Description

The present invention is a system capable of continuously and stably delivering a liquid stored in a plurality of container units in an environment where the liquid is continuously delivered at a set liquid delivery speed.

With a liquid feeding device that can discharge a very small amount of liquid continuously and in an infinite manner like tap water, it is easy to control and discharge a small amount of liquid continuously. In order to discharge the liquid stored in a plurality of containers without a break, it is necessary to connect the plurality of containers in advance using a siphoning phenomenon or the like, or add the reduced amount. However, in the case where the container cannot be connected in advance or in a form where it cannot be added, the injection is interrupted, and smooth switching is difficult.
For example, when continuously injecting a chemical solution stored in a syringe, conventionally, continuous injection is performed by using a syringe pump. Since it was not possible to add more minutes, it was necessary to replace the syringe when the drug ran out, during which time the injection was interrupted. In addition, even if multiple syringes are prepared and the preceding syringe solution is exhausted and another unit is activated at the same time, it is difficult to match the injection fall time with the injection rise time. Administration or lack of administration occurred, and monitoring of the remaining amount of the drug solution and device switching operation were always required.
When this operation is vasoactive drug administration, switching the drug solution will change the patient's condition, so we have devised a longer switching time using a large syringe or infusion pump, etc. The problem is that the administration accuracy is lowered.
For example, even if a plurality of the same liquid feeding devices are prepared and a liquid feeding means for automatically switching is performed, the switching becomes digital and a temporary fluctuation occurs in the liquid feeding amount. Further, the same thing occurs when a constant amount of liquid that changes when it is exposed to air is discharged, and it is necessary to interrupt the operation.

The present invention provides a discharge amount that is considered to be appropriate when a medical worker uses a medical device or when an industrial adhesive is used continuously in an environment where a break in the liquid or a change in the discharge amount becomes a problem. If it is set to, the system can control the discharge of liquid continuously without breaks.

Now, to explain its configuration,
(A) Discharge A2 is provided in the system main body 1.
(B) Discharge B3 is provided in the system body 1.
(C) A circuit 4 is provided for performing a deceleration control or a speed increase control on the liquid supply flow rate before the liquid supply end time designated in the system main body 1.
The apparatus is as described above.

Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described. In the first liquid feeding, the discharge A2 is fed and the liquid feeding flow rate is controlled to be reduced or increased before the liquid feeding end time specified before the liquid feeding end time. The liquid supply flow rate of the discharge B3 is increased by the circuit 4 that performs deceleration control or speed increase control of the liquid supply flow rate before the designated liquid supply end time.

In implementing the present invention, the following can be performed.
(A) A communication function is provided in the circuit 4 that omits the discharged product B3 and performs deceleration control or increase of the liquid supply flow rate before the designated liquid supply end time.
The same effect can be obtained by connecting a plurality of system main bodies 1 having the above contents through a communication line.

The invention's effect

Therefore, it is detected that the remaining liquid on the driving side is low, the other liquid feeding device connected to the next liquid gradually increases the liquid feeding speed, and the liquid feeding device with little liquid remaining gradually By reducing the speed, it is possible to discharge infinitely accurately.
