Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal with an openable cover, which facilitates an exchange of a seal unit thereof, exhibits a good appearance, and can be locked in order to prevent an accidental opening of the cover when carried by the user.
SOLUTION: The seal with the openable cover is formed of the seal unit having a printing body thereof arranged on a lower end thereof, an outer cylinder having the seal unit fixed therein, an inner cylinder arranged in the outer cylinder in a vertically slidable manner, and the cover having a shielding portion and an axial support portion. The axial support portion is pivoted with respect to the inner cylinder, and the outer cylinder has a support cylinder inside the inner cylinder. By vertically moving the inner cylinder, the cover is rotated to shield the sealing body or open the same to the outside. Herein the seal is comprised of a lock mechanism for locking the inner and outer cylinders to each other, which has the following structure. That is, the cover has a side wall surface formed at a location where the shielding portion and an arm of the cover abut on each other, and the inner cylinder has a recess in which the side wall surface intimately fits. Further the support cylinder has upper and lower ends thereof opened to the outside, and therefore an intermediate cylinder of the seal unit is inserted into the support cylinder and installed in the same. Thus when the cover is closed, the outer cylinder is inhibited from moving downward with respect to the inner cylinder.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI

Description

The present invention relates to a seal with an openable lid.

Utility Model Registration Gazette No. 2519833

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there has been known a seal called a penetrating stamp that does not require ink to be adhered at the time of stamping using a porous stamping material having continuous pores such as sponge rubber capable of storing ink.
This type of seal is equipped with a removable cap to protect the marking surface, but it is cumbersome to remove the cap every time it is printed, and the hand touches the marking surface when removing it. There were problems such as dirty or lost caps.

In order to solve such a problem, for example, a seal with a lid as shown in the back of Utility Model Registration Publication No. 2519833 has been devised by the present applicant. However, there is still the trouble that an operation for opening and closing the lid is necessary, and there is a dissatisfaction that the material is easily deteriorated because it is deformed when the lid is opened. In addition, there is a seal with a rotary lid for smooth opening and closing of the lid, but there is a problem that it is difficult to assemble the lid. In addition, when the seal is carried, there are problems that the lid is carelessly opened and stains the surroundings, or the stamp surface is scratched or dust is attached. Furthermore, there is a problem that when it is necessary to replenish the print body with ink or to replace the seal unit itself, the lid becomes an obstacle and the operation is difficult.

The present invention solves the above problem, that is, it is convenient that the lid is automatically opened only by the vertical movement of the outer cylinder with respect to the inner cylinder at the time of printing, and it is not deformed when the lid is opened. There is no worry, and the lid is locked so that it does not open carelessly when you carry the seal, causing the lid to open carelessly, causing the surroundings to become dirty, scratching the marking surface, or attaching dust. Can be prevented. Furthermore, when the ink is replenished to the printing body or the seal unit itself is replaced, the lid can be locked in the expanded state so that the work can be easily performed.

The present invention has the following configuration in order to achieve the above-described problems.
A seal with an openable / closable lid according to claim 1, a seal unit provided with a printed body made of a porous stamp material having continuous pores at the lower end, an outer cylinder that opens the lower end and fixes the seal unit inside, An inner cylinder having an opening at the lower end and a window hole on a side surface thereof, the outer cylinder being outside the seal unit and the lower end projecting from the lower end of the outer cylinder inside the outer cylinder so as to be slidable vertically with respect to the outer cylinder; A lid having a shielding part at the lower end of the arm part and a pivotal support part at the substantially upper end of the arm part, the pivotal support part of the lid being pivotally supported with respect to the inner cylinder, and further outside on the inner side of the inner cylinder When the cylinder is provided with a support cylinder and the lid is rotated in conjunction with the vertical movement of the inner cylinder relative to the outer cylinder, the lower side of the printing body is shielded in the closed state and the lower side of the printing body in the opened state. In a seal with an openable / closable lid that can be released, the side of the lid where the shield and arm are connected And a recess is formed in the inner cylinder so that the side wall surface of the lid substantially closely contacts the support cylinder. The support cylinder is opened in the vertical direction, and the printing body and the ink occlusion body are provided in the support cylinder. Inserting and attaching the middle cylinder of the seal unit holding the lower end of the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder so that the lower cylinder can be prevented from moving downward with respect to the inner cylinder when the lid is closed. A lock mechanism is provided between them.

