Description

The present invention relates to a gaming machine provided with a front frame and a cover member that is attached to one end portion of the front frame so as to be openable and closable and covers a front portion of the front frame.

Conventionally, various gaming machines have been proposed in which a front frame and a cover member attached to one side end of the front frame so as to be openable and closable and covering the front surface of the front frame are provided.
For example, in a pachinko machine having a front frame, a lower game board that is positioned below the game board and receives the lower side of the game board, and a cross member that keeps the distance between the front frame and the lower game board, A pachinko machine has been proposed in which a recessed portion for guiding wiring from the back side to the front side of the lower game board is formed in a part of the board (for example, see Patent Document 1).
As a result, when it is possible to make a small through hole in a part of the back surface of the lower game board, the gap between the through holes can be greatly widened by connecting the recessed part and the through hole. it can. Therefore, wiring with a large connector can be easily passed.
Here, the front frame constituting the conventional pachinko machine corresponds to the front frame 4 described in FIG. 6 to FIG. Moreover, the lower game board which comprises this pachinko machine is equivalent to the lower game board 20 of FIG. 6 thru | or FIG. Moreover, the crosspiece member which comprises this pachinko machine is equivalent to the crosspiece member 20c of FIG. 6 thru | or FIG. Moreover, the recessed part which comprises this pachinko machine is equivalent to the recessed part 35 of FIG. 6 thru | or FIG. Moreover, the wiring which comprises this pachinko machine is equivalent to the cable 33 of FIG. 6 thru | or FIG.
JP-A-4-367683 (paragraphs (0010) to (0023), FIGS. 6 to 9)

In the pachinko machine described above, a window hole is opened at the center of the front frame, and a front plate on which an upper ball dish is arranged at one side end of the window hole is mounted so as to be openable and closable. The wiring cable is not sandwiched between the front frame.
However, when a cover member is provided that can be opened and closed at one side end of the front frame and covers the front part of the front frame, the back side peripheral part of the cover member and the front side peripheral part of the front frame are Since they overlap, there is a problem that the wiring drawn from the vicinity of the back side peripheral portion of the cover member is sandwiched between the front frame and the cover member, and there is a risk of disconnection or the like.

Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and is a cover member that is rotatably attached to one end portion of the front frame and covers the front portion of the front frame so as to be opened and closed. Even if the back side peripheral part of the cover member and the front side peripheral part of the front frame overlap each other, the wiring drawn out from the position near the back side peripheral part of the cover member is between the front frame and the cover member. It is an object of the present invention to provide a gaming machine that can be surely prevented from being caught between the two.

In the gaming machine according to claim 6 having such characteristics, the biasing means includes a tension coil spring. Therefore, the wiring guide member is biased so as to rotate outward by the tension coil spring.

In the gaming machine according to the first aspect, since the wiring of the electric device disposed on the cover member is inserted inward from the wiring guide member of the second through hole, when the cover member is opened, The gap between the overlapping portions on the one side end portion side of the cover member and the front frame generated on the outer side of the two through holes is a wiring guide in which the other end edge portion extends a predetermined length in the back surface side direction of the cover member. The wiring can be prevented from entering a gap generated outside the second through hole by being blocked by the member, and the wiring generated due to the biting of the wiring into the overlapping portion of the front frame and the cover member can be prevented. Disconnection can be reliably prevented. Even when the cover member is opened and closed, the wiring guide member urged to rotate outward by the urging means causes the overlapping portion on the one end side of the cover member and the front frame. The entry of the wiring into the gap can be prevented, and the disconnection of the wiring that occurs due to the biting of the wiring into the overlapping portion of the front frame and the cover member can be reliably prevented.

Further, in the gaming machine according to claim 2, a window portion that is pivotally attached at one side end so as to be openable and closable on the front side of the player side and that allows the game area to be visually recognized at a substantially central portion. When the front cover member is opened because the wiring of the electric device arranged on the front cover member having the wire is inserted into the inner side of the wiring guide member disposed in the second through hole formed in the back side surface In addition, the gap between the front cover member and the front frame that overlaps on the one side end portion side that occurs on the outer side of the second through-hole has a predetermined length in the direction of the back surface of the front cover member. It is blocked by the extended wiring guide member and can prevent the entry of the wiring into the gap generated on the outer side of the second through hole, and the wiring bites into the overlapping portion of the front frame and the front cover member. Therefore, it is possible to reliably prevent disconnection of the wiring caused by the above. Further, when the front cover member is opened and closed, the front cover member and the front frame are overlapped on one side end by the wiring guide member biased so as to be rotated outward by the biasing means. The entry of the wiring into the gap between the portions can be prevented, and disconnection of the wiring caused by the biting of the wiring into the overlapping portion of the front frame and the front cover member can be reliably prevented.

