[0002]
[Prior art]
As a conventional power distribution work robot, a robot in which a double-arm manipulator and a robot controller are installed on a bucket is known (for example, see Non-Patent Document 1).
[0003]
FIG. 5 is a schematic diagram showing a conventional power distribution work robot. In FIG. 5, 1 is a boom of a power distribution work vehicle, 2 is a bucket of the power distribution work vehicle, 3 is a robot controller installed on the bucket, and 4 is a double-arm manipulator installed on the bucket. 5 is a camera for remote control, 6 is an electric wire for performing power distribution work, and 7 is a utility pole.

[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional power distribution work robot has a problem that when a problem occurs in the power distribution work, the worker cannot go to the power distribution work site at a high place, so that the work cannot be continued. In order to solve this problem, if the worker is placed on the bucket, the manipulator may collide with the worker, and a new problem has arisen that the safety of the worker is not ensured.
[0008]
Furthermore, the double-arm manipulator has a large weight and external shape, so that the range of operation of the bucket is narrowed, and even when trying to get an operator on the bucket, it is difficult to secure a space for it. .
[0009]
The present invention has been made in view of such problems, and a power distribution work robot capable of performing power distribution work by cooperative work between a manipulator and an operator and ensuring the safety of the worker is provided. The purpose is to provide.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is configured as follows.
[0011]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a bucket in which a worker performing power distribution work at a high place can board, a manipulator installed in the bucket, a robot controller, and an area for detecting the position of the worker on the bucket. A power distribution work robot including a sensor, wherein the robot controller controls the manipulator so that the manipulator and the worker do not collide using position information of the worker detected by the area sensor. It is characterized by.
[0012]
Thereby, when the worker and the manipulator perform the cooperative work, the safety of the worker can be ensured.
[0013]
The invention according to claim 2 is the invention according to claim 1, wherein the manipulator is a single-arm manipulator. Thereby, the weight of the power distribution work robot on the bucket can be reduced, and the boarding space for the worker on the bucket can be easily secured.
[0014]
According to a third aspect of the invention, in the invention of the first or second aspect, the area sensor is constituted by a plurality of ultrasonic sensors arranged in parallel. By adopting such a configuration, it is possible to realize an improvement in detection accuracy by avoiding the influence of sunlight and an improvement in durability by eliminating a mechanical mechanism as compared with a laser area sensor.
[0015]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, specific examples of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0016]
(First embodiment)
FIG. 1 is a block diagram of a power distribution work robot according to the present invention, which corresponds to the contents of claims 1 and 2. Of the constituent elements of the present embodiment, the same constituent elements as those of the prior art shown in FIG. 5 are designated by the same reference numerals, description thereof is omitted, and only different points will be described.
[0017]
In FIG. 1, 8 is a two-dimensional area sensor for detecting the worker position, and 9 is a single arm manipulator. Using the worker position detected by the area sensor 8, the robot controller 3 controls the single arm manipulator 9 so that the worker and the single arm manipulator 9 do not interfere with each other.
[0018]
FIG. 2 shows an example of use on the bucket 2. In FIG. 2, 10 is an operator who performs power distribution work in cooperation with the single arm manipulator 9, 11 is an insulating rod used by the worker 10 to perform power distribution work, and 12 is a detection of the area sensor 8. This is a worker area created from a position.
[0019]
The area sensor 8 detects the worker position and outputs the worker position to the robot controller 3. The robot controller 3 sets a cylindrical worker area 12 at the worker position, and checks whether the single arm manipulator 9 interferes. If the worker area 12 and the single-arm manipulator 9 interfere with each other, the operation of the single-arm manipulator 9 is stopped, and if not, the single-arm manipulator 9 is controlled so as to be operable.
[0020]
As the two-dimensional area sensor 8, a type that scans by mechanically oscillating a laser and detects an object by receiving reflected light of the object is used.
[0021]
Thus, the weight of the power distribution work robot can be reduced by using the conventional double-arm manipulator as a single-arm manipulator for cooperative work. Further, the worker's safety can be ensured by detecting the worker position with the area sensor and checking the interference between the worker and the single arm manipulator.
[0022]
(Second embodiment)
FIG. 3 is a block diagram of a power distribution work robot according to the present invention, and corresponds to the content of claim 3. Of the constituent elements of the present embodiment, the same constituent elements as those of the first embodiment are designated by the same reference numerals, description thereof is omitted, and only different points are described.
[0023]
In FIG. 3, 13 is a one-dimensional ultrasonic sensor. A plurality of ultrasonic sensors 13 are arranged in parallel to be used as a two-dimensional area sensor for detecting the worker position. The robot controller 3 detects a worker position by using a plurality of ultrasonic sensors 13 and controls the single arm manipulator 9 so that the worker and the single arm manipulator 9 do not interfere with each other.
[0024]
FIG. 4 is an explanatory diagram when the ultrasonic sensor 13 is used as a two-dimensional area sensor. Reference numeral 14 denotes sensor coordinates when the ultrasonic sensor 13 is used as a two-dimensional area sensor. In FIG. 4A, the worker 10 enters the bucket 2 and performs power distribution work, so the body is on the upper surface of the bucket 2. The resolution of the sensor coordinate 14 in the Y-axis direction is determined by arranging a plurality of ultrasonic sensors 13 in parallel on the side surface of the bucket 2. An arbitrary value can be set for the resolution of the sensor coordinate 14 in the X-axis direction. In FIG. 4B, the X-axis resolution is 5 and the Y-axis resolution is 3. When the position of the worker 10 in the bucket 2 is as shown in FIG. 4A, the detected position of the worker is as shown in FIG. 4B.
[0025]
Thus, compared with the laser type area sensor described in the first embodiment, it is possible to improve the detection accuracy by avoiding the influence of sunlight and improve the durability by eliminating the mechanical mechanism.
[0026]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the power distribution work robot of the present invention, the worker's safety can be ensured by detecting the worker position by the area sensor and checking the interference between the worker and the manipulator.
[0027]
Further, according to the power distribution work robot according to claim 2, the weight of the power distribution work robot can be reduced by using the conventional double-arm manipulator as a single-arm manipulator for cooperative work. It is easy to secure boarding space.
[0028]
Furthermore, according to the power distribution work robot according to the third aspect, it is possible to realize an improvement in detection accuracy by avoiding the influence of sunlight and an improvement in durability by eliminating the mechanical mechanism as compared with the laser area sensor.