The present invention is as described above, and the lid 5 is automatically opened by the operation of depressing the outer cylinder 2. Therefore, a troublesome operation for opening the lid 5 is not particularly necessary, and the stamp surface 20 is not touched. Therefore, there is no worry that the hand is stained with ink, and there is no possibility that the lid 5 is lost. Moreover, since the lid 5 is opened and closed by rotation, there is no fear that the lid 5 is deformed and deteriorated, and the opening and closing operation is smooth. Further, when the lid 5 is assembled, the inner cylinder 1 may be inserted into the outer cylinder 2 after the shaft support portion 14 of the lid 5 is fitted into the U-shaped groove 16 of the inner cylinder 1, so that the lid 5 is forcibly attached. It can be easily assembled without deformation.
Further, since the lid is locked so as not to open carelessly when carrying the seal stamp, it is possible to prevent problems such as soiling the surroundings, scratching the marking surface, and adhering dust.
Further, when the printing medium is refilled with ink or the seal unit itself is replaced, the lid is locked in the expanded state, so that the operation can be easily performed.
In addition, a thin and delicate shielding part is reinforced and the shielding part is not damaged, and it is possible to provide a seal with an openable / closable lid with a good appearance.

Hereinafter, illustrated embodiments of the present invention will be described.
First, as shown in FIG. 1, the outer cylinder 2 covers the outer side of the inner cylinder 1, and the lower end portion of the inner cylinder 1 protrudes downward from the lower end opening of the outer cylinder 2. The outer cylinder 2 is slidable in the vertical direction with respect to the inner cylinder 1. The inner cylinder 1 has a window hole 3 on the side surface, and the outer cylinder 2 has a notch portion 4 on the side surface, and a lid 5 is disposed at the position of the window hole 3 and the notch portion 4. The outer cylinder 2 has a detachable cap 6 attached to the upper end.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 5, the seal unit 22 includes a printing body 7 made of a porous printing material having continuous pores, a middle cylinder 9 holding an ink storage body 8 at the lower end, and a stopper 10.

Next, as shown in FIG. 2, the outer cylinder 2 is provided with a support cylinder 21 opened in the vertical direction, and the support cylinder 21 holds the printing body 7 and the ink storage body 8 at the lower end. 9 is inserted into a fixed state. Further, the lock cylinder 25 is fitted on the outside of the support cylinder 21, and the support cylinder 21 has a collar (not shown) provided on the rear side thereof that abuts against the lower end of the inner step portion 29 of the outer cylinder 2 to stop the ring. 28 is fixed in contact with the upper end of the inner step portion 29. At this time, the lock cylinder 25 is narrowed at the step 25 e between the inner step 29 of the outer cylinder 2 and the front end of the retaining ring 28. The lock cylinder 25 is attached to the outer cylinder 2 so as to be rotatable within an appropriate range. The details of the lock cylinder 25 will be described later.

The middle cylinder 9 has a detachable stopper 10 attached to the upper end. When the cap 6 is removed from the outer cylinder 2, the collar 10 attached to the upper end of the middle cylinder 9 in the seal unit 22 is exposed. If the collar 10 is removed from the middle cylinder 9, ink is injected into the middle cylinder 9 from the upper end opening. Thus, ink can be supplied to the ink occlusion body 8 held at the lower end of the middle cylinder 9.
Further, both the ink occlusion 8 and the printing body 7 are made of a porous material having continuous pores.
A spring 11 is interposed between the inner cylinder 1 and the outer cylinder 2 to push the outer cylinder 2 upward with respect to the inner cylinder 1.

Next, the lid 5 is composed of an arm portion 12 that is long in the vertical direction and a shielding portion 13 that protrudes in a substantially right angle direction from the lower end portion of the arm portion 12, and the rotation that protrudes laterally to the upper end portion of the arm portion 12. A shaft-shaped shaft support portion 14 is provided, and a foot piece 15 is projected from the inner surface side of the upper end portion of the arm portion 12. In addition, the said axial support part 14 can be formed by the method of inserting a pin in a hole and a hole corresponding to the attaching part which opposes.

In order to attach the lid 5 rotatably, as shown in FIG. 3, a U-shaped groove 16 is provided at the edge of the window hole 3 of the inner cylinder 1, and the U-shaped groove 16 is formed at the edge of the notch portion 4 of the outer cylinder 2. The cover part 17 (refer FIG.1 and FIG.4) which covers an outer side is provided.
To attach the lid 5, before inserting the inner cylinder 1 into the outer cylinder 2, the shaft support 14 of the rotating shaft of the lid 5 is fitted into the U-shaped groove 16 of the inner cylinder 1, and then the inner cylinder 1 is placed inside the outer cylinder 2. And the outer side of the U-shaped groove 16 may be covered with the cover portion 17 to prevent the shaft support portion 14 from coming off. Therefore, the lid 5 can be easily attached without being deformed.