Further, in the gaming machine according to claim 3, the one side end is rotatably attached so as to be openable and closable on the front side of the player side, and is disposed on the upper sphere storage member that receives a prize ball to be paid out. Since the wiring of the electric device is inserted into the inner side of the wiring guide member disposed in the second through hole formed in the back side surface, when the upper sphere storage member is opened, the second through hole The gap between the overlapping portions on the one side end portion side of the upper sphere storage member and the front frame generated on the outer side is a wiring guide in which the other end edge extends a predetermined length in the rear surface side direction of the upper sphere storage member. The wire can be prevented from entering a gap generated on the outer side of the second through hole by being blocked by the member, and the wire generated in the overlapping portion of the front frame and the upper sphere storage member can be generated. The disconnection of the wiring can be reliably prevented. Also, when the upper sphere storage member is opened and closed, the one side end portion side of the upper sphere storage member and the front frame is urged by the wiring guide member urged to rotate outward by the urging means. It is possible to prevent the wiring from entering the gap between the overlapping portions, and to reliably prevent disconnection of the wiring that occurs due to the biting of the wiring into the overlapping portion between the front frame and the upper sphere storage member.

Further, in the gaming machine according to claim 4, when the cover member is opened, the wiring is provided with a drawer regulating member that regulates a length of the wiring from the first through hole in the front side direction. Therefore, it is possible to prevent loosening of the wiring to the front frame front side that occurs when the cover member is opened, and to surely prevent the wiring from protruding from the wiring guide member, and this cover generated on the outer side of the second through hole It is possible to prevent the wiring from entering into the gap between the overlapping portions of the member and the front frame on the one side end portion side, and further reliably prevent the wiring from being disconnected due to the biting of the wiring.

In the gaming machine according to claim 5, since the wiring guide member is biased to rotate outward by the torsion coil spring, the wiring guide member is attached so as to rotate outward. The biasing means for biasing can be miniaturized, and the wiring guide member can be miniaturized.

Furthermore, in the gaming machine according to the sixth aspect, the wiring guide member is biased so as to rotate outward by the tension coil spring, so that the wiring guide member is attached so as to rotate outward. The biasing means for biasing can be miniaturized, and the wiring guide member can be miniaturized.

Further, a full-color light emitting diode (LED) is incorporated in the outer peripheral portion on the front side of the window portion 8 of the front cover member 7 so as to notify the occurrence of “winning” or the like or to provide a light effect during the game. Is installed. Further, on the diagonally upper left and right sides of the electric lamp 10, a full-color light emitting diode (LED) is built in, and each error display electric lamp 11 for displaying an error during the game is attached.

Further, a key insertion portion 12 for operating a locking device (not shown) for locking the front frame 3 and the front cover member 7 is provided at the center on the right side of the front cover member 7. In order to open the front cover member 7, if a predetermined key is inserted into the key insertion portion 12 and rotated in a predetermined direction, the lock state of the locking device is released, and only the front cover member 7 is opened.

Also, on the lower side of the front cover member 7, an upper plate 15 that receives a prize ball delivered via a known prize ball dispensing device (see JP-A-11-309265, etc.) incorporates a speaker 15A and is made of resin. Arranged on the plate 16. Further, the plate 16 is pivotally supported on the upper and lower sides of the left end edge portion, and is attached so as to be opened by lowering a lever (not shown) provided inside after opening the front cover member 7. Further, operation buttons 15B and 15C of a card-type ball lending machine and a card balance display device 15D are provided on the upper surface of the right edge of the upper plate 15. A lower plate 18 is disposed under the upper plate 15. Further, the pachinko ball of the upper plate 15 is sent to a launching device (not shown) connected to the operation handle 19 via a ball feeding mechanism (not shown) communicating with the upper plate 15.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 2, a substantially rectangular opening 20 in front view in which a game board (not shown) is detachably disposed at a substantially central portion of a portion of the front frame 3 facing the front cover member 7. Is provided. Further, at the right end edge portion of the opening portion 20, engagement holes 21 into which the engagement claws 7 </ b> A provided on the back side of the right end edge portion of the front cover member 7 are inserted from the front surface side are provided. Further, below the engagement hole 21, an engagement hole 22 into which an engagement claw 16A provided on the back side of the right edge of the plate 16 is inserted from the front side is provided.

