Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a tray package that wraps a tray on which contents such as food are placed.
Processed livestock products, raw meat, fresh fish, raw confectionery, etc. are often sold on trays made of expanded polystyrene (PSP). At this time, in order to prevent drying and oxidation of these contents, a tray package formed by wrapping the entire tray with a film is used.
In recent years, tray packages have been improved in film strength in order to enhance pinhole resistance, and have been improved in airtightness by heat sealing the film edge to prevent oxidation and drying of the contents.
However, the higher the strength of the tray package, the more difficult it is to tear, and when heat sealing is performed in order to increase the airtightness, the orientation in the seal portion is broken, making it difficult to tear in one direction from the seal portion. Thus, there was a problem that the higher the strength and sealability of the tray package, the more difficult it is to open.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a tray package that can be easily opened.
The tray package according to the present invention is a tray package in which a tray on which contents are placed is wrapped in a heat-shrinkable film and thermally contracted. This tray package includes (1) a heat-shrinkable film heat sealed at the bottom of the tray, and a first seal portion extending along a predetermined direction, and (2) heat-shrinkable at the side edge of the tray. A pair of second seal portions formed by heat-sealing the film and extending along a direction intersecting with a predetermined direction; and (3) a pair of second seals which are horizontally placed between the pair of second seal portions. And a tear tape heat-sealed together with the portion.
This tray package is composed of a heat-shrinkable film, and is heat-sealed at the bottom and side edges of the tray, so that the airtightness is high. And since a tear tape is laid across between a pair of 2nd seal | sticker parts, a film can be torn by this tear tape and opening becomes easy.
Both ends of the tear tape are preferably heat-sealed in the vicinity of the ends in the longitudinal direction of the pair of second seal portions. In this way, the film can be torn at the side edge of the tray by picking one end of the tear tape and pulling it to the side of the tray, so that the opening is further facilitated.
It is preferable that a cut is provided in the vicinity of the inside of the portion where the end portion of the tear tape is heat-sealed, which is at least one of the pair of second seal portions. Since the notch is provided not near the outside of the heat-sealed part of the tear tape, but near the inside, the tear tape can be used as a foothold to tear the film and pick one end of the tear tape and pull it to the side of the tray. Can be opened more easily.
The heat-shrinkable film includes a heat-sealable seal layer, and the tear tape is preferably formed from a material that can be heat-sealable with the seal layer. If it does in this way, the sealing performance in the 2nd seal part will increase, and airtightness will become high as a whole.
The strength of the tear tape is higher than that of the heat-shrinkable film, and the tear elongation of the tear tape is preferably lower than that of the heat-shrinkable film. In this way, since the tear tape has a higher strength than the heat-shrinkable film, the possibility of the tear tape breaking during the opening is reduced. Further, since the breaking elongation of the tear tape is lower than the breaking elongation of the heat-shrinkable film, it is possible to suppress an extra force from being consumed for the elongation of the tear tape, and it is possible to open the bag with a smaller force.
The width of the tear tape is preferably 2 mm or more. If the width of the tear tape is smaller than 2 mm, there is a tendency that the tear tape may be broken during opening.
The width of the second seal portion is preferably 5 mm or more. When the width of the second seal portion is smaller than 5 mm, it becomes difficult to pick the end portion of the tear tape, and the opening tends to be difficult.
According to the present invention, a tray package that can be easily opened is provided.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the description of the drawings, the same elements are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant description is omitted.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a state in which a tray on which contents are placed is wrapped by a tray package according to the present embodiment. FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a configuration of only the tray package according to the present embodiment. In addition, as shown in FIG. 2, since the tray package is transparent, the film on the bottom side of the tray is seen through. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the
As the heat-shrinkable film constituting the packaging
As a material constituting the inner surface layer, a resin having heat sealing properties, for example, a polyolefin (PO) resin can be used. Examples of such polyolefin resins include low density polyethylene (LDPE), linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE), very low density polyethylene (VLDPE), ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), and polypropylene (PP). It is done.