Further, a side wall surface having a convex ridge line portion 23 is formed at a portion where the shielding portion 13 and the arm portion 12 of the lid portion 5 are connected, and the convex ridge line portion 23 formed in the lid portion 5 on the inner cylinder 1 is substantially the same. A concave ridge line portion 24 that closely contacts is formed. Further, a concave portion 18 into which the tip of a foot piece 15 projecting from the inner surface of the arm portion 12 when the lid 5 is closed is fitted at a position facing the inner surface of the arm portion 12 of the lid 5 on the side surface of the middle cylinder 9. Provided. Further, on the side surface of the support cylinder 21 that holds the middle cylinder 9, the leg piece 15 is pushed by hitting the upper surface side of the leg piece 15 when being lowered integrally with the outer cylinder 2 just above the recess 18 of the middle cylinder 9. Thus, a push portion 19 for rotating the arm portion 12 of the lid 5 outward is provided. The pushing portion 19 can be provided on the side surface of the middle cylinder 9.

As shown in FIG. 2, in a state where the outer cylinder 2 is pushed up with respect to the inner cylinder 1 by the force of the spring 11, the lid 5 is closed, and the shielding portion 13 of the lid 5 covers the lower side of the printing body 7 to be printed. 20 is protected.

When the outer cylinder 2 is pushed down while the spring 11 is compressed while the lower end of the inner cylinder 1 is placed on a document to be printed, the pushing portion 19 of the support cylinder 21 pushes the foot piece 15 and rotates as described above. The lid 5 is opened by the arm 12 rotating outward.
At this time, as shown in FIG. 4, the shielding portion 13 goes out of the inner cylinder 1 and the outer cylinder 2, and the lower portion of the printing body 7 is released. By exposing the marking surface 20 from the lower end opening of the inner cylinder 1, the marking can be performed. The state in which the lid 5 is opened is maintained by supporting the tip of the foot piece 15 in contact with the side surface of the support tube 21. When the push-down force on the outer cylinder 2 is released, the outer cylinder 2 is raised by the restoring force of the spring 11, thereby automatically closing the lid 5 and returning to the state shown in FIG. 2.

6 and 7 show the lock cylinder 25. FIG. The lock cylinder 25 has a ring-shaped knob 25d at the upper end, and a stopper piece 25a extends in the lower end direction of the step 25e at the lower end. Moreover, the step part 25b and the edge part 25c are each formed in the lower end side outer periphery of the stopper piece 25a.

FIG. 8 shows the main part of the B section arrow in FIG. The partition wall 26 of the inner cylinder 1 is provided with a through-hole 27 in the axial center, and a slightly deeper circumferential groove 27a and a slightly shallower circumferential groove 27b are formed on the peripheral surface of the through-hole. A protrusion 27c and a contact part 27e are provided at the part, and a protrusion 27d and a contact part 27f are provided at the other end. In this state, the stopper piece 25a of the lock cylinder 25 is in a position where it is loosely fitted in the groove 27a, so that the outer cylinder 2 is movable downward relative to the inner cylinder 1.

Further, FIG. 9 shows a main part taken along the arrow C in FIG. This state is also in a position where the stopper piece 25a of the lock cylinder 25 is loosely fitted in the groove portion 27a, so that the outer cylinder 2 is movable upward relative to the inner cylinder 1.
That is, in the state of FIG. 8 and FIG. 9, the stopper cylinder 25a of the lock cylinder 25 is positioned so that the one side end of the stopper piece 25a is in contact with the contact part 27e of the groove part 27a. 2 moves up and down, and the lid 5 can be freely opened and closed.

FIG. 10 is another longitudinal cross-sectional view corresponding to FIG. 2, and FIG. 11 shows the main part of the D cross-section arrow of FIG. That is, the lock cylinder 25 is rotated and positioned so that one end thereof is in contact with the contact part 27f of the groove part 27b, and the end part 25c of the lock cylinder 25 overlaps the partition wall 26. On the other hand, the outer cylinder 2 is prevented from moving downward. Accordingly, in this state, the lid 5 cannot be expanded.

FIG. 12 is another longitudinal sectional view corresponding to FIG. 4, and FIG. 13 shows the main part of the section E in FIG. That is, the lock cylinder 25 is rotated and positioned so that one end thereof is in contact with the contact part 27f of the groove part 27b, and the step part 25b of the lock cylinder 25 overlaps the partition wall 26. On the other hand, the outer cylinder 2 is prevented from moving upward.
Therefore, in this state, the lid 5 cannot be closed.

The lock cylinder 25 is engaged so that the outer periphery of the retaining ring 28 is integrated with the inner periphery of the cap 6 in the rotation direction, and is interlocked by rotating the cap 6 with respect to the outer cylinder 2.
