Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an improvement in a structure for mounting a cap member on an upper surface portion of an object to be packed when a refrigerator or the like is packed with a cap member and a base member.
In the conventional packing structure described in Patent Document 1, the positioning of the cap member with respect to the packaged object is not necessarily reliable, and there is a risk of causing a displacement.
The features of the packaging structure adopted by the present invention in order to solve the conventional problems include a cap member mounted on an upper surface portion of an object to be packed, a base member on which the object to be packed is placed, It consists of a band member for bridging between the cap member and the base member and integrated with the packaged object, forming a hole or protrusion on the upper surface part of the packaged object, and on the bottom surface part of the cap member, Protrusions or holes that fit into the holes or protrusions on the top surface of the packaged object are formed. The cap member can be composed of a plurality of divided parts.
Since the packing structure according to the present invention is configured to fit the hole and the protrusion formed between the bottom surface portion of the cap member and the top surface portion of the object to be packed, the cap member can be easily positioned. Moreover, the displacement of the cap member does not easily occur.
When the cap member is composed of a plurality of divided parts, it can be used in common for objects to be packed having different width dimensions (or depth dimensions). Moreover, since the cap member is reduced in size, it contributes to resource saving.
[First Embodiment]
1 to 4 show an embodiment of a packing structure according to the present invention. The packing structure includes a cap member 10 mounted on an upper surface portion of an object to be packed R such as a refrigerator, and a base member 30 on which the object to be packed R is placed. These are band members 40 (see FIG. 4). And are integrated by fastening. The main part of the cap member 10 is made of, for example, corrugated cardboard, and spacers 11 such as plates are fixed to the four corners of the bottom part with an adhesive or staples. The base member 30 is made of, for example, a plate or a square member.
As shown in FIG. 2, the packing structure of this example is provided with a protrusion 12 on the cap member 10, and an opening 21 corresponding to the protrusion 12 is formed on the upper surface portion s of the article R to be packed. The feature is to make it. As a means for providing the protrusion 12 on the cap member 10, a structure in which a bolt is screwed to the spacer 11 fixed to the bottom surface portion so that the tip protrudes downward is conceivable. On the other hand, as a means for forming the opening 21 in the upper surface portion s of the article to be packed R, a hole may be directly drilled in the upper surface portion s of the article to be packed. Or the structure which fixes to the to-be-packaged goods upper surface part s by welding, and forms the opening 21 in the upper end surface of this standing member 20 can be considered. Depending on the situation, it is not hindered to form a hole on the spacer 11 side and a bolt on the upright member 20 side so that the relationship between the protrusion 12 and the opening 21 is reversed.
In addition, it is desirable to provide a fitting structure including a projection and an opening similar to those described above between the base member 30 and the packaged object R. That is, as shown in FIG. 3, a bolt 22 or the like is screwed to the bottom surface portion t of the packaged object R to provide the projection 22, and an opening 31 is formed at a position corresponding to the projection 22 on the upper surface portion of the base member 30. And both can be fitted.
In order to pack an object to be packed R such as a refrigerator based on the present invention configured as described above, first, the object to be packed R is placed on the base member 30. At this time. The protrusion 22 on the bottom surface portion of the article to be packed R is fitted into the opening 31 of the base member 30. Subsequently, the cap member 10 is mounted on the upright member 20 erected on the upper surface portion s of the article R to be packed. At this time, the protrusion 12 of the cap member 10 is fitted into the opening 21 of the standing member 20. Thereby, positioning with respect to the to-be-packaged goods R of the cap member 10 is made easily and reliably. Finally, when the band member 40 is wound and fastened, a packaging structure in which the cap member 10, the base member 30, and the packaged object R are integrated as shown in FIG. 4 is completed. Since the cap member 10 having such a packing structure is mounted on the article to be packed R by a fitting structure, there is no possibility of causing a positional shift even if the cap member 10 is subjected to vibration during conveyance.
[Second Embodiment]
As illustrated in FIGS. 5 and 6, it is also conceivable that the cap member 10 includes a plurality of divided portions 13 and 13. In this example, a configuration in which the cap member 10 is divided into two parts and the divided parts 13 and 13 are respectively attached to the left and right side edges of the upper surface portion s of the article R to be packaged. However, depending on the conditions, it is not disturbed that the portion is divided into three parts, four parts or more.
Each of the divided portions 13 and 13 of the cap member 10 is made of, for example, synthetic resin or wood, and can be fitted into the opening 21 of the standing member 20 by inserting the bolt 14 from the upper surface and projecting it downward. It consists of a protrusion. Further, the cap member 10 is formed with a groove 15 for determining a position where the band member 40 is bridged.
In the packaging structure of the present example, the cap member 10 is composed of two divided portions 13 and 13, so that the same cap member 10 can be used in common for items having different width dimensions of the packaged object R. The advantage that it can be obtained. Moreover, when the structure which mounts | segments the division parts 13 and 13 of the cap member 10 to the front-and-rear edge of the to-be-packaged object R upper surface part s is employ | adopted, the common cap member 10 with respect to the to-be-packaged goods R from which a depth dimension differs It becomes possible to apply. Further, when the configuration in which the cap member 10 is divided into four parts and disposed at the four corners of the upper surface portion s of the package object, even if both the width dimension and the depth dimension of the package object R are different, one type of the cap member 10 is used. It is possible to cope with the cap member 10.
The present invention can be applied to packaging structures such as refrigerators and washing machines in addition to refrigerators.