As a material constituting the core layer, a material having an oxygen barrier property, for example, ethylene / vinyl alcohol copolymer (EVOH) can be used. Thus, the preservation | save property of the
As a material constituting the outer surface layer, a material excellent in heat resistance and transparency, for example, polyester (PET) or copolyester (CO-PET) can be used.
The heat-shrinkable film may have a reinforcing layer for improving the strength. Polyamide (PA) resin can be used as the material constituting the reinforcing layer. Examples of the polyamide resin include known aliphatic PAs such as 6-Ny and 6-66Ny copolymers, 6-12Ny copolymers, and 6-66Ny and 6-12Ny copolymers.
A known adhesive is used in producing a multilayer film composed of the outer surface layer, the core layer, the inner surface layer, and the reinforcing layer. The heat-shrinkable film is configured by laminating each layer made of the above materials, and as a specific configuration example, in order from the outer surface layer (layer facing the outside air) to the inner surface layer (layer facing the contents),
CO-PET / Adhesive layer / PA / EVOH / Adhesive layer / VLDPE
Is mentioned. The thickness of each layer is, for example, (1/1/5/3/1/19: unit is μm). The thickness of each layer of the heat-shrinkable film is as described above, but the total thickness of the heat-shrinkable film is preferably 5 μm to 100 μm, and more preferably 10 μm to 50 μm.
It is preferable to add an antifogging agent for preventing fogging to the inner surface layer. By doing so, there is no possibility of cloudiness due to water droplets, and the
The
Here, the width of the
A
The
Next, the heat-shrinkable film F described above is drawn out from the original fabric R, and the heat-shrinkable film F is placed on the
Next, at the position shown in FIG. 3B, both edges F1 and F2 of the heat-shrinkable film F along the transport direction are guided by guide members (not shown) and overlapped as shown in FIG. The Then, as shown in FIG. 6, the edges F1 and F2 of the heat-shrinkable film F are heat-sealed at the bottom of the
Next, at the position shown in FIG. 3C, as shown in FIG. 7, the edges F3 and F4 of the heat-shrinkable film F are heat sealed at the front and rear side edges of the
Finally, as shown in FIG. 3, the
In the
Here, in the
Further, it is preferable that a
Further, it is preferable that the
Moreover, it is preferable that the width | variety (T of FIG. 1) of the end seal part S2 is 5 mm or more. If the width of the end seal portion S2 is smaller than 5 mm, it becomes difficult to pick the end portion of the
As described above in detail, the
Hereinafter, although the Example of the
(Heat shrinkable film)
VS20K No. manufactured by Kureha Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. 3 was used. The structure of this heat-shrinkable film F and the thickness of each layer are as follows.
First, the structure of the layers is from the outer surface layer to the inner surface layer,
CO-PET / Adhesive layer (mod-VLDPE) / PA (Ny6-66) / EVOH / Adhesive layer (mod-VLDPE) / LLDPE
It is. The thickness of each layer is 1/1/5/3/1/19 (unit: μm), and the total thickness is 30 μm.
This heat-shrinkable film F had a dry heat shrinkage of 160% at 30 ° C. for 30 seconds, both vertically and horizontally.
P・P・Payne会社製のVaktape(厚さ55μm)を使用した。
Further, the heat-shrinkable film F had a breaking elongation after heat shrinking of 182% and a breaking strength of 44.7 N. The breaking elongation and breaking strength were measured by a tensile test of JIS K7127.
(tray)
A commercially available polystyrene foam (PSP) tray was used. The size of the
(Tier tape)
Vaktape (thickness 55 μm) manufactured by PP Payne Company was used. The
Using the
The width of the end seal portion S1 of the
About the
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made. For example, in the above-described embodiment, a multilayer film is used as the heat-shrinkable film F, but the configuration of the heat-shrinkable film F is not limited to this. For example, as long as heat fusion is possible, the heat-shrinkable film F may have a single-layer structure made of, for example, a PE-based material.
