In facilities where a large number of people gather, entering a wet umbrella while it is raining causes the floor to get wet, which is dangerous and uncomfortable to the eye.
A method of inserting into a plastic bag is also used, but used bags are likely to be scattered, and the beauty is likely to be lost.
For this reason, an apparatus for dehydrating water from an umbrella cloth instead of covering with a bag has been developed.

The above-described conventional umbrella dehydrator employs a configuration in which water droplets are blown away with compressed air or a water-absorbing material is used to absorb the water droplets.
For this reason, the structure in which the air is blown away with compressed air is uneconomical because a powerful fan is required, and generation of noise cannot be avoided.
In addition, in a configuration that absorbs water droplets with a highly water-absorbing material, the amount of water absorption is limited, and the user must repeatedly press the umbrella against the absorbent material, which is inefficient for quickly dehydrating many umbrellas It is.
Furthermore, the umbrella after dehydration remains open regardless of the structure, and cannot be wound up.

In order to solve the above-described problems, the dehydration and winding apparatus and method of the umbrella according to the present invention are relatively arranged between an umbrella cloth and an umbrella hole by a member having a space for inserting the umbrella in the center. The apparatus is characterized by a device and method for dehydrating and wrapping an umbrella, which generates a rotational force, squeezes the umbrella cloth and winds it around the umbrella shaft.

Since the dehydration and winding apparatus and method of the umbrella according to the present invention are as described above, the following effects can be obtained.
<1> A mechanism and method for applying moisture directly to the cloth of the umbrella to squeeze out the moisture as if squeezing the rag. Therefore, sufficient dehydration can be efficiently performed as compared with a conventional configuration and method in which compressed air is indirectly blown from the surroundings.
<2> In the process of squeezing the umbrella cloth, a configuration and method for tightly winding the umbrella cloth from the surroundings are adopted. Therefore, after squeezing out the moisture, the spread umbrella cloth can be taken out in an orderly manner. If you adopt a configuration that winds the tape around it in the wound state, it is more convenient to carry.

According to the present invention, a member that opens a space for inserting an umbrella in the center generates a relative rotational force between the umbrella cloth and the umbrella hole, and the umbrella cloth is squeezed and wound around the umbrella shaft. An apparatus and a method for dewatering and wrapping an umbrella, which are characteristic.

Embodiments of an apparatus and a method for dehydrating and winding an umbrella according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

<1> Overall configuration.
The configuration and method of the present invention are configured by a member having a space for inserting an umbrella in the center.
This member is not limited to an annular member, and it is only necessary to provide a space in which an umbrella can be inserted. By this member, a relative rotational force is generated between the umbrella cloth and the umbrella hole, and the umbrella cloth is squeezed and wound around the umbrella shaft.
In this case, in order to generate a relative rotational force without rotating the umbrella, the following configuration can be employed. In addition, if the structure rotates the direction of an umbrella in order to generate a relative rotational force, a member does not need to be cyclic | annular and the block body which opened the space which inserts an umbrella may be sufficient.

<2> A rotating elevator.
It is an example which uses the rotary raising / lowering body 2 as an annular member.
In other words, a rotary elevating body 2 that rises while rotating is provided inside the cylindrical outer cylinder 1.
The rotary lifting body 2 is opened through an umbrella hole 21 for inserting the umbrella A in the center in the vertical direction.
A cloth with high friction and a water absorbing material with high water absorption are attached to the inner surface of the umbrella hole 21 so as to easily generate a rotational force relative to the cloth of the umbrella.
However, as will be described later, the water squeezed from the umbrella cloth is dropped as it is, and therefore, it is not always necessary to attach a material having particularly high water absorption performance.
And if this rotation raising / lowering body 2 raises while rotating along the circumference | surroundings of the umbrella A inserted in the umbrella hole 21, the cloth of the umbrella A will be squeezed from the circumference and wound.
As a result, the moisture of the cloth of the umbrella A can be squeezed so as to squeeze the dust cloth and can be collected in the water receiving tank 4 installed at the lower part.
The water receiving tank 4 can be taken out to the outside, and the internal water is discarded before it becomes full.

<3> A configuration for raising and rotating.
In the embodiment, a spiral rail 3 that draws a spiral in the vertical direction is disposed on the inner surface of the outer cylinder 1 as a configuration that provides rotation to the rotary lift 2.
Rotation can be caused by raising the rotary lift 2 along the spiral rail 3.
Therefore, it is possible to adopt a configuration in which a spiral groove is formed on the side surface of the rotary lifting body 2 and the spiral rail 3 is fitted inside the spiral groove.
Alternatively, it is possible to adopt a configuration in which a wheel protrudes from the side surface of the rotary lifting body 2, while the spiral rail 3 is formed in a U-shaped cross section and the wheel is positioned inside the spiral rail 3.
If the rotary elevating body 2 as described above is pushed up by a link from below, the rotary elevating body 2 rises along the spiral rail 3 while rotating.
In order to push up from the bottom, a bearing or the like is installed at the upper end of the push-up link, and only the vertical pushing force is transmitted to the rotary lift 2 by pressing the bearing against the lower surface of the rotary lift 2. The push-up link does not rotate even when rotated.
The rotary lift 2 can be pushed up by adopting a configuration in which a footboard is exposed to the outside of the outer cylinder 1 and this plate and a push-up link arranged in the vertical direction are rotatably connected by a pin.
Alternatively, it can be performed by a known configuration such as extension of a hydraulic jack that extends or shortens in the vertical direction, or a combination of a rack and a pinion that slides in the vertical direction by rotation of the motor.

<4> Usage method.
In use, the rotary elevating body 2 is positioned at the bottom.
In this state, the umbrella A is inserted into the umbrella hole 21 of the rotary elevator 2.
And it supports in the state which stopped rotation of the umbrella with the hand.
Then, the lifting body is lifted by the extension of the foot link or jack, the rotation of the gear by the motor, or the like.
Then, the rotary elevator 2 rotates while rising.
As a result, the cloth of the umbrella A is squeezed of moisture.
At the same time, the cloth of the umbrella A is wound around the shaft of the umbrella A from the periphery.
Therefore, if the apparatus of the present invention is installed, even if a large number of people come and go in the rain, water drops do not drip from the umbrella and the floor surface is not soiled.
Moreover, since a plastic bag is not used, the bag after use does not scatter and it is economical because the supply of the bag is unnecessary.