Further, an upper through hole 24 having a substantially square shape when viewed from the front is formed at the upper end of the inner surface of the left end edge of the opening 20. On the other hand, on the rear side surface of the left edge portion that does not overlap with the front frame 3 of the front cover member 7, a through hole 25 having a substantially rectangular shape in front view is formed so as to face the upper through hole 24. A wiring 26 connected to a circuit board on which full-color LEDs constituting each error display illumination lamp 11 are arranged is drawn out from the inside to the back side, and is further inserted into the upper through hole 24 from the front side to the back side. Further, when the front cover member 7 is opened at a predetermined position of the wiring 26 inserted through the portion behind the front frame 3, the wiring 26 is prevented from being pulled out more than necessary from the upper through hole 24. Further, a stopper 41 (see FIG. 4, which has the same configuration as the stopper 41 provided on the wiring 30 as will be described later) is provided that regulates the drawing length of the wiring 26.

In addition, a lower through hole 28 having a substantially rectangular shape in front view is formed in the lower end portion of the inner surface of the left edge portion of the opening 20. On the other hand, on the back side surface of the left edge that does not overlap with the front frame 3 of the plate 16, a substantially rectangular through hole 29 is formed so as to face the lower through hole 28, and the speaker 15A is disposed. The wiring 30 connected to the circuit board and the circuit board on which the operation buttons 15B and 15C and the card balance display device 15D are arranged is drawn out from the inside to the back side, and is further inserted into the lower through hole 28 from the front side to the back side. (See FIG. 4). In addition, when the plate 16 is opened at a predetermined position of the wiring 30 inserted through the portion on the back side of the front frame 3, the wiring 30 is not pulled out to the front side more than necessary from the lower through hole 28. A stopper 41 (see FIG. 4) that restricts the length of the wiring 30 is provided.
Further, as will be described later, wiring guide members 32 and 33 are disposed in the through holes 25 and 29, and the wirings 26 and 30 are connected to the wiring guide members 32 and 33 of the through holes 25 and 29. It is inserted inward from the inner side (see FIG. 3).
As shown in FIG. 1, when the front cover member 7 and the plate 16 are closed, the opening 20 is configured to be covered with the front cover member 7 and the plate 16.

Next, the configuration and operation of each wiring guide member 32, 33 will be described. Since the wiring guide members 32 and 33 have substantially the same configuration, the wiring guide member 33 provided in the through hole 29 formed in the plate 16 will be described with reference to FIGS.

As shown in FIG. 3, the wiring guide member 33 is inserted along the rotation guide plate 35 and one edge portion of the short side of the rotation guide plate 35, and the rotation guide plate 35 is passed through the through hole. 29, and a torsion coil spring 37 that is inserted through the outer periphery of the support shaft 36 and biases the rotation guide plate 35 to rotate outward. Has been.

The rotation guide plate 35 is formed in a substantially long rectangular flat plate shape, and the length of the short side is formed to be slightly shorter than the inner height dimension of the through hole 29. Further, a through hole having an inner diameter slightly larger than the outer diameter of the support shaft 36 is formed along one short side end edge along the short side end edge. Further, the length of the long side of the rotation guide plate 35 is formed to a length that reaches the inner surface of the opening 20 from the support shaft 36 attached to the inside of the through hole 29 when the plate 16 is opened. Has been. Further, on the upper side surface portion of the rotation guide plate 35, a rib portion 35A with which one end side of the torsion coil spring 37 abuts extends in the outer direction (upward direction in FIG. 3).
The rotation guide plate 35 is inserted into the through-hole formed on one short side edge portion side, the support shaft 36 is inserted, the torsion coil spring 37 is inserted into the support shaft 36, and the torsion coil spring 37 is inserted. One end side is brought into contact with the rib portion 35A. Thereafter, the rotation guide plate 35 is inserted from the front side to the back side of the through hole 29 to fix both ends of the support shaft 36 in the through hole 29. Further, the other end side of the torsion coil spring 37 is in contact with an inner surface facing the through hole 29 (see FIG. 4). Thereby, since the rotation guide plate 35 is urged by the torsion coil spring 37 to rotate outward, the wiring guide member 33 can be reduced in size. Similarly, the wiring guide member 32 can be downsized.

Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the rotation guide plate 35 is urged by the torsion coil spring 37 to rotate outward (in the directions of the arrows X1 and X2 in FIG. 4), while supporting shafts. 36 is rotatably supported in the through hole 29. Further, the wiring 30 is inserted inward from the rotation guide plate 35 of the through hole 29 of the plate 16 and is inserted through the lower through hole 28 of the front frame 3 from the front side to the back side. A stopper 41 is attached to a predetermined position on the back side of the front frame 3 of the wiring 30.

4B, when the plate 16 is opened in the direction of the arrow X3, the other short side edge of the rotation guide plate 35 reaches the inner surface of the opening 20. As shown in FIG. In addition, the inner flat plate portion of the rotation guide plate 35 faces the outer surface of the wiring 30. Moreover, the stopper 41 attached to the wiring 30 is in contact with the back side end surface portion of the lower through hole 28 of the front frame 3, and the wiring 30 is drawn out to the front side of the front frame 3 so as to be substantially linear. Accordingly, the wiring 30 is prevented from protruding in the vertical direction from the rotation guide plate 35.

