating the current position of the vehicle. For example, when automatic steering control is performed by determining a target steering angle based on the calculated travel distance, the reliability and accuracy of the automatic steering control are improved. In addition, the inconvenience that the travel angle increases and the steering angle is controlled even though the vehicle is not traveling due to the disturbance of the sensor output due to the vibration accompanying the stop or start of the engine is avoided. Is done.