Thus, when the plate 16 is opened, the gap 43 in the overlapping portion on the left end side between the plate 16 and the front frame 3 generated in the outer direction of the wiring 30 is rotated outward by the torsion coil spring 37. Since it is blocked by the urging rotation guide plate 35, it is possible to prevent the wiring 30 from entering the gap 43, which occurs due to the biting of the wiring 30 into the overlapping portion of the front frame 3 and the plate 16. The disconnection of the wiring 30 can be reliably prevented.

Similarly, when the front cover member 7 is opened, the other short side edge of the rotation guide plate 35 constituting the wiring guide member 32 reaches the inner surface of the opening 20. The inner flat plate portion of the rotation guide plate 35 faces the outer surface of the wiring 26. Moreover, the stopper 41 attached to the wiring 26 is in contact with the back side end surface portion of the upper through hole 24 of the front frame 3, and the wiring 26 is drawn out to the front side of the front frame 3 so as to be substantially linear. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the wiring 26 from protruding in the vertical direction from the rotation guide plate 35.
As a result, when the front cover member 7 is opened, a gap between the front cover member 7 and the front frame 3 on the left end side generated in the outer direction of the wiring 26 is rotated outward by the torsion coil spring 37. Since it is blocked by the rotation guide plate 35 biased to move, it is possible to prevent the wiring 26 from entering the gap, and the wiring 26 bites into the overlapping portion of the front frame 3 and the front cover member 7. It is possible to reliably prevent disconnection of the wiring 26 that occurs due to the insertion.

As shown in FIG. 4A, when the plate 16 is closed, the other short side edge of the rotation guide plate 35 is urged outward by a torsion coil spring 37. Therefore, a lower portion that is slid and moved on the inner side surface of the opening portion 20 with the inner flat plate portion of the rotation guide plate 35 facing the outer side surface of the wiring 30 and is drilled on the inner side surface of the opening portion 20. It enters the through hole 28. Further, the wiring 30 is pushed out to the rear side of the lower through-hole 28 as the plate 16 is closed in a state of facing the inner flat plate portion of the rotation guide plate 35.

As a result, when the plate 16 is closed, the gap between the overlapping portions on the left end side between the plate 16 and the front frame 3 that occurs in the outward direction of the wiring 30 is attached so that the torsion coil spring 37 rotates outward. Since it is blocked by the urging rotation guide plate 35, it is possible to prevent the wiring 30 from entering the gap, and the wiring generated due to the biting of the wiring 30 into the overlapping portion of the front frame 3 and the plate 16 or the like. The disconnection of 30 can be reliably prevented. Similarly, when the plate 16 is opened, the gap between the overlapping portions on the left end side between the plate 16 and the front frame 3 generated in the outer direction of the wiring 30 is rotated outward by the torsion coil spring 37. Therefore, the wire 30 can be prevented from entering the gap, and the wire 30 is caught in the portion where the front frame 3 and the plate 16 overlap each other. The disconnection of the wiring 30 can be reliably prevented.

Similarly, when the front cover member 7 is opened and closed, the other short side edge of the rotation guide plate 35 constituting the wiring guide member 32 is biased outward by the torsion coil spring 37. In the state where the inner flat plate portion of the rotation guide plate 35 is opposed to the outer surface of the wiring 26, the upper penetrating hole is slid and moved on the inner surface of the opening 20 to be drilled on the inner surface of the opening 20. Enter the hole 24. Further, the wiring 26 is pushed out to the rear side of the upper through-hole 24 as the front cover member 7 is closed while facing the inner flat plate portion of the rotation guide plate 35.
As a result, when the front cover member 7 is closed, the gap between the overlapping portions on the left end side of the front cover member 7 and the front frame 3 generated in the outer direction of the wiring 26 is rotated outward by the torsion coil spring 37. Therefore, the wiring 26 can be prevented from entering the gap, and the wiring 26 is caught in the overlapping portion of the front frame 3 and the front cover member 7. The disconnection of the wiring 26 caused by the above can be reliably prevented. Similarly, even when the front cover member 7 is opened, a gap between the front cover member 7 and the front frame 3 on the left end side that occurs in the outer direction of the wiring 26 is outwardly caused by the torsion coil spring 37. Since it is blocked by the rotation guide plate 35 biased to rotate, it is possible to prevent the wiring 26 from entering the gap, and the wiring 26 to the overlapping portion of the front frame 3 and the front cover member 7 can be prevented. Disconnection of the wiring 26 caused by biting or the like can be reliably prevented.
